Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso YELLO Hotel Batam @ Harbour Bay, e devo dire che è stata una grande esperienza da parte di iniziare a finire. In primo luogo, ringrazio sinceramente il direttore generale Akbar per la sua calda ospitità e un leadership eccezionale. La sua attenzione personale al dettaglio e l'impegno per la soddisfazione degli ospiti si è davvero espressa e ha posto il tono per il livello elevato di servizio che abbiamo sperimentato durante il nostro soggiorno. Un grido speciale al signor Tarmizi, che è andato sopra e oltre per organizzare servizi di navetta per la mia famiglia, non solo era tutto insufficiente, ma il suo amichevole demo e professionalismo hanno reso la nostra esperienza di viaggio felice e piacevole. Il suo eccellente servizio di trasporto ci ha apprezzato. "Sono andato lì con grandi aspettative a causa delle recensioni su TripAdvisor. Ma penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso abbastanza buono. Sì, l'hotel è un po' vecchio e le lenzuola potrebbero avere una piccola macchia, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che il loro letto singolo sia in realtà un letto queen size e un letto singolo. Anche le loro camere sono arredate con mobili prevalentemente in legno. Un'altra cosa che mi piace davvero è l'aria condizionata, è molto forte e molto fredda. Ci siamo avvolti nella coperta come un burrito. Forse una piccola cosa da notare è che, nonostante ci siano i cartelli “vietato fumare” negli ascensori, ci sono ancora viaggiatori che fumano apertamente lì dentro. Ma a parte questo, penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso ok. È anche abbastanza sicuro, perché devi scansionare la scheda della stanza prima di selezionare il livello a cui vuoi accedere. C'è anche un Macdonald nelle vicinanze, basta attraversare la strada."

"Had a pleasant stay at this cozy apartment. Though there were a minor hiccup, overall the experience was enjoyable thanks to the warm and accommodating host. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short 1–2 night stay with friends if you just want to relax and nua. It also comes with a nice view — and if you’re lucky, you might even catch the sunrise to greet you. Highly recommend for a quick getaway! 🌅✨"

"Great first stay at Harris Resort Barelang! We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The kids had so much fun, especially in the foam pool — a big hit! The resort has a beautiful view and is very kid-friendly, with plenty of activities and space for families. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway. Will definitely come back!"

"There is a Harris free shuttle from Sekupang ferry terminal to hotel. The staff are all polite, friendly and smiling. Our room Is Harris Seaview, its on the first level, so its easy acces to go in and out of the room. We had breakfast for two days, and the food they serving is just ok, im ok with it because i dont eat much for breakfast, just egg n toast is fine with me. For dinner, we have to order ala carte. Waiting time for food if you order ala carte take some time. It happened for both two nights we order dinner. But over all evrything is nice. The staff at the bar are nice, and the staff at the buffet as well. My daughter enjoyed the pool so much."

"Abbiamo fatto un sabato e era completamente prenotato. Non abbiamo ricevuto un letto di dimensioni re che abbiamo prenotato. Il giorno dopo il colazione era anche un po' caotico, perché l'hotel ha lottato per sedersi in un tempo. Dovremmo aspettare fuori per un po' prima di avere una tavola. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Le strutture erano standard. Le camere erano pulite e belle. Il lavoro di costruzione davanti all'hotel ha ostacolato la nostra vista sul mare, che era a 10 minuti dall'hotel. Nota laterale: Non si è goduto del ristorante Kelong.Il cibo era terribile."
