New hotel. Clean room. Plenty of food downstairs throughout the day and even midnight. Didn't hear any karaoke noises from my room as per other reviews. Reception is helpful. Lift indeed has to wait a little longer during peak hour but didn't cause much trouble to us. There is no door between the washing basin and bed, hence if you are light sleeper and someone uses the basin, you may be affected. There is one free laundry machine and dryer machine. Overall, a pleasant and valuable stay which I would recommend!

American traveler. Overall great experience. Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities clean and new. Love that there's a shared washer and dryer with free detergent (I did a lot of laundry while here). Free breakfast is great (if you like Chinese breakfast). Wi-Fi worked great (with VPN). Conveniently located for getting everywhere in Zhangzhou. Cons: Minor stuff. No elevator, so if you're on the second floor be prepared to haul your luggage (although they'll try to do it for you). No AC in upstairs common areas. Not much within walking distance in the way of restaurants, but you can get to tons of restaurants within 5 min by taxi or DiDi.

La stanza è molto pulita, il servizio è molto intimido, e lava i vestiti personali, meraviglioso! Intorno al mercato dei fiori, andare alla piazza Wanda e alla città antica è anche conveniente. Oltre a fornire colazione, l'hotel offre pranzo e cena. E' davvero una sorpresa inaspettata. La zuppa di salsa di cibo cinese e cena è davvero una buona raccomandazione, è un buon hotel di classe tesoro!

颱風天來入住，這家酒店給我留下了極好的印象，趁着記憶還是温熱的，來寫一篇評論，給這家獨一無二的酒店。
如果拿2000一晚的五星級酒店來和這家做對標，顯然是不合適的。因為地理位置，環境都大相徑庭，酒店特色與功能也不同。而這家酒店，在目前的價位，做了它可以達到的極致。
入住前，我在馬洋溪另一家民宿，還沒出發。酒店出於責任心和我的體驗感，反覆勸我改期和取消訂單，怕颱風來了斷水斷電。我出於一種直覺的選擇，堅持要來入住，並告訴店家：我責任自負。
來了後，挺不好意思的，衹有我一個客人。而整家店的服務團隊沒有絲毫鬆懈，也沒有因為我一個人都要幹活而覺得不耐煩。我的居住，餐飲，和所有的需求都得到了很好的保障。
作為一個十年來在全世界各地飛，住過各種酒店的人來説，這家算不上豪華，硬件也不是最好，但卻給我留下了非常深刻的印象，入住期間我已經推薦給了不少朋友，也發了朋友圈。
這種感覺就是：恰到好處，舒適，放鬆，温暖，細節被精心的照顧到。山民的質樸温情和高質量的酒店服務完美結合在一起，帶來了我在任何五星級酒店都很少能有的入住體驗：既有家的感覺，非常放鬆，又不是太豪華，很接地，還有非常大的空間和距離感。你需要的時候服務就在，你不需要的時候，不會被打擾。服務員像鄰居一樣親切，但又不會太過。
海底撈的服務很細緻很熱情，但我是不喜歡的，因為過了。那種熱情是走腦不走心的，反而會打擾到吃飯，會有種被強塞的冒犯感。
大堂是美式鄉村別墅的裝修，簡單大方，不繁瑣。房間的顏色搭配明亮養眼，走的是品質路線。衞生沒有死角，哪裡都很乾凈。
工作人員的服務更是沒得説。我第一天來就決定續住一天後，但忘記房卡也要續這件事了。結果服務員提前為我考慮好了，我吃早餐的時候直接把新房卡交到我手上了，省了好多麻煩。
晚上的甜湯和水果都是精心熬製的，貨真價實的現煮的，沒有隨便敷衍。
就連酒店隔壁的咖啡廳，我這幾天唯一出門能去的地方，冰淇淋和咖啡都很不錯。尤其冰淇淋，我就沒想過以這個價格能吃到這種品質的，吃的時候就很感動，感受到了一種用心。咖啡廳和酒店也是一家經營。
專程來長泰休假。從進門開始，遇到的每個人，每句話，每個細節都讓我放鬆，也很感動。雖然颱風天就沒見過太陽，也沒法出去玩，但我覺得很值很值。
有人能在這樣的山區，在疫情後生意不好的情況下，這麼默默用心的做事和服務客人，很感動。
在整個馬洋溪，長泰，甚至包含廈門，這家酒店在我心中都是數一數二的，值得來很多次的。它有很多五星級酒店都無法提供的內在品質。性價比一騎絕塵。
非常推薦有緣人為這家店，專門來一趟漳州長泰。

VVythicaWe stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags.
The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required.
Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100.
The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old.
When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage.
The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy.
The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening.
The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day.
There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu.
The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse.
The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

DDarylAs it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

UUtente ospiteLe strutture hardware dell'edificio terrestre sono proprio lì e chi ha esigenze più elevate potrebbe trovarlo molto scomodo, ma penso che le condizioni esistenti siano già molto buone. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo portato i bambini a vivere e sentire la storia, è stato davvero fantastico! E rispetto al Tulou con ”quattro piatti e una zuppa” (bisogna uscire dal Tulou per andare in bagno e fare la doccia), sono davvero grato che la stanza della locanda abbia un bagno privato. La madre del proprietario,. Zia Huang, ha 60 anni. Devo davvero congratularmi con lei: stavamo viaggiando in macchina, appena abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina, è venuta con un palo per portare i bagagli camera, era la guida turistica (ci ha anche portato all'edificio in terra per fare foto gratuitamente), è stata quella che ha cucinato il cibo, ed è stata la stessa che ci ha dato l'ultima goccia. Zia Huang è una grande lavoratrice e gentile e ci fa sentire tutto il calore e l'entusiasmo dei residenti originari di Tulou. Se ne avrò la possibilità, andrò di nuovo a incontrare zia Huang, piace così tanto a tutti noi! Mi piace molto il piatto di funghi rossi selvatici e carne fritta. Zia Huang è andata sulla montagna a raccoglierlo e si è commossa e lo ha mangiato con gioia, ahahah😄

UUtente ospiteThis homestay is new, nice, clean and comfortable. The service is like a hotel. This homestay is located inside the Yunshuiyao scenic area, and so every guest needs to pay an entrance fee. The homestay can help to arrange a taxi to pick up from 南靖railway station to the homestay with a reasonable price.
If you like beautiful scenery, peaceful and relaxing environment, this is the right place as it’s away from the crowded village centre. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the village centre, ie the water wheel, old banyan tree, and souvenir shops, through a scenic route along the stream and under the shade of old trees. Trekking the cobblestone path gives you a good workout.
There’s a few tulou (earth buildings) within the scenic area but only 2 are open for public to visit. The others are private. Hegui lou is less than a minute’s walk from the homestay, passing by paddy fields, vegetable gardens and lotus field. You can literally see it from the homestay.
The homestay serves delicious local food. I had dinner twice and enjoyed tasting different dishes. Breakfast is simple and includes local produce, giving you a taste of village life. Also, the homestay serves tea from its own farm. I enjoyed tasting different tea.
Lastly, the staff 小凉is very friendly and good service.

UUtente ospiteE'molto opportuno arrivare a centinaia di chilometri di distanza, e la coppia di capo viene dallo stesso posto. Dopo la prenotazione, mi sento molto sconvolta. Certo, ricevere l'amore di sorella e fratello di Zhuang, come tornare a casa. Il cibo è anche stato raccomandato da aziende agricole vicine, il prezzo equo, e l'accento è delizioso, Basicamente soddisfa un piccolo gusto.
L'ambiente circostante è buono. Ti piace la natura qui è la fonte esterna. Puoi correre in questa terra di vacanza mattina o camminare per il tramonto. L'aria è molto buona. Ci sono stelle a notte. Siamo anni fa. La sera possiamo anche fumare grandi fiocchi, molto gentile.
Abbiamo prenotato un suite familiare. Un gruppo di cinque persone vive in un intero piano di tre camere. Il piano più basso è un soggiorno pubblico. Il tavolo da pranzo della cucina KTV dovrebbe essere tutto. Mi piace un piccolo prato all'aperto, e un letto di cucina speciale fatto dal padrone. Si dice che anche bbq all'aperto, Purtroppo, questo tempo è fresco, non c'è troppo tempo per restare, la riunificazione di amici o la costruzione di un'azienda sono buone scelte!

It was a two hour ride from Xiamen and you started realising it was really special when you enter Taxia village.
The resort is an integral part of the village and the local villagers were sunning their harvests next to it.
From the moment you walked into the resort, you could feel that you will be well taken care of.
So much love and dedication was done in building the place, it felt totally seamless with the surrounding traditional houses and yet, the level of luxury is no different from any 5 star hotel.
Each nook and cranny were beautiful and I could spend a whole day just looking them
We stayed in the double room unit which was located across the stream from the reception with views to die for and so much privacy.
Food was hearty and more than enough

FFranscios MichaelI have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below.
1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room.
2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me.
3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant.
4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people.
5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

UUtente ospiteÈ stato più insolito che dovevamo pagare in anticipo CNY1,000 quando ci siamo accolti per una sola notte. Il nostro prezzo di camera era CNY427. La mattina successiva, quando ci siamo accolti, il CNY1,000 è stato rimborsato immediatamente e poi abbiamo pagato il conto effettivo.
Il lobby, l'ascensore e la camera erano puliti e belli.
Il nostro gruppo di 8 si è accorto di aver cenato a buffet in hotel, ma la maggior parte dei piatti erano quasi vuoti, ma il personale era utile per preparare i piatti per noi. Il cibo del mare era fresco, ma la torta e le altre piatti di carne di maiale, pollo, ecc erano duri e inevitabili.

Great place, better stay at least a couple of nights to fully enjoy the tulou life.
Mr Huang and wife were amazing, some of the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. They cooked food for us and gave the best advices about exploring the surroundings.
If you have time, at sunset, walk up to the bus stop and find the little gap in the guardrail, it will bring you straight to the rice terraces. Can see the Tulou Complex from a different point of view!
