This place has a beautiful view. You can walk near the harbor and relax. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The pool just needed to be cleaned. There were a lot of bugs floating onto of the water. The Italian restaurant located next to it is great also.

Questa è la nostra prima visita a Haikou, anche se siamo stati a Sanya poche volte.La Langham Haikou è convenientemente situato, vi sono negozi, negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.
La piscina è pulita con una bella vista, es. per la fotografia. Ha certamente un senso di resort.
Tutti i membri del personale forniscono servizi eccellenti, tra cui Concierge e Front Office.
Grazie speciali alla signorina Julie Wang, che è sempre utile e attenta in tutti gli aspetti, e ci ha aggiornato in una sala di vista marina con una vista stupenda!

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. Il veicolo è un'auto commerciale ampia e pulita, l'ambiente interno è pulito e senza odore, e i sedili sono molto comodi. Nel viaggio all'hotel, il maestro del conducente non solo guida in modo sicuro, ma ci presenta con entusiasmo le amore locali, i ristoranti deliziosi e le attrazioni divertenti, come un intimo guida. L'unico lato inferiore della piscina esterna è che non potete usarlo quando c'è una possibilità di temporale e considerando il tempo di Haikou, questo è molto comune. È anche costretto a indossare una capsula da nuoto nella piscina, che alcuni non preferiscono.

AAdelyn Pros: Location is about 5mins walk from Haikou Railway station, spacious room, AI voice assistant.
Cons: Room is damp, reception did mentioned during checkin and stated that it is due to room being at level 1 (for room type: discount double room). Secondly, there was slight leaking issue out of the shower room. Lastly, quite a number of mosquitoes, liquid electric repeller was provided. Also, the mirror light in my room was not working, since I was only staying one night and it doesn’t matter to me, I informed the staff and did not request for a change of room.

MmarieStayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits.
The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

VViviLeonLet's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area.
The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures.
Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating.
Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option.
Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself.

UUtente ospite因為要坐輪渡找了一個離輪渡近的地方住開始預訂的時候都抱着試一試的心態到了入住以後超出預期衞生打掃的很乾凈比之前住的民宿都要乾淨是Loft的設計還很喜歡這種小公寓還有衣帽間該有的都有最主要的是真實的寵物友好！也不收費比有些店家寫着寵物友好但是打電話過去問不願意接待帶狗的真的好太多下次來海南還會繼續來住的
