This hotel was over the top incredible. I planned this trip with my 24 and 21 year old sons. It is an adults only hotel which is just what we wanted. The location (Fira) was perfect for us as it was a very easy walk to the restaurants in Fira and then we drove one night to Oia (which was very crowded and very difficult to find parking.) The staff was amazing, specifically Faye and Kostas. The views are exceptional. The humidity in our bathroom was on the higher side due to the hot tub, but my sons loved having it. Breakfast was served every morning (ordered the day before) with the staff notifying us by knocking on our door. What an incredible breakfast spread! You could not get better views. The room was huge…perfect for the three of us. I completely recommend this hotel.

Spent 3 nights here with my Husband and nothing is too much trouble. We have experienced excellent customer service before but this was next level. We were very well looked after. The hotel is small and ideal for a restful break. There was always room to sunbathe round the pool. There is an excellent drinks and food service by the pool, with a small indoor area by the bar should you wish to eat inside. The hotel also has a restaurant service in the evening with a small menu, but they prefer if you can book and order ahead. I recommend doing this as the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet is in the restaurant area. The food at breakfast varies and there is something for everyone. If you like a decent cuppa, I would recommend bringing your own teabags. The views at breakfast and at any of the nearby restaurants are stunning. We had a garden view room, which faces the road but you couldn’t hear it. It was a spacious room with its own balcony, sofa, tv, fridge, bathroom and hairdryer. It also had a small key safe. I found the fridge noisier than the air conditioner. The bathroom was small with a small shower but it did the job. The location was very remote, that’s why we chose it. There is a restaurant a few mins walk each side of the hotel and whichever restaurant you choose, the views and the sunsets are incredible. If you want to explore more of Santorini, taxis are expensive. It will cost €15 each way to get down the hill to the village, approximately 1.7 km away and €40 to get to Thira. There is a bus stop in the village. The bus leaves from the bus stop and goes to Thira every 30 mins for €1.80. We walked down to the village and caught the bus and got a taxi back up . Although it’s a down hill walk, it’s not easy as there are not many footpaths. The view makes it worth it though. Taxis and buses are cash only. There is an ATM in the village and lots of lovely restaurants. All restaurants we tried accepts card payments. The staff at the hotel made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. We were given their WhatsApp number so they could book us a taxi home when we were out, brought us wine for drinks on the balcony and the service by the pool was excellent. Plenty of food and drinks were provided with great conversation and a smile. I highly recommended this hotel if you want a quiet break.

L'hotel è buono!Il servizio è davvero molto buono, la sorella della reception è supernice, e non importa quando andiamo alla reception, sono molto entusiasti per aiutare.Sono costituiti da suite diverse, ma ogni balcone può vedere la vista del mare. Il balcone è fuori dalla porta, il colazione ci sarà messo sul tavolo del balcone al momento prenotato.Se la posizione è, il prezzo è relativamente economico per lo stesso tipo di hotel, quindi la posizione è un po' lontana dalla spazzatura e ci vorrà più di dieci minuti per andare nella piccola città di Iya. La sensazione personale di andare in autunno sarà migliore, perché la città di Iya in autunno non c'è privacy personale fuori dalla stanza. Qualsiasi cosa possa essere fatto nella piscina balcone può essere visto chiaramente da persone che passano, e l'hotel è molto tranquillo. L'unica carenza è che quando andiamo è primavera, e c'è un po'di freddo, ma il loro bagno può essere riscaldato a 35 gradi, la piscina è troppo fredda, quindi non c'è molto acqua.
