La stanza era piuttosto accogliente e accogliente, offrendo un WiFi forte, frigo, doccia potente, caldaia e te'/caffè/acqua complimentare. Tutto sembrava bello e ben mantenuto. La pulizia, se la vasca potesse essere un po' più approfondita (un sacco di capelli neri lunghi sul pavimento), è stata in generale buona.

Good location, lots of places to eat plus walking distance to bus stop towards the city and Kembangan MRT station.
About 2 or 3 front desk service staff are welcoming and polite, both check-in and check-out is fast but there is just 1 lift and 1 staircase to go up and down.
Room is ok for me, the aircon is cold and the lights are working fine except for the safe box in my room which was spolit in the last day of check-out and luckily it was solved by housekeeping uncle (hope the safe box would be back to normal). Toilet is a bit small, but the bed is ok yet firm, even though there are a couple of ants both on the table and outside of the safe box but that don't bothered me.
Bathtub is ok but the floor might be slippery so better be careful, towels are replenished, the mini fridge is ok, TV can watch just Mediacorp shows and power plug are working properly. Overall it is a good budget hotel if you are not that fussy, so who knows I may come back to book this hotel again.

Folks and I stayed a night at Hotel Mi Rochor. Prompt and fuss free check-in and we got our rooms on the same level as requested. Though the room was fairly small, but it's really adequate for two guests even with luggage. Beds and pillows were firm and clean, to our likings. Both rooms were really clean and there's an additional tap for premium drinking water, and there's kettle available for warm water and hot beverages. The toilet/shower is small, but the tap/sink is situated outside the toilet, so that's convenient. It was pouring the whole day, but that didn't deter us from heading out. I overheard that the hotel doesn't provide any umbrellas, but you can purchase raincoats/umbrellas at the 7-11 situated right next to the hotel. We had ours, and we headed out for our lunch and dinner at Waterloo and Bugis areas, just 5 - 10 minutes walk away. Rochor mrt station is just next to Hotel Mi, so we could also reach Marina/Suntec area within 5 minutes. I like this location as it's just walking distance to the main streets for F&B/shoppings/sightseeing activities, but yet we are away from the noise and buzz. So we could have good quiet early rest.

However, the only fallout was breakfast buffet, where food was at variety, and delicious, but service was horrible, would say the worst in my life in 5 star hotel, no greeting at
entrance (get ready to prepare leading yourself to seat) , no smiling across the restaurant, slowly taking away finished dishes, stacking up, guest moving around table on their own, so

i booked an urban suite to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves to the max. the hotel system was down when we were checking in, but our front desk staff, Rosy, explained the situation to us, gave us a beverages voucher to enjoy a drink each while we waited for our key cards at the lounge, and even personally came over to hand us the cards once the room was ready.
shortly after we checked in, a staff member from the collection club lounge dropped by the room and gave my fiancé a mini cake, a box of chocolates, and a birthday card.
we went to the collection club lounge for evening cocktails and were surprised with a bread pudding platter with a lighted candle to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and managed to catch the ndp rehearsal's fireworks show.
overall, the interactions we had with the staff members were exceptional, and we felt very welcomed and taken care of, everywhere we went.
the urban suite room was very clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the cbd area.
having stayed in many hotels in singapore, this is by far the best room and experience ive had.

La stanza è pulita e ha una cameriera che viene a pulire ogni giorno. La posizione dell'hotel è nel cuore della città, buona, comoda per viaggiare. Vicino a molte attrazioni turistiche Accanto al fiume, c'è un 7-11 nelle vicinanze, è facile trovare cibo, aria condizionata fresca, ma la dimensione della stanza è un po' piccola. Ma dormi la mattina e vai a visitare la città. C'è uno scaldabagno caldo per il comfort. Ma nel bagno ci dovrebbe essere un po' più di bidet, il che sarebbe fantastico. Nel bagno ci sono spazzolini da denti, sapone e asciugamani. Vengono forniti caffè e tè, una borsa dell'acqua calda e un frigorifero, ma non c'è acqua potabile .

Gold lounge: good service. Excellent view. Strict with dress code. Evening canapes is average. Drinks, especially cocktails can be better. Breakfast was great! Lesser selection than Prego but it has the popular food which I happened to take when I went Prego. Much lesser crowd than Prego

BBaohehongchachachaUn hotel dall'aspetto particolarmente famoso può essere considerato uno dei simboli della Singapore dei suoi primi anni. Proprio a causa dei suoi primi anni, le strutture dell'hotel sono in effetti un po' datate;
Il mio preferito è l'atrio di fronte alla reception al 12° piano dell'hotel (immagine 1), ma la foto non cattura il comfort di sedersi lì con la brezza che soffia;
I biglietti per le meraviglie del fiume regalati sono molto buoni, perché voglio proprio andare, perfetto;
Nella stanza non viene fornita acqua potabile. Si dice che si possa bere direttamente dall'acqua del rubinetto, il che personalmente è inaccettabile;
La colazione dell'hotel è davvero pessima. È la peggiore in cui abbia mai soggiornato in un hotel a stelle a Singapore. Ci sono poche varietà e le verdure sembrano molto stantie. Prima ero un po' insoddisfatto delle colazioni del Sofitel e del Mandrian non erano sufficientemente ricchi. Non c'è niente di male se non c'è paragone posso solo dire che con Oasia come riferimento la colazione delle altre due compagnie è comunque buona.

YYuwenyuanParliamo prima dei vantaggi dell'hotel. Per quanto riguarda Singapore, il prezzo non è davvero alto, le dimensioni della camera non sono piccole e l'arredamento non è vecchio.
Per quanto riguarda i difetti, il servizio è davvero nella media. Il personale delle pulizie ha lasciato un calzino nella mia stanza. Non ho mai riscontrato una situazione del genere durante il soggiorno in un hotel. Non posso dire che l'addetto alla reception abbia avuto un atteggiamento negativo al momento del check-in, ma non ha sorriso e non ha guardato veramente gli ospiti.
L'hotel potrebbe non essere in una zona popolare, ma è comunque molto comodo. C'è un 711 accanto all'hotel, ma i prezzi sono molto alti, quindi non consiglio di andarci. C'è un supermercato locale di fronte e le stesse cose sono molto più economiche. C'è un ristorante chiamato Nanyang vicino all'hotel, ottimo per la colazione. C'è anche un relativamente noto Dragon Seafood Restaurant, sempre vicino all'hotel, dove potrete cenare.
Usa la presa per chiamare un taxi per il Merlion, i Gardens by the Bay e altre attrazioni, e il prezzo dovrebbe essere inferiore a 100 yuan, che varia a seconda dell'orario. Se ci sono molte persone che viaggiano, soprattutto con bambini o anziani, è una buona idea chiamare un taxi. Praticamente non ci sono ingorghi a Singapore.

My sleep was a little disturbed on the morning of my departure but Mr Specially at the front desk was very kind in resolving the issue promptly and with minimal fuss. Very thankful to him. The pool water is slightly too warm. The bathroom is well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Aircon was cold. I like the gardens in and around the property to have nice conversations.

UUtente ospiteThe service was great, we enjoyed our breakfast at the sanctuary cafe for the 2 mornings we were at the hotel. Waitress MJ and the floor manager (an Indian gentleman whose name I didn’t catch) were extremely professional and welcoming and we think the best part of our hotel stay. The spread was decent, and there were slight differences in what was available for the buffet on the two mornings we visited.
Hotel wise staff were friendly, lifts were easily available no long wait times. Close to imbiah station and a short walk to the beach area.
The room was clean, the Aircon was powerful, and the complimentary mini bar with coke sprite and bottled water, as well as kitkat and Oreo’s were a pleasant surprise. The room was also very spacious with a huge bath room. The carpet was very clean that sometimes we forgot to wear our room slippers. 5/5 for the cleaning crew!
Things that could do better was that the Facilities and room were really worn out the laminate was peeling, and there was no where for us to hang up our wet swim wear and towels. Considering that the hotel promotes eco practices like reusing our towels, it would be nice to have more than the two hooks to hang up wet fabrics to dry. A quick fix would be to install a simple laundry line over the tub..just our suggestion.
What bothered us the most was the noise. while the bed was very firm and comfortable and we enjoyed the clean room….the sound insulation ensured that we did not get any sleep in the two nights we were there. We could hear the neighbor’s conversation (imagine a women’s voice laughing beside you in the middle of the night), slamming doors, and water rattling through the pipes every time someone took a shower or flushed the toilet. I could even hear stuff drop on the floor as if it’s in our room . Also the sink faucet turned on by itself to the surprise of my son who happened to be sitting on the toilet. Interesting , tho we think it’s just the poor plumbing rather than something supernatural 😂.

FFilzah Hanisla camera andava bene, la tv continuava ad avere problemi, la vasca da bagno è un po' vecchia ma va comunque bene. stranamente ho dovuto pagare $ 5 per le posate del servizio in camera e prendere in prestito delle forbici. il check-in è stato molto lungo e solo 1 persona allo sportello, anche se ha effettuato il check-in più tardi intorno alle 5. è una camera ok per un soggiorno veloce e il letto era fantastico ed enorme con il piccolo frigobar e il bollitore. porta il tuo balsamo però. un leggero e strano incontro con il ragazzo delle strutture che continuava a chiedermi con chi stavo e per quanto tempo sarei rimasto lì, il che mi ha fatto sentire un po' insicuro.

UUtente ospiteIl prezzo è molto ragionevole e la città è appena fuori dalla porta. È molto vicino a Fort Canning Park. La stanza non è grande ma è sufficiente. Anche l'atteggiamento alla reception è ok. C'è acqua calda nella stanza, il che è molto buono
