Hotel in zona Block 306 HDB Canberra, Singapore

Big room, amazing kids pool. They provide free shuttle bus to Yishun MRT. Provide washing machine a d dryer too. There are shops and restaurants near. Overall, very nice experience there, definitely will come back to stay there again.

With the unclear or even confusing (BusCoachResort ) signages before we could arrive at the resort , it was already a little fruatrating ...but from the moment when we finally arrived for checked in at the Front Office , our staycation at this resort seriously kick started off on the wrong foot. The front desk staff barely acknowledging most guests as we arrived. It took what felt like forever to check in which was supposedly 3pm , however in view of the unclear signages for parking , we only arrived at 4.15pm thinking that it should be a quick swift that we would get our room but when we finally got our room keys, it was close to 6pm , and we were given ”all the excuses” besides rooms are not ready due to delay in housekeeping...then last excuse was ”lapse in booking” by a non chinese Front office male staff . Yes i must admit the Sanctuary King room was the only perk us up with the spectacular serene lake view. And then we thought since hving enountered so much of hassle upon checking in which had already depleted our energy ..we kind of thought maybe we will do in room dining ( to enjoy the room view ) but upon clicking on the icon for in room dining ,we were however not able to get access to in room dining menu as repeatedly clicking on the in room dining were just advertisments . To add on ..there was not even a mini bar menu to be found in the room nor on the TV screen icons ... Also ,we were not given clear instructions about the dining options within the resort , we then only discovered the restaurant that will be serving us the breakfast next morn actually also serves dinner buffet but by then it was close to 730pm after having explored out with most food joints that were ady closing between 7pm to 8pm in Zoo or Birds Paradise... However ..I must say , from the moment we entered the resort restaurant, the F&B team really made up for our entire day of unpleasant encounter upon checking in , their hospitality smile and service going the extra smile...kudos to the F&B team with special mention to Uzair and Rohini ...who really make our entire dining experience so much more pleasant and enjoyable . We were really hoping for a relaxing experience resort staycation experience but the lack of basic service ( Front office team seem not able to handle the guests queries or rather appease the guests ) at the Front Office team immediately soured our mood. Not what we expected for a “luxury” resort stay. And not much of recovery marketing action was initiated with only a call to offer an extended late check out .... I am sure the management team would have already heard the guests grouses by the evening especially for an Opening day . And in view of our profession , we wanted to have the 1st hand experience at the luxury resort before recommending to our clients or guests ..with this experience I can only say I have reservations about the resort being able to deliver what they intended to...

The location is quite far from the atractions but it is quiet, serene and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Trip for this wonderful vacation!

Aveva una cattiva esperienza con l'aria condizionata, si sentiva calda alle 3:00. Mi chiamavano la ricezione e mi diedero un cambio immediato di stanza. Ma purtroppo un'altra stanza veniva con odore dal buco di drenaggio del bagno.

Hotel recentemente rinnovato. Ho prenotato una camera ventilata ma ho ottenuto un upgrade alla camera urbana. Penso che fosse un periodo basso nel periodo in cui soggiorno, molto silenzioso, buona insonorizzazione e camera abbastanza spaziosa. Piscina e palestra di buone dimensioni. Tutto il personale era sorridente e pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta. Camera molto pulita con pulizia giornaliera. L'unico inconveniente era che la temperatura dell'acqua della doccia non era costante, improvvisa esplosione di acqua calda o fredda mentre si faceva la doccia a metà.

Bene, bene, bene. Il trasporto è molto conveniente. Singapore è davvero divertente. Mi sono divertito molto durante il mio viaggio a Singapore. Anche il trasporto di questo hotel è molto conveniente.

This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. Check-In/Out: The check-in process was swift and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles (Jassica and Kai) and made sure all my needs were met efficiently. The checkout process was equally smooth, making my departure just as pleasant as my arrival. After checkout I forgot my phone at hotel room, they immediately connected me, I was at air port then, gone back and took phone come back. I must thank for this quick information from hotel (especially Mr. Kei) thank you. Room Quality: My room was a sanctuary of comfort and style. It was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the room’s design, from the plush furnishings to the elegant lighting, was impressive. Amenities: The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. On the right hand side you see Dominos which gives great Pizza (Especially great Veg Pizza). Shopping Center is at walkable distance. Service: The level of service throughout my stay was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to concierge, was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Location: The Grandview Hotel’s location is ideal, situated close to key attractions and dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the local sights or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall Experience: My stay at Fragrance Hotel - Oasis was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and excellent amenities made it a standout choice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience and a home-away-from-home ambiance. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

ショップングモールが近くにあって立地は良いが、客室の清掃回数が少なく、衛生的とは言えない。 また、客室のドアの下方に大きな通気口があるため遮音性が低く外部からの騒音が酷い。

Thank you for making our stay comfortable.. The staff is really good specially the uncle receptionist.. All staff are friendly.. Everyday they will ask if what do we need so that they can provide... Sure will. Come back again 🙂

This hotel is indeed very good and I highly recommend it. The most important thing is the help I received from “Ken”. The room was also very comfortable to stay in. 如果是國人，第一次來新加坡，我推薦這裏，前提你得帶好足夠的現金，哈哈哈哈哈
