Hotel con colazione a Firenze

La camera era eccezionalmente pulita e ordinata, con letti comodi, set di cortesia completo e frigorifero. L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica vicino a diverse attrazioni, tra cui il Museo delle Belle Arti e il Duomo di Firenze, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Il balcone e la veranda erano entrambi molto sicuri e silenziosi, perfetti per una buona notte di sonno. La colazione era abbondante, con una varietà di snack e deliziosi succhi di frutta. Il personale della reception era attento e accogliente, parlava inglese lentamente e chiaramente, rendendo la comunicazione fluida. Mi hanno persino fornito una mappa di Firenze. Questo è senza dubbio il miglior servizio alberghiero in cui abbia mai soggiornato in Italia.

Ho effettuato la prenotazione lo stesso giorno. Ho soggiornato per una notte, ma la camera era pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, e ho alloggiato in una camera singola con colazione inclusa. Ed è vicino alla stazione! ! Ho pensato che fosse un buon valore per questo importo. Ho potuto soggiornare comodamente come viaggiatore singolo. Anche i dipendenti erano gentili. Avevo la sensazione che il buffet della colazione non contenesse molte verdure, ma ritenevo che fosse sufficiente dato che c'erano molte bevande come formaggio, prosciutto, pane e caffè. Non c'è problema. Quando ho detto alla reception che avevo dimenticato il caricabatterie, me lo hanno gentilmente prestato, il che è stato molto utile.

La Struttura é stata inaugurata un mese fa ,piu o meno. Vi consiglio vivamente di andare sul loro sito ufficiale e iscrivervi ,scaricare la loro app dallo store. Iscrivendovi ,diventerete soci del club Blue e accederete a sconti fino al 20% e vari privilegi. Dopo 5 prenotazioni ,sul sito e sullla loro app,entro i 12 mesi si diventa a & o hostel club plus. Con sconti fino al 25% e altri vantaggi vari, elencati sul loro sito internet. Ho alloggiato per un mese quindi posso fare una recensione completa, credo. Ho provato sia le stanze da 4 che da 6 posti per dormire ,strutturate su letti a castello di buona fattura tutti in acciaio. Materassi comodi ,l'unica cosa il rivestimento é un po' viscoso e fa rumlrye anche la notte,ma é poca cosa. Mi sono trovate meglio in quelle da 4 posti letto ,(molto ampie ,quelle a destra quando si esce dagli ascensori numeri X01 -X10,X é il numero.del piano). Tutte e due le tipologie di stanze hanno bagni privati. Quelle più grandi hanno due bagni, con doccia e lavandino ,l'atro con lavandino e sevizio igienico,senza bidet. Intelligentemente molto comodo essendo in 4 in 6 se occupato quello con la doccia puoi benissimo andare all'altro per massimizzare i tempi. La struttura é di 7 piani ,più un piano -1 piano ,dove si trova la sala ristorazione grande servita , la cucina dove gli ospiti possono cucinarsi da soli,sevizi igienici e altro. Non é perfetto, ci sono delle piccole mancanze qua e la , distribuite in vari settori più delle volte per colpa dei clienti maleducati , che della struttura,ma lo complesso lo consiglio assolutamente. Sono stato bene, anche perché il personale é competente ,educato, sempre disponibile a risolvere i problemi del cliente. Ringrazio il direttore della struttura per avermi trattato con i guanti fin dall'inizio e di aver risolto delle diatribe con altri utenti inquilini della mia stessa camere per motivi di maleducazione. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Innanzitutto, vorrei ringraziare Ctrip. Il prezzo che avevo prenotato inizialmente era di oltre 1.700 yuan. Il giorno dopo è sceso a 1.000 yuan. Ctrip mi ha rimborsato rapidamente la differenza di oltre 700 yuan. Tutti dovrebbero prestare attenzione al prezzo di questo hotel in alta stagione. Costa solo circa 1.000 yuan. Se è più alto, prenotatelo più tardi. Posizione: È a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. È molto comodo. La sicurezza generale intorno alla stazione ferroviaria è nella media. Servizi: Il livello delle famiglie ospitanti potrebbe essere leggermente peggiore. La camera è piccola, anche il bagno è piccolo e i servizi igienici non sono proprio il massimo. Servizio: Il servizio del personale alla reception è molto buono e c'è anche un'area relax per il tè pomeridiano, così tutti possono riposare dopo lo shopping.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo campeggio a ottobre. Il posto era molto pulito e ben tenuto, ma è piuttosto lontano dal centro città. Al mattino, arrivarci è abbastanza facile, ma la sera gli autobus sono spesso sovraffollati. Dato che ce ne sono solo due all'ora, a volte non si riesce nemmeno a salire. I servizi sono complessivamente buoni, anche se l'acqua calda è limitata: le docce durano al massimo 10 minuti. Se campeggiate in tenda, assicuratevi di accendere il riscaldamento di notte, perché dopo il tramonto fa molto freddo.

Ottimo ubicazione, eccellente, trattamento e servizio per tutto il personale, specialmente per il receptionista che è al mattino e che sa parlare spagnolo. La sua gentilezza e la sua attenzione: eccezionale, chi ha una piscina, anche se piccola, per dare un cappotto soprattutto in estate, con il calore che fa, è un punto importante da tenere in considerazione, E anche se ho letto che non avverte che non ha ascensore e che molti casi, come noi, ti mandano al secondo piano con molte scale, è vero, ma anche loro ti salgono e ti abbassano i bagagli. Indubbiamente ripeterò in questo hotel nel mio prossimo viaggio a Firenze .

Il design dell'hotel è molto tradizionale e bello. La camera è molto pulita e molto confortevole con design! La colazione era superba in termini di standard europeo. Il personale è super cordiale e disponibile durante il soggiorno e speriamo di soggiornare presto in questo hotel.

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.
