1. The hotel uniformly sets the central air conditioning temperature in the name of environmental protection, but as customers, we cannot understand it. We checked in on January 28. It was so hot that we couldn't sleep. We called the hotel front desk in the middle of the night to send an ice-cooling machine. The 26 degrees shown in the picture was the result of blowing all night. The sound was also very loud. I couldn't stand it and complained to the manager on duty and changed a room on the shady side. 2. As a five-star standard hotel, the New Year is not a reason to lower the service standards. After calling to urge water delivery for 40 minutes, no one delivered it. 3. The phone emphasized that the child was sleeping. I called them on my personal mobile phone, but they still called my landline in the middle of the night to wake up the child. In summary, I hope your hotel can live up to the star rating standards and pay attention to details! Truly put customers first! 1.酒店以环保为名统一设置中央空调温度，但是我们作为顾客不能理解，入住1月28日，热到谁不着觉，半夜给酒店前台打电话送来加冰的冷风机，图示26度是吹了一晚上的结果，声音也超大，实在是受不了第二天和当班经理投诉换了一个阴面的房间。 2.作为五星级标准酒店,过年不是服务降低标准的理由,打电话催促送水40分钟后没有人送来。 3.电话强调孩子在睡觉 我私人手机打电话给他们 还是半夜给我打座机把孩子吵醒。 综上,希望贵酒店可以对得起星级评定的标准,注重细节!真正做到顾客至上!

The hotel gave me a free room upgrade what I greatly appreciated. The room was clean and spacious and personal friendly. The breakfast was good as well although other hotels of this class have more choices. The hotel is located besides a subway station of line 4 which makes travel easy

剛到酒店，就被它的地理位置吸引了。交通非常便利，周邊無論是公共交通站點還是打車都很方便，對於出行的人來説這一點真的很加分。而且周邊還有不少便利店、餐廳等，生活氣息濃厚又不吵鬧。 進入酒店大堂，第一感覺就是寬敞明亮。前台的工作人員效率極高，辦理入住手續時態度熱情友好，回答我的問題時耐心又細緻，還貼心地告知我酒店的一些特色服務和注意事項。 走進房間，乾淨整潔是最直觀的感受。床鋪柔軟舒適，被子和枕頭的觸感就像回到家一樣安心。房間的佈局合理，傢俱擺放整齊，儲物空間充足，對於像我這樣東西比較多的旅客來説非常實用。房內的設施也很齊全，空調製冷制熱效果都很好，電視節目豐富，網絡速度超快，無論是看劇還是處理一些緊急的工作都毫無壓力。浴室也是一大亮點，空間雖然不是特別大但佈局緊湊合理，淋浴噴頭出水強勁且水温穩定，洗漱用品質量也不錯，毛巾浴巾乾淨柔軟。 酒店的服務真的是處處體現用心。客房服務響應速度超快，有一次我需要額外的毛巾，打了電話沒多久就送來了。而且酒店每天都會按時打掃房間，打掃得非常乾淨，還會把物品整理得井井有條。 酒店的早餐也令人滿意。種類豐富多樣，既有中式的粥、包子、油條等傳統美食，也有西式的麪包、煎蛋、火腿等。水果新鮮，飲品的選擇也很多，熱飲冷飲都有供應。 整個酒店的環境很安靜，讓我能得到很好的休息。在這裏住了幾天，每一天都很舒適愜意。以後我一定還會選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給身邊的朋友們。這是一家性價比很高、非常值得入住的酒店。

Buon ambiente e buon servizio. La responsabile della reception Veegee Cao è bella, gentile e ha un buon temperamento. È grassa e vecchia. Ha chiesto una stanza con un lungo divano 🛋️ e un piano alto. Veegee Cao è salita e scesa per guardato la tipologia di camera tre volte e finalmente ho soddisfatto il suo desiderio. Il servizio è stato molto premuroso e ho dato un pollice in su. Mi hanno dato una torta red velvet e della frutta per il mio compleanno. Sono stato molto soddisfatto. L'esperienza di soggiorno ha superato le mie aspettative . La stanza era al 48° piano dell'executive floor. Guardando fuori dalla finestra, puoi vedere i tre camini iconici di Gaoqiao. La piscina e la palestra al sesto piano sono entrambe belle. L'executive lounge al 51° piano ha un bellissimo ambiente✌️

已經住了好幾次了，這次我媽把手機落在酒店了，打了電話請酒店幫忙找下，好傢伙連續去了好幾個電話，最終一個小時多一點才告訴我放前台了，説好的找到給我反饋也沒有，還是我打電話追問才告知的。從車站折回去酒店拿，到了前台，前台半天也不知道在哪還得給酒店打電話才請前台經理給到。以前入住整體都是5分覺得各方面都還不錯，這次真的因為處理手機這事，首先感謝他們拾金不昧，但是找個手機沒反饋還要一個小時，長者家年紀大心眼小，比較手機大幾千如果真丟了她也心疼，所以衹能説這次旅行遇到的酒店個別工作人員服務責任心真的一般，也有可能我以前遇到的服務員都很nice，反正前幾次都是一個微胖的男生辦理的各種手續還幫我留好安靜的房子。還是要建議酒店應該對員工整體培訓有統一的標準

Il cibo era buono e il servizio era eccellente. E' molto buono soprattutto se stai cercando di rilassarti, perché non c'è molto da fare altrimenti. L'unica cosa è che non hanno un Spa ( ci siamo mancati male). La piscina è eccellente
