that hotel was full ****.... Fu.king chinese hotel. Dont trust that pictures guys!!!

I can’t say I’m pleased but the hotel is decent. Good location as it is directly from gimpo airport. The room is big and spacious but the strange issue we had was the air conditioning which does not stay on which could be disruptive. Even though the front desk did help to resolve it, we had instances where the air conditions resets every 30 mins or so. Other than that, it is a good hotel.

Overall, everything was fine during my stay. The only issue was the warmth in the room, as there was no air conditioning. I had to open the window to get some air, but thankfully, it’s the winter season, so it wasn’t too uncomfortable.

The location is good because the hotel is very close to the subway station. However, a major problem is the air conditioning. The system is centralized, so they can’t turn on the A/C if other guests have complained about feeling cold. My room was very hot and stuffy, making it difficult to breathe, so I had to open the window to get some air. No refunds or cancellations are allowed, even if they can’t turn on the A/C. The furniture is also quite old. Think twice before book this hotel. By the way, staff is very nice and helpful.

The room was big enough for two people, the hotel has many facilities and it looks exactly as the pictures. Downside is that the room was just a bit dusty it is as if there wasn’t anyone using the room for a week and there are not many convenient stores or shops nearby.

The location was okay but the hotel bathroom could have been a little better. It wasn’t as clean.

Great option to stay in Seoul outside of Gangham. Nice quiet area with everything you need walking distance.

Not a same as photo, window closed but wind coming through, at the night room temperature goes worse it is winter time inside so cold

Reception and checking in was fantastic. The room was very clean and well appointed.

Older hotel but location is good. Room was spacious. Laundry machine was not working and they do not want you to cook in the hotel.

The first room bed sheet was a bit dirty but the rest of the time the bed sheet is comfortable and clean! The pillow and bed are comfortable too! Too bad the receptionist is not so kind though. Not really helping out customers.

Place is nice, clean and modern. They made sure the place kept clean and tidy. There was also complementary drinks( coffee, tea and bottled water) which we are very thankful. They also accomodate us even though we came in early for check in. We appreciate that coz we've been tired and exhausted from travelling.
