Singapore, Blu Coral: hotel nei paraggi

Posizione: Sebbene non si trovi nel cuore del quartiere degli affari, nelle vicinanze ci sono autobus e stazioni della metropolitana che permettono di raggiungere quasi tutte le attrazioni più famose e i quartieri degli affari, il che non è male. Servizio: la risposta del servizio è molto tempestiva, ma il servizio clienti cinese scritto dall'hotel è limitato solo alla reception. Se hai domande di notte e chiami il numero del servizio clienti, non parlano cinese. Ambiente dell'hotel: c'era un cattivo odore proveniente dalle fogne e, per la prima volta, nella stanza c'erano tarme e moscerini! ! Più tardi abbiamo cambiato stanza e non c'erano più insetti. E le stanze con finestre sono solo finestre panoramiche e non possono essere aperte per ventilare, quindi l'aria nella stanza non è molto fresca. Servizi dell'hotel: molto completi, anche la colazione 🥣 è buona e molto varia.

Visited on a Saturday and checked out on a Sunday. Check-in was fairly quick and fast. The reception was very professional and really nice and helped me check in without a hassle. I read reviews about Mercure on Trip and was wondering how bad it could be when talking about the room size. I figured that those customers were not from around Singapore and didn't know how small a hotel room in SG can be. Voila. I went into the room and was surprised. Everything was clean and the room was big enough in Singapore standards. M Social was my go-to and I was just wondering to myself that the room I booked in Mercure was much bigger than M Social and cheaper as well. Having stayed in York Hotel & M-Social most of the time, the money spent in Mercure was actually more worth it. Room came with shampoo, conditioner & body wash; M Social provided only shampoo and body wash. I ordered food in through GrabFood and realised I didn't have cutleries. Called the front desk at 1:45am asking for cutleries and received disposable utensils in the span of 5 minutes max. Talk about proficiency. I'm also a sucker for breakfast but I can't ever wake up in time so I cannot comment yet but I'll definitely book another stay soon so that I can try their breakfast. The place is very centralised and food is everywhere along the vicinity so there wouldn't be an issue if you're travelling from overseas. There are kopitiams / coffee shops which has cheaper food options as well if you do not want to break your bank but there are cafes and bars around the area as well. Air-condition was working as expected and hot water in the bathroom was also working well. There is SEPARATE tap with filtered water for you to refill your bottle so that you do not need to buy bottles and bottles of water which is nice. Checkout was at 12pm and I received a call at about 11:40am - 11:45am reminding me to check out. I thought I'd have to wait in queue to check out but I was approached by a staff or maybe the manager (?) and he even asked if we needed to keep our luggages with them first. I did not have any luggage so I declined the offer and just passed the keycards to him and that was my checkout process. Miscellanous stuffs I noticed - The staffs are very good at pre-empting what someone needs when a customer was walking towards the counter and asked where the washroom is and the 'security' pointed the direction of the toilet to him. Having worked in service / hospitality before, this is commendable as not many hotels are like that. The front desk was also receptive to requests when I wanted to leave a key card with the front desk so my friend can pick up the key card as well. Mercure in a nutshell is very service forward and professional. Compared to the other hotels I've stayed in, budget or hotels with stars, I'd definitely recommend Mercure as the top #1. Will definitely come back again. Thank you for having me!

Grande posizione con vista sul lago Marina. Molti centri commerciali e negozi nella gamma di 1Km. I colazione offerti dall'hotel sono fantastici e le impostazioni della sala da pranzo. L'app online Grab taxi è consigliato per rendere la visita molto più facile.

The bed was very comforty. Location was great for shopping and a lot of eateries within the vicinity. Staff was friendly. Security officer by the name Mariyun was especially helpfull.

L'hotel è molto nuovo e pulito. Il personale è stato molto utile e amichevole. Ho lasciato il mio ID al dipartimento frontale quando sono entrato e il personale mi ha chiamato solo dopo le 8:00 per non disturbarmi alla notte. Situato a distanza dalla stazione MTR, ma ci sono molti autobus, e è un bel quartiere!

Ho fatto il check-in a Swissotel per una breve vacanza per il compleanno del mio amico. Avere una bella vista e stare al 52° piano. Grazie al personale del check-in della signora che offre spa e torta gratuite per il regalo di compleanno ❤️

La posizione è eccellente, il centro commerciale e la stazione di strutto è appena vicino alla porta. L'unico problema dell'hotel è il letto è molto morbido.

La posizione geografica è buona, la porta è 100 metri, la metropolitana è tutta, Molte piscine, tutte le piccole massaggi, silenziosamente, la stanza ha lavatrice e asciugatrice, utensili da cucina, molto buono.L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è anche buono.Perfetto.

Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. The receptionist also accommodate to my late checkout request really appreciate it. Thanks so much for the memorable experience at crowne plaza changi airport and hope to come again.

È davvero conveniente per la nostra famiglia (5adulti, 2 bambini) di soggiornare in questo hotel. Abbiamo 2 sedie a rotelle. Quindi l'autobus ferma proprio davanti all'hotel è davvero utile. Viaggiare in autobus con sedie a rotelle è meglio del MRT. L'hotel è vicino alla città vivente solo 2 fermate di autobus. È sempre stato lì per i primi 3 giorni perché avevamo bisogno di andare a Sentosa molto. La stanza è piccola ma davvero pulita. Bella. La pulivano ogni giorno che abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni! Così buono vedere la stanza era così tesa quando tornammo dal viaggio 🤣. C'è un'acqua di tappo che possiamo bere quanto vogliamo. (Invece di acquistare 3-4 sgd per una bottiglia) Anche i bambini amavano la piscina sul tetto. È bello rilassarsi. L'hotel è comunque lontano dalla città. È ancora facile viaggiare in autobus. L'odore nel bagno, a volte, era davvero forte. In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno lì!
