Questo è il peggiore hotel che abbia mai soggiornato e per questo motivo non tornerò mai.La mia stanza era al quinto piano. Stavo per dormire alle 12 dopo essere tornato dal concerto di tour, ma proprio quando sono andato a dormire profondamente, ho iniziato a sentire le porte che stava soffiando (chiusa) suono. E ricordatevi, il suono di Bang è così alto che fa ur battere il cuore e si può sentire che il muro è vibrante. E si è verificato ogni pochi minuti, durato fino al passato 1. Non solo questo, ci sono e fuori rumore di cose che cadono in profondità sul pavimento come se qualcuno cadesse i loro bagagli. Sono riuscito a dormire dopo le due e dopo le cinque mi svegli di nuovo il rumore. Non sono riuscito a riposare correttamente durante il mio soggiorno. Ti lascio decidere se questo è puramente basso suono + inconsiderare ospiti o insultato.
A parte questo, devo applaudire il buon servizio del personale dell'hotel, che è stato molto utile in tutto - da aiutare a immagazzinare i bagagli, portami il modo di prendere l'autobus pubblico a morte, chiamare il conducente per il servizio di navetta a morte.
Per coloro che hanno prenotato questo posto per la loro navetta, non è del tutto promettente, perché il conducente sembra sempre non disponibile. Senza la navetta, potrebbe essere un lungo passo fino al collasso.
La stanza non era molto pulita, vedo i capelli e le sporche sulle foglie, ma il resto era a posto.
Anche se il personale merita una cinque stelle, non rivederei questo posto.

Ho recentemente goduto di un fantastico soggiorno all'Hotel Indigo Katong e non potevo essere più impressionato. Posizione: Sebbene non si trovi nel cuore del quartiere degli affari, nelle vicinanze ci sono autobus e stazioni della metropolitana che permettono di raggiungere quasi tutte le attrazioni più famose e i quartieri degli affari, il che non è male.
Servizio: la risposta del servizio è molto tempestiva, ma il servizio clienti cinese scritto dall'hotel è limitato solo alla reception. Se hai domande di notte e chiami il numero del servizio clienti, non parlano cinese.
Ambiente dell'hotel: c'era un cattivo odore proveniente dalle fogne e, per la prima volta, nella stanza c'erano tarme e moscerini! ! Più tardi abbiamo cambiato stanza e non c'erano più insetti. E le stanze con finestre sono solo finestre panoramiche e non possono essere aperte per ventilare, quindi l'aria nella stanza non è molto fresca.

La nostra famiglia ha avuto un tempo molto meraviglioso di soggiornare a Grand Mercure East prenotato 2 camere da 29 gennaio al 31 gennaio. Voglio ringraziare la signora Sham dal Sales deep per aver organizzato una camera anziana amica per mia madre di 96 anni. Anche per me, ho goduto la stanza che il personale del desk era incaricato di fare, John, e abbiamo goduto anche del cibo del Café servito al primo piano. Signora Juliet, il personale di questo caffè era molto professionale a mettere il suo sorriso dolce * tutto il giorno e ci ha pazientemente camminato attraverso il menu e ci ha fortemente raccomandato i piatti speciali del capo . La cosa più importante è stata che mia madre godeva il piatto Hai Cheong Kai che è stato altamente raccomandato da Ms Juliet ...La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, molte ristoranti locali, un centro commerciale è a soli 5 minuti dall'hotel. FFrancisco A1) When we checked in, we were told we could enjoy a 20 percent discount from the hotel's restaurants. We ate therefore at Jiang Nan Chun, the Chinese restaurant of the hotel
( total bill S$242), and the next day, at Nobu Japanese restaurant ( total bill- around $402). When we checked out, however, the discount was not given, even if the restaurant's
waiter told us that the discount would be given upon check out from the hotel. ( The total amount spent on the two restaurants was S$645!)
2) The most shocking thing was that the flush of the towel bowl did not work on Sunday, May 26. We used the flush but the water was overflowing and the feces were floating about. So we tried to pour water into the toilet bowl three times by using the waste can of the toilet to fill it full with water to flush the toilet but still to no avail. Finally, we had to ask for help from the hotel staff to solve the problem. The hotel staff later gave us a plate of fruits and a short letter of apology for the inconvenience caused.

YYuwenyuanParliamo prima dei vantaggi dell'hotel. Per quanto riguarda Singapore, il prezzo non è davvero alto, le dimensioni della camera non sono piccole e l'arredamento non è vecchio.
Per quanto riguarda i difetti, il servizio è davvero nella media. Il personale delle pulizie ha lasciato un calzino nella mia stanza. Non ho mai riscontrato una situazione del genere durante il soggiorno in un hotel. Non posso dire che l'addetto alla reception abbia avuto un atteggiamento negativo al momento del check-in, ma non ha sorriso e non ha guardato veramente gli ospiti.
L'hotel potrebbe non essere in una zona popolare, ma è comunque molto comodo. C'è un 711 accanto all'hotel, ma i prezzi sono molto alti, quindi non consiglio di andarci. C'è un supermercato locale di fronte e le stesse cose sono molto più economiche. C'è un ristorante chiamato Nanyang vicino all'hotel, ottimo per la colazione. C'è anche un relativamente noto Dragon Seafood Restaurant, sempre vicino all'hotel, dove potrete cenare.
Usa la presa per chiamare un taxi per il Merlion, i Gardens by the Bay e altre attrazioni, e il prezzo dovrebbe essere inferiore a 100 yuan, che varia a seconda dell'orario. Se ci sono molte persone che viaggiano, soprattutto con bambini o anziani, è una buona idea chiamare un taxi. Praticamente non ci sono ingorghi a Singapore.

the morning breakfast buffet was awsome too! really really great choice and unforgettable feast
there is also this pool side game which my child manage to win a cup of brain freeze ice drink! awsome! although my stay was a short 2days one night. but my family and I had such a wonderful time there. will definaly book again for a long stay the next round.

UUtente ospiteHo trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso al Park Avenue Rochester Hotel durante la notte di Capodanno. Il servizio è stato eccellente e lo staff, incluso il personale di sicurezza in servizio sia il 31 dicembre che il 1° gennaio, è stato fantastico. Dal momento in cui ho inviato un'e-mail per fare una richiesta speciale fino al momento del check-out, tutto è stato gestito alla perfezione. L'hotel ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste e ci è stata assegnata una camera con una vista fantastica sulle residenze e sullo Star Vista Mall. L'area della piscina era mozzafiato, circondata da piante curate in modo splendido che creavano un'atmosfera rilassante. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, a pochi passi dallo Star Vista Mall e dalla stazione MRT. I centri commerciali nelle vicinanze offrono una varietà di opzioni di cibo Halal, il che è stato un enorme vantaggio per me. Ho ricevuto una colazione gratuita per due, ma sfortunatamente non era certificata Halal. Forse l'hotel potrebbe prendere in considerazione l'idea di introdurre pasti bento Halal in futuro per soddisfare più ospiti. Solo un suggerimento! Nel complesso, la mia esperienza al Park Avenue Rochester Hotel è stata eccezionale e lo consiglio vivamente. Servizio perfetto, ottima posizione e un soggiorno memorabile! Grazie!

SSeat 2APerfectly situated amidst countless shopping and dining options in the busiest commercial area of Singapore. Though this is clearly a much older property, it appears to be well maintained and clean. Slept well during my stay and appreciated the rooftop pool and comprehensively equipped gymnasium. For the price paid, this was good value, especially considering how expensive hotels are in Singapore.

UUtente anonimoDisappointing. Reached the hotel around 315PM, there was a long queue for check-in, waited till 410PM before I was served for check-in. Waiting one hour in queue just to check-in was really a shocker to me for a 5 star hotel standard and please do not place an intern in charge of the queue if they have to go back and forth to check with the Duty Managers for every enquiry they encounter. It just makes the wait even more unpleasant. Hotel is clearly short-handed and staff were pushing for guests to accept twin beds room because the king beds are not ready. I am usually okay with it but this hotel charges more for the king beds even though it's the same tier as the twin beds so I don't think this is acceptable and insisted on a king bed. Witnessed two guests lodging a complaint during my stay which explains the hospitality level of this hotel. Trip Diamond members are offered a platter of fruits as stated in the booking but there were none in the room. Had to request it from the room service and came back to just two apples served on a plate. The elderly staffs at the concierge are friendly but FOH and the rest can do better. Staffs will walk past you without a nod or a smile which is shocking for a 5 star hotel/resort. Had a reservation for the Vday buffet and the food selection was mediocre and the crabs were mushy. Price of the buffet did not justify the selection, Westin's Seasonal Tastes is a better option at a lower price. The hot water for the shower did not work on check-out day and we had to shower in the cold water. Minibar only provided 2 Nescafé capsules and some TWG tea, the fridge was empty with no other beverages or snacks available. Bed was amazing and comfortable but the bathtub can be upkeep better. Fish spa was fun but you can see mosquitos breeding on the water surface. Pool area was filled with children so couples might want to reconsider. Was given a later check-out timing upon request which was a nice gesture. Overall experience was a shocking disappointment as I expected a better experience just like other 5 star hotels. So glad that I did not pay the original price for this stay and got a last minute deal with breakfast included. Else, this will be a 0 star experience.

EEmma S.Good hotel with very good location with reasonable price, the hotel is only 1km to Vivo city which is very convenient for me who have a semi nar at Sentosa for 5 days. The bus stop is just right at the front of the hotl, I usually take the bus in the morning as I don't want to sweat and either walk or take a bus to the hotel at the evening. The staff is very helpfull and fiendly.
