Trova hotel a 5 stelle a Zhangzhou

Hotel is new and spacious. Service of their staff is excellent. We were greeted by a friendly and good hospitality from the Reception staff, Eddie Zeng. The riverview room is huge with an amazing day & night view of the river. Location is convenient to go to the ancient town, food , and other sightseeing sites. Upon checking out, the bell boy, Andy Song has been friendly and very helpful. Overall experience is fantastic. I will recommend this hotel.

Una esperienza turistica molto utile, l'igiene dell'hotel e l'ambiente sono super-aiuti, il servizio è molto attento.Ci sono anche i ricambi di cibo regolari ogni giorno!Grazie in particolare per il servizio intimo di Liu Yahoo, vice amministratore della sala, e ci hanno organizzato un viaggio di un giorno per l'edificio terrestre! Spero di avere la prossima volta la possibilità di tornare a Zhuzhou!

L'hotel è molto spazioso e pulito, lussuoso, confortevole e ha un ricco colazione. Molto buono

漳州行最後一晚，入住薌江酒店，此次漳州行最佳!還是大酒店更適合本人! 酒店位於市中心勝利路，鬧中取靜，離古城步行也就十幾分鍾路程。 房間非常寬敞，衞生間乾濕分離，入户處有行李架，然後是單獨茶櫃，工作桌，休憩躺椅，齊全的功能區劃分讓人舒適放鬆。贈送的水果和各種飲料零食大禮包，以及床頭眼罩和護眼貼，非常貼心温暖，賓至如歸。 入住的是景觀房，晚上看萬家燈火，璀璨絢爛，早起時剛好欣賞到雨天遠山氤氲，一副水墨山水。 特別驚喜的是早餐，有各種漳州特色小吃美食，滷麪，沙茶麪，生燙，扁食，麻餈，千層糕，片仔癀青草膏等等，足不出户即可品嚐地道風味。 稍有不足的是，感覺酒店服務人員不夠，不管是入住還是打車出發，都沒有服務人員迎接，更別説幫忙提行李了。 有機會再來漳州，必住薌江。

Grande camera, vecchia ma ben mantenuta. Buona attrezzata e pulita. Vale la pena rimanere di nuovo.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

酒店很新，員工服務很熱情 ，由於我們是泉州轉站過來入駐，所以行李比較凌亂，到了酒店禮賓部員工服務很周到，前台員工小玲服務很好，自助餐廳員工小哥哥王林炫很熱情，每天都在給我們推薦值得打卡的地方，熱情給我們介紹餐廳的特色菜品，總之很好，入住體驗很完美，再次感謝酒店點員工，真的很熱情~

L'entusiasmo del personale e la professionalità, il VIP ha iniziato a aiutare a prendere il bagaglio e il servizio della ricetta sono molto buoni, gestire con pazienza l'alloggio, la struttura di lavanderia della stanza è pulita e avanzata, la colazione è ricca, la posizione è anche molto conveniente, e gli attrazioni circostanti possono essere raggiunti a piedi. Sia che si tratti di viaggio d'affari o di vacanze, è consigliabile!

Isolated location and quite impossible to get DIDI to go to nearby restaurants which are far and few near the resort. Many nice small onsen pools with various temperature to suit different guests needs, nice lobby but room was small, old and EXTREMELY dim. Windows were opened when I checked in, Beware of mosquitoes! Staff are friendly and great, though they employ many students part timers.

Quando ero bambino, veniva spesso in questa casa calda, molto comoda, il parco era molto grande, caldo e alloggio erano separati. Il quartiere caldo doveva comprare i biglietti da solo, e i biglietti erano più economici.Questa volta, mi consiglia anche di unirsi a un amico qui. Alcuni persone in camera spruzzavano un po'di vino caldo e bevono un po'di vino **, molto piacevole
