L'hotel è in una buona posizione, a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e con numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. L'hotel è dotato di riscaldamento centralizzato durante l'inverno, quindi gli ospiti non possono regolare la temperatura della camera. Se soggiornate in una camera senza finestre, potete richiedere un ventilatore portatile. Evitate la camera 304 (la più piccola). Il personale alla reception è stato disponibile e parla un inglese decente.

Non posso dire di essere soddisfatto, ma l'hotel è decente. Ottima posizione, dato che è direttamente dall'aeroporto di Gimpo. La stanza è grande e spaziosa, ma lo strano problema che abbiamo avuto è stato l'aria condizionata che non rimane accesa, il che potrebbe essere fastidioso. Anche se la reception ha aiutato a risolvere il problema, ci sono stati casi in cui l'aria condizionata si è ripristinata ogni 30 minuti circa. A parte questo, è un buon hotel.

Hotel room was a much smaller than expected but clean overall and only a 5 minutes walk away from the nearest subway exit.

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty options.

I had a great experience and the staff were very friendly. They helped me with all questions and food recommendations. The breakfast was great as well.

It is close to Kimpo airport. Also it is close to subway metro number 9 line - less than 5 minute walk-which requires just one transfer to get to Incheon Airport. The rooms were clean and well-designed.

The location is excellent, situated close to the train station and surrounded by various restaurants, making it convenient for travelers. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The bathroom facilities are well-maintained and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great choice for both convenience and comfort!

This was my first trip to Korea, and, needless to say, my first stay at The Golden Seoul hotel. I was very impressed with all the hotel staff: from the cleaning staff, the front desk, to the restaurant. I speak no Hangul, but I do speak English and Japanese. Some of front-desk staff also spoke both English and Japanese; thus, there were no difficulties at all with communication. When I needed a taxi, they were more than cordial and called the taxi for me.

The folks at the Golden Seoul are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Checking in was quite easy. The room was excellent: neat and clean. One can tell the cleaning staff takes pride in their work. The riverside view from the room was also lovely. Dinner at the restaurant was enjoyable. Presentation was on point and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel is close to Yeomchang Station, well within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel and I will surely be back soon. Many thanks to the staff at the Golden Seoul!
