Hotel con palestra a Santorini

Ho prenotato l'Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites meno di 24 ore prima del check-in e, dal momento del mio arrivo, l'ospitalità è stata eccezionale. Ogni singolo membro dello staff, dai manager al team, ha fatto di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno indimenticabile. Siccome stavo festeggiando il mio 30° compleanno e viaggiavo da sola, l'ho menzionato durante il mio soggiorno. Con mia sorpresa, mi hanno fatto un upgrade a una splendida suite con vasca idromassaggio privata con vista sulla piscina e sulla mozzafiato caldera. Mi hanno anche accolto con grandi bottiglie d'acqua e una bottiglia di vino bianco, un gesto così premuroso. Ho cenato in hotel la prima sera e il cibo era assolutamente delizioso: fresco, saporito e perfettamente condito. Il giorno seguente, il team ha persino organizzato un massaggio gratuito utilizzando prodotti di alta qualità, che è stato incredibilmente rilassante e mi ha fatto sentire davvero coccolata. Avevo anche bisogno di un late check-out e mi hanno gentilmente permesso di rimanere in camera fino alle 13:00 senza costi aggiuntivi, cosa che ho davvero apprezzato. Anche se l'hotel non si trova a Oia o a Fira, è perfettamente posizionato con viste mozzafiato verso entrambe, offrendo un rifugio tranquillo lontano dalla folla pur essendo a breve distanza in auto dalle principali attrazioni dell'isola. La colazione ogni mattina era deliziosa, con un'ottima selezione che includeva frutta fresca e yogurt e splendide viste per iniziare la giornata. Questa è stata la mia prima volta a Santorini e, grazie in gran parte all'Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites, di certo non sarà l'ultima. Non posso raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza e tornerò sicuramente. Grazie per aver reso il mio compleanno così speciale!

Il personale è stato molto attento, da quando arrivava, era sempre disponibile per assistere. La stanza standard era piuttosto crampata, ma le strutture nelle stanze erano grandi! Il buffet del colazione è assolutamente meraviglioso, di alta qualità e di alta quantità di cibo. La palestra era adeguata, sufficiente per mantenere la sua idoneità, con qualcuno per aiutare se avete bisogno di istruzioni. Il servizio in camera era medio, erano sempre disposti a pulire, ma quando si puliva non era il miglior lavoro fatto. La posizione in Messaria è molto conveniente, anche se l'hotel può aiutare a organizzare taxi ma non hanno suggerito di utilizzare l'autobus che è appena in fondo alla strada. Raccomanderò sicuramente questo hotel quando andrò a Santorini, solo essere intelligente su di esso.

This property was absolutely stunning. It was situated on the sunset street, which gets crowded each evening but the property affords you a stunning rooftop view away from the crowds. Inside was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The swimming pool / spa downstairs was just delightful but don’t expect privacy—the window opens to the street where passersby look in. When the crowds disappear at night and in the morning the location is peaceful and the views are unabated. We were assisted by friendly staff who met us at the vehicle to take us to the property. They were a little slow at times to respond to WhatsApp but overall the communication and assistance were very good.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare all'Astro per 4 giorni. Il team del residence è stato fantastico dal momento in cui siamo arrivati ​​fino alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Fornire ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare. A pochi passi da Fira ma anche in una posizione tranquilla. Hotel pulito e arioso. L'offerta per la colazione potrebbe essere migliore, le omelette un po' troppo unte e molto leggere su opzioni più salutari, potrebbero fare con più frutta.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

Ottimo soggiorno. Adoriamo questo hotel e il servizio e la camera sono di prim'ordine. Dobbiamo mangiare senza glutine e la cucina prepara il nostro pasto in base alle nostre restrizioni dietetiche. Abbiamo anche fatto snorkeling qui, l'acqua vicino a questa spiaggia è molto bassa, ottima anche per far nuotare i bambini, ma assicurati di indossare scarpe da ginnastica a causa delle rocce vulcaniche lungo l'area della spiaggia. Il cibo era ottimo, l'atmosfera è così rilassante e rilassante. Ho molte scelte di hotel ma ho scelto questo per l'accesso alla spiaggia. Anche io devo guidare 25 minuti per andare a cena o nella città di Fira, o altrove. Trovo che ne valga la pena perché posso nuotare nell'oceano senza intrattenermi con la folla a Red Beach o in altre spiagge. Oppure puoi fare un giro in barca.

Lo uso per la luna di miele. Il personale giapponese è venuto, grazie!!! In sostanza, è bella, ma sono un po' preoccupato per la pulizia e la polvere accumulata su alcuni dettagli (margine, ecc.). Inoltre, l'ultimo giorno di volo era troppo presto, non potevo mangiare colazione in tempo, quindi ho chiesto il servizio della stanza, ma è troppo male.La colazione di autobus è molto deliziosa, ma il servizio della stanza mi sorprende che tre pezzi di pane non riscaldato, piccoli torti e piccolo caffè freddo...

Stayed for 3 nights. Views of the sea from the hotel was great. The next best thing was the awesome and cheerful service staff Ms Vasiliki Samara who was superb in her duties attending to our needs and requests at the reception counter and at breakfast. This has resulted in a first-ever review of hotel stay by this guest.
