The location is extremely superb as it is located exactly within the ancient old town. Convenient shops, F&B and tourist hot-spot are just within walking distance. Thus, it is adsolutely convenient for family with kids. The hotel bed was so comfortable and the reception service is rather helpful and attentive with care as needed.

酒店很新，員工服務很熱情 ，由於我們是泉州轉站過來入駐，所以行李比較凌亂，到了酒店禮賓部員工服務很周到，前台員工小玲服務很好，自助餐廳員工小哥哥王林炫很熱情，每天都在給我們推薦值得打卡的地方，熱情給我們介紹餐廳的特色菜品，總之很好，入住體驗很完美，再次感謝酒店點員工，真的很熱情~

環境超愛，不管是在房間，客廳，還是花園哪怕是一體成形的旋轉樓梯不誇張的説每一個視角都是景觀，一線海景可以讓你發呆很久很久…從床品再到洗漱用品再到精選的茶具套裝再到特意佈置的迎賓花藝等等這些，除了讓我倍感温馨更看得出來酒店主理人很用心。衞生一點都不輸於七星級酒店服務更不用説了炒雞的貼心，很值得推薦的一處住宿。

Hotel is new and spacious. Service of their staff is excellent. We were greeted by a friendly and good hospitality from the Reception staff, Eddie Zeng. The riverview room is huge with an amazing day & night view of the river. Location is convenient to go to the ancient town, food , and other sightseeing sites. Upon checking out, the bell boy, Andy Song has been friendly and very helpful. Overall experience is fantastic. I will recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

總體來説是個很不錯的度假酒店。所有的工作人員，包括前台接待（蔡春婷）、電瓶車阿伯、衞生阿姨、餐廳服務員，甚至邊上奇趣谷的工作人員和園區清潔阿姨，都非常親切熱情。很少住到這樣全員熱情的酒店~我們是在工作日週中錯峯度假，去的那天衹有我們一家，但是無論是環境清潔還是設施維護還有服務方面，都沒有因為是淡季而鬆懈。 但酒店畢竟比較“與世隔絕”，如果能夠再增設更多度假配套項目活動或者設施，可能會更多的收穫度假回頭客，也更匹配酒店價格。

前段時間去漳州龍海市旅遊，入住了蘭歐國際酒店，體驗感直接拉滿，必須來給大家分享一下！ 一進酒店大堂，就能感受到那種大氣典雅的氛圍。辦理入住的時候，前台工作人員熱情周到，不僅快速幫我辦好手續，還詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務，讓人心裏暖暖的。而且，他們還提前電話詢問我的喜好，甚至給我發了當地遊玩攻略，這服務真的太貼心了！ 房間的設施更是沒得説。床品柔軟舒適，晚上我睡得特別香。衞生間乾濕分離，乾淨整潔，洗漱用品的品質也很不錯。房間裏還有智能設備，用起來超方便。酒店的配套設施一應俱全，有免費的健身房，器材很新也很全，滿足了我每天鍛鍊的需求；自助洗衣房也幫了大忙，出門在外不用擔心換洗衣物的問題。 早餐種類豐富多樣，味道也超讚！餐廳的環境乾淨整潔，服務員會及時清理桌面，服務很到位。 這家酒店的位置也特別好，周邊出行、吃飯都很方便。酒店外面還有個超大的停車場，開車來的話完全不用擔心停車問題。 這次在鑽石蘭歐國際酒店的入住體驗真的太棒了！無論是酒店的設施，還是工作人員暖心的服務，都無可挑剔。下次來龍海市，我肯定還會選擇這裏 ！

An amazing place for all types of travellers. Away from the main city, in a beautiful county, it is one of most popular hotels around and this staus is aptly justified by its friendly staff, good amenities and good location

Servizio: il servizio di gestione è molto intimido, contattaci un giorno prima. Venite a prenderci il bagaglio quando arriva il giorno, portate gli ospiti per presentare ogni zona funzionale dell'hotel, molto dettagliato. Ambiente: in metà montagna, l'aria è buona, la piazza è molto grande, la notte è molto tranquilla, e la piazza può sentire il rumore delle foglie della montagna che sono state soffiate dal vento.Quando andiamo, il sole è buono, ma io e la mia famiglia pensano che anche se la pioggia è molto comoda, l'hotel è conveniente per la pioggia. Impianti: ci sono zone di piscina, ci sono strutture per l'hotel, camere o aree pubbliche sono sanitarie molto pulite. In pratica, ci sono troppi qui una notte. Tre giorni e due notti sono una buona scelta. La famiglia è molto soddisfatta. L'ambiente intimo di servizio è una buona sensazione di bellezza.
