Hotel 4 stelle a Santorini

Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato! La posizione è mozzafiato e il servizio è attento e gentile, dalla reception alla cena. È un hotel caratteristico e piccolo (ma di lusso), dove ci si può rilassare senza il caos! Non si gode di una vista sul tramonto delle cupole. L'unico piccolo vantaggio sarebbe stato se l'hotel avesse fornito una navetta oraria tra Fira e Oia (l'hotel si trova tra le due località), dato che l'autobus fa solo una corsa, il che significa che bisogna andare prima a Oia, poi a Fira e infine prendere un altro autobus per raggiungere l'hotel da Fira (4 euro per due autobus o 20 euro a corsa). Il servizio è stato eccezionale, dalla reception alla cena, un plauso speciale alla nostra receptionist, la signora il cui nome iniziava con la F..., e a Eleini a pranzo. La colazione inclusa è eccellente, anche se ci sono pochi tavoli con vista sull'oceano e all'ombra; il servizio e il cibo compensano ampiamente! Ci hanno fatto un upgrade a una suite e al check-in abbiamo ricevuto una bottiglia di rosé e acqua, e cioccolata e altra acqua al momento del servizio di couverture.

A truly special stay — raw, beautiful, and full of character From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Vincent, the manager, had arranged for a staff member to meet us at the Post Office. From there, we walked the famous donkey path down to the hotel — and honestly, it was one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Stunning views, donkeys along the way — it’s Santorini. If you expect a completely flat walk, you’re in the wrong place. And that’s not the hotel’s problem. I’ve seen reviews complaining about the stairs, calling it dirty or difficult. Having experienced it myself, I can tell you: it’s nothing. A little walk, a little effort — perfectly fine. If someone can’t manage that, they probably shouldn’t be visiting Santorini in the first place. And the hotel already arranged for staff to carry our luggage both ways — so the hard part was handled. The hotel isn’t trying to be some fake luxury resort. It’s authentic, raw, and full of soul. The location is simply the MOST stunning spot in the area — unbeatable for photos and views. We were incredibly fortunate to be given a room with an indoor hot tub. If you’re visiting Santorini in the winter or early spring, this is incredibly important — it’s cold and windy outside to stay long. I searched for a long time and realized there aren’t many places here with an indoor hot tub. The water was exceptionally clean which made all the difference. Deep, warm, and absolutely relaxing on those cooler March days. The room was also well-equipped with everything we needed — toiletries, coffee machine, water, all provided. Visiting Greece this time of year is actually fantastic. Streets are quiet, no crowds. The views are just as stunning, and you don’t have to deal with extreme heat. Of course, the weather is a bit of a gamble — sometimes it rains — but there are always moments of sunshine. And the best part? It’s not as expensive as in the summer. A place like this is an absolute steal. Breakfast was generous, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared with Greet and American to choose from — a great start to each day. If you’re looking for a place with real character, soul, and the most beautiful setting in Oia — this is it. The team was warm and attentive. Genuinely grateful for our stay. Thanks Old Castle Oia!

There's so much to say about the beautiful Mardanza Suites. Firstly, the views are SPECTACULAR. I felt we got this place at a steal for such views of the crater from the balcony. Location is right at the heart of Imerovigli - no complaints. You can take a 25 mins walk down to Fira, take a public bus, or drive over. Walk is scenic but the summer heat can be brutal. Do consider your luggage though as there are quite a few steps before you get to the suites. Although, Veronica was kind to arrange for a porter to help us bring our 25kg luggage down when we arrived. Additional porter services are available if you texted her in advance. Check-in was fast and straight-forward. Veronica meets you personally and goes through the house rules. We brought food back to the villa on a couple occasions to enjoy the crater view. It really is magnificent at sunset. And just a 10 mins walk away from the Sakros Rock too. Place is not over packed like in Oia, and you get equally stunning views. The only downside really, was that the electricity kept tripping on us. There were 3 occasions the electricity tripped, once was overnight for 6 hours... Thankfully, the room was somehow kept cool even without the AC. There's a balcony so insects are inevitable. But they didn't pose too much of a problem. Overall, we'd still recommend the place :)

Questo è il posto migliore per rimanere. Usiamo questo posto di nuovo se viaggiamo a Zakynthos. Il personale è amichevole, il colazione è delizioso, le strutture sono pulite e la piscina è bella. Riposare sotto l'ombra di un olivo era come un sogno. Grazie per tutto.

At first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

This hotel is special. So great. I strongly recommend the room with exclusive balcony. It was so nice, the view is splendid, you can see panorama view only with your company. The breakfast at the room is also great. Staffs are so kind, facility is perfect.

Il vantaggio più grande di questo hotel è la buona posizione, molto vicina alla stazione Ferra, e l'altra parte è un grande supermercato, che è economico, può essere aggiunto all'acqua minerale e al cibo. Altri sono più comuni. La stanza di soggiorno vicino alla strada è molto complicata. Subito cambia la stanza lontana dalla strada principale. L'altra finestra è un altro hotel, a volte c'è un suono di costruzione di mattina. L'hotel è più incredibile il bagno, non c'è posto per mettere carta igienica e salsa, la carta igienica è messo sul lavabo fuori dalla porta, e il bagno può essere aperto dalla porta.L'igiene viene pulita ogni giorno, ci sono quattro giorni, la colazione è ancora ricco e cambia il suo stile ogni giorno. Stando sul lato della piscina, si può vedere il mare.Il prezzo è ancora pratico per Santa Isola.Il servizio deve essere più attivo e entusiasta.

La stanza è a Iaa, ancora un po'di distanza dall'aeroporto, ma il panorama è bello.Questo è adatto per la famiglia per vivere. Ci sono due letti, e poi la colazione è buona. L'unico difetto è che la stanza ha un gusto.

Che esperienza straordinaria all'hotel Terra Blanca Suite! Abbiamo trascorso una settimana assolutamente incredibile, ingannato dai delizi della piscina e del mare. La calda accoglienza e la disponibilità senza problemi dei nostri ospiti hanno aggiunto una notevole importanza al nostro soggiorno. E parlate di questa vista sconvolgente dalla piscina, un vero appello per il relax sulle confortevoli sedie lunghe e sotto i parasoli. Inoltre, a soli 100 metri, un Carrefour per le nostre necessità di approvvigionamento! Il buco del mattino era il colazione, rilasciato alla nostra convenienza, con una folla di scelte deliziose, ma, però, il piccolo bemol perché necessita di uno, la mancanza di caffè nelle formule era una leggera ombra nel quadro. Abbiamo rilevato alcuni dettagli, come l'assenza di capsule e latte per il corpo, ma davvero, è per la sciatura. Le suite erano di una pulizia impeccabile, piacevolmente decorate e di qualità innegabile. Questa permanenza è stata perfetta, e ora tutto ciò che vogliamo è tornare per una nuova fuga o non lasciare mai questo luogo affascinante!
