Ho avuto la più meravigliosa esperienza a Taj Connemara, da un controllo in cui il mio ricevitore mi ha migliorato, a un incontro con Gracy Varghese, che mi ha notato la stanchezza e la stanchezza e mi ha mandato a fare il bagno. Nessuna piscina, anche se annunciata. nessuna aria condizionata nei corridoi teh. Il tetto nel lobby principale ha un odore. Le camere sono belle e spaziose e il personale di servizio è eccellente. Le bagni sono anche belle e grandi e l'acqua è calda su de***d. in Il mio bagno specifico, il mixer era rotto, così l'acqua usciva dal show te e il fascino di mano insieme. I guanti sono puliti ma solo il 99% asciutto. I bagni sono freschi e confortevoli. così sono letti te e le mutandine. Il divertimento interno era molto povero. (la pioggia sulla strada di St Mary ha migliorato la selezione di intrattenimento), le opinioni sono di strade urbane, quindi non è molto da dire. Il colore è orribile, ma è solo la mia opinione personale. La caffetteria ”cucina” 24/7 ha un bel colazione e buffet da pranzo con una vasta gamma di cibo, tutti ben cucinati.Tutto in tutto il più recente hotel Raintree sulla strada di St Mary è molto meglio, Ma le camere e le bagni sono molto più piccole. Spero che una volta finiti la rigenerazione di questo hotel si riunirà.

This place was recommended by a friend who stays at Boat Club and I read reviews in Google, Tripadvisor and Aggregator sites.   We booked 2 rooms for 2N/3D stay at Crowne Plaza, Adyar, Chennai through an aggregator site. I called up the hotel to check on our reservation confirmation, but we were told that only one room is booked and they do not have second room confirmation. I called up the support team of aggregator and they confirmed it is 2 rooms and they called up the hotel and shared us an email confirmation. Later I called up the reservation desk and understood that 2 rooms are booked and it’s a confirmed reservation.   Our Check-in experience was good and the staff were courteous and quick.   We were allotted two rooms in old block at Floor number 14 (Room No 1403 and 1405). For a moment I recollected the online reviews I read and the pictures I saw about this hotel weren’t in the same. I thought I will revisit the reviews online and double check If I had made any mistakes in booking wrong hotel. I also called up my friend and told my experience isn’t great and the rooms are looking OLD and the plumbing systems inside the wash room and room telephony isn’t working well. I invited the hotel Duty ***ager (Mr.Josua) and showed him the plumbing system inside the wash room and asked him just because the I happened to book from an aggregator site and got attractive deals, we were given a poor looking rooms? Or is this a standard rooms that they offer for all type of bookings. (we discussed this after experiencing our stay in poor and old looking rooms for 1 night).  Mr.Josua said the rooms in this floors are due for renovation and they would allot us rooms from new block. I told I would like to see the room before we move in. Mr.Murali took us to the new rooms and I could match the room pictures as posted in review sites. I told Murali and Josua, it is outrageous that they allotted old rooms to gullible guests. We moved into new rooms in Floor 25 (in new block)   The breakfast was awesome and service host (I think his name is Jibin).

Grazie in particolare: Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) che sono andati sopra e oltre con il loro servizio eccezionale per curare tutte le nostre esigenze. L'intera squadra di butler (Bala, Saravanan e Napoli, che si sono assicurati di andare in più in sala. L'intera squadra Jiva Spa che ci ha assicurati che ci fosse un buon riposo e una rilassazione. L'intero ristorante e cucina del Southern Spice team che ci ha attirato con il loro meraviglioso cibo. L'intera squadra dell'ufficio di frontiera che ha fatto il nostro check-in e check-out senza saldatura. L'intera squadra Door*** e Concierge che ci ha aiutati con i nostri sacchi infiniti. L'intera squadra di custodia che ha fatto qualcosa di piccolo ogni giorno per sorridere sulle nostre facce quando siamo tornati in camera. L'intera squadra di cena in camera che ha ospitato i nostri ordini di cena e caffè tardi. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di essere serviti da Formatori Santak e Shafira, che vorremmo cogliere l'occasione per desiderare loro tutto il meglio nel loro sforzo futuro e per raggiungere maggiori altezze in questo settore. Il servizio è stato eccellente Le strutture erano buone. La cena era meravigliosa, soprattutto il colazione. Purtroppo la prenotazione che ho fatto attraverso Trip ,com non è stata rilasciata all'hotel. Quando sono entrato all'hotel non c'era alcuna prenotazione del mio record lì. Ho dovuto contattare un amico che conosceva il ***agger lì per risolvere il problema. Di conseguenza, devo aspettare 1.5 ore al lobby. E' una cattiva esperienza. In futuro, contatterò direttamente l'hotel piuttosto che passare attraverso un terzo.

Belle camere grandi con belle viste . È su un'autostrada principale, ma il suono viene molto poco. Il ristorante è luminoso comodo e non troppo pieno. Il cibo non è grande ma è buono e vario. Il personale è piacevole e veloce. Le letti erano comodi. Divertimento interno limitato. Buono servizio alimentare a casa. Il caffè è arrivato a caldo. Non ha usato la piscina. ottenere il trasporto pubblico dall'hotel è stato un brindisi. Il servizio lavanderia è stato anche efficiente.

Un posto splendido e accogliente per soggiornare sulla Poonamallee High Road. Le camere sono spaziose, le suite hanno buona zona di vestiti e tappeti per il magazzinaggio di vestiti. Personale pulito, pulito e cortese. Ho avuto un problema con Eifi e la mia camera è stata immediatamente cambiata con un aggiornamento. Non preoccuparti. La serata è stata fantastica il 24 marzo 2024, a Hablis e finalmente ho memorie sorprendenti dalla mia ricezione di matrimonio. Il personale è amichevole e competente. Magnum Hall è magnifico, ordinato e senza spot. Apprezziamo in particolare l'onorevole Eswaran che ci ha dato un consiglio utile sulle opzioni di sala e di pranzo, e devo ricordarlo perché l'hotel ha proposto inizialmente due decorazioni di fase diverse, nessuna delle quali ci ha soddisfatti. Fortunatamente, all'ultimo minuto, ho potuto contattare il signor Ramesh decoro stadio, che è molto raccomandato per il suo lavoro e che sta con noi per tutto il giorno. Il cibo era delizioso, il servizio era benvenuto, e il pranzo era servito con professionalità e cortesia. Si consiglia molto di tenere eventi a Hablis che sono veramente di valore.

Its nicely located in the middle of old town. but this means that the views are boring. i think the hotel is just coming out of covid issues as it is understaffed and most of the resaturants are closed and the food its iffy at best. i spend the the first hour of my stay as they relaced the mini fridge that had stopped wokking and had leaked all over the wood cabinet leading to a stink. next day i spend three hours waiting for maintaince to water proof the bathroom that was leaking into the sleeping area. the third day i had to watch for an hour as the Ac maintaince were trying to repair a leak which had seeped into the false ceiling leading to a new smell. The rooms are nice and spacious. so are teh bathroom but the WC is located in a tiny alcove in the bathroom making it unconfortable to reach for the health faucet. teh towels are clean and the beds confortable. the writing cair and table are well made and teh easy chair is also comfortable even for a big sized *** like me. the laundry service is efficient. the complimentary Tata branded tea and coffee is undrinkable, so is whatever brand of creamer they use. i dont undersand why they dont just use amul and nescafe. inroom entertainment is still just basic tamil cable TV. room cleanliness is average with cobwebs on the bathroom sink and tea stains on the floor. again this is due to understaffing and overworking the existing staff. the staff themself is very helpful and hardworking. the restaurant is understaffed but despite this, the staff were helpful and pleasant. and the chef's range is a bit limited. the lobby area is nice and spacious, but the corridors poorly maintained with gaps in the carpets and the floors leading to repeated tripping risks. the carpets stink. the pool on the roof is nice and large but can only be used ealy mornings or in the evenings as it has no awning. I had a pleasant swim one evening and wounddown on the comfortable deck chairs. the changing rooms leave a lot to be desired. the gym is well equipped. they have a spa but didnt have male massuese so could be utilized. but it looked clean and pleasant. wifi connectivity was good through out the hotel and not spotty at all. basically this could be a great hotel if they staffed it well and updated basic infrastcuture and threw out their stinking carpets. But it looks like staff will be made to do more and more with less and less. would i visit again? unlikely.

Tutti erano molto accoglienti e graziosi. La stanza era molto moderna ma confortevole. Il cibo presso il ristorante/bar del terzo piano era molto delizioso e meraviglioso. Il servizio era sorprendente. L’ultima notte del nostro soggiorno, ho detto a Tanyajit che non potevo avere latte quando ho ordinato i tacos. Essi uscirono con crema acida in cima. Avrei dovuto dirgli che non potevo avere alcun prodotto lattiero-caseario. Ha capito e immediatamente ha fissato un altro giro di tacos senza latte. Grazie, Tanyajit!!!

We booked in the tower side of the hotel and the rooms were really lovely, well appointment, large bath and bedroom. The hotel is as Oasis in a very busy and warm city. The standard rooms which we saw weren't great. Would not call them 5 star standard. Food was good across the restaurants, lot's of choice Good pools and gym Breakfast was good but badly organised. They had queues building across the allocated space and chaos around where people should sit. They eventually had us walk over to their banquet rooms for breakfast, but if they know the number of occupied rooms this could have been ***aged better. Unless they have walk in breakfast guests.

Il mio soggiorno era buono. La stanza era comoda. Tuttavia, il colazione non era così bello come i giorni precoci, il personale F&B deve essere più responsabile e essere fiero del loro lavoro. Il personale di custodia deve essere consapevole nell'esercizio dei loro compiti. La loro conversazione altissima perturba l'atmosfera accogliente dell'hotel. Il personale del Front Desk è gentile. Il personale del Concierge è sorprendente. In particolare, Sridhar & Leo sono dipendenti esemplare. GRT ha bisogno di più dipendenti come loro. Questi dipendenti’ atteggiamento lavorativo non ha mai cambiato da giorni pre covid. Spero che l’hotel ***agement riconoscerà Sridhar & Leo Johnson.

I'm on a short visit to Chennai with my accommodation needs taken care of. However, I don't have access to a swimming pool. Yes I could go to the beach.. but I wanted to be beside a pool, jump in the pool and enjoy a relaxing, no stress stay. I stopped off at the WelcomHotel and asked if they allow non-residents to use their facilities; after a brief conversation with the duty ***ager, I was allowed to use the pool and other facilities. I stayed in Hostel Gandhi for 5 days in Feb 2022, it was only Rs 450 a night so a good deal! There are two rooms for gents and one for ladies. I was alone in the ladies room (three bunkbeds, housing 6 people) for 3 days and on the other two days, just had one roommate. The reception guy was soft-spoken, kind and responsive. The room was comfortable and AC was working. Water and electricity 24/7. Kitchen with everything needed to cook. Several friendly cats around. Space on the roof to hang out clothes washing. There were cobwebs in the room so it could use a thorough cleaning, ditto the kitchen. But all in all, a comfortable stay.

This place was recommended by a friend who stays at Boat Club and I read reviews in Google, Tripadvisor and Aggregator sites.   We booked 2 rooms for 2N/3D stay at Crowne Plaza, Adyar, Chennai through an aggregator site. I called up the hotel to check on our reservation confirmation, but we were told that only one room is booked and they do not have second room confirmation. I called up the support team of aggregator and they confirmed it is 2 rooms and they called up the hotel and shared us an email confirmation. Later I called up the reservation desk and understood that 2 rooms are booked and it’s a confirmed reservation.   Our Check-in experience was good and the staff were courteous and quick.   We were allotted two rooms in old block at Floor number 14 (Room No 1403 and 1405). For a moment I recollected the online reviews I read and the pictures I saw about this hotel weren’t in the same. I thought I will revisit the reviews online and double check If I had made any mistakes in booking wrong hotel. I also called up my friend and told my experience isn’t great and the rooms are looking OLD and the plumbing systems inside the wash room and room telephony isn’t working well. I invited the hotel Duty ***ager (Mr.Josua) and showed him the plumbing system inside the wash room and asked him just because the I happened to book from an aggregator site and got attractive deals, we were given a poor looking rooms? Or is this a standard rooms that they offer for all type of bookings. (we discussed this after experiencing our stay in poor and old looking rooms for 1 night).  Mr.Josua said the rooms in this floors are due for renovation and they would allot us rooms from new block. I told I would like to see the room before we move in. Mr.Murali took us to the new rooms and I could match the room pictures as posted in review sites. I told Murali and Josua, it is outrageous that they allotted old rooms to gullible guests. We moved into new rooms in Floor 25 (in new block)   The breakfast was awesome and service host (I think his name is Jibin).
