Hotel Hyatt Place a Shanghai

Il viaggio è stato buono finché non ho avuto la stessa stanza rumorosa. Non posso credere che sia una coincidenza due volte.Quindi questa è la mia 2a soggiorno in questo hotel .1st abbiamo avuto 2 camere di cui uno aveva un problema, perché tutta la notte c'erano terribili suoni di auto che passavano sotto le camere. Poiché ci può essere un bumper sotterraneo, ogni veicolo passa causa un suono terribile tutta la notte. A tardi della notte ho dovuto chiamare la ricezione per cambiare la stanza. Grazie a Dio hanno cambiato la stanza di notte. A parte questo tutto è stato buono. La colazione è una combinazione standard cinese occidentale. La posizione è buona vicino a un centro commerciale.

Sharon complemented this seamless experience with her warm demeanor and proactive follow-ups, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. In addition, I'm very grateful to the concierge manager, Bryan, for helping me look up what delicious food and interesting places are around. Their teamwork in resolving room arrangements while maintaining five-star service standards deserves recognition. It's rare to find staff who combine such efficiency with sincere care for guests' needs. Because of them, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a testament to your hotel's exceptional service culture. PARENTS/FAMILIES STAY AWAY!! The hotel has the ability to be great for their location and area, but unfortunately their AC didn’t work at all, even during spring the heat was terrible, we were not able to sleep. Then to add on to the heat people were smoking and the smell from the AC was terrible and all our clothes smell like smoke from just from one night. Really disappointing since there were so many children in the hotel.
