Hotel con spa a Santorini

Staying at this hotel was part of our trip to Greece, my gift to my wife on our wedding anniversary - 3 days in Athens, then 3 days in Santorini. Next time I would cancel any stay at Athens and spend more time here, at this wonderful island of peace and beauty. The hotel is located in the village of Imerovigli, sitting in between of Oia and the island capital, Fira, both within walking distance (hiking routes) or via shuttle bus (Eur 2 per person). The hotel is only 20-30 min from airport, the hotel admins were very helpful in obtaining visas for us, contacting us before our trip and offering a private airport shuttle at the same price as you could contract from airport (euro 70 round). Views from hotel are just spectacular, you see the same beauty of white houses camped vertically, on top of each other on black rocks, famous Santorini caldera. From hotel you get perfect sunset views, sitting at the restaurant. We stayed at room delta, a nice cave room with private heating pool with whirlpool (jacoozi). No complaints on amenities, everything was just wonderful and perfect. Breakfast is served with what would you select a day before from a nice menu. We also had over dinner at the restaurant, which was great. Nearby you can find also great restaurants, for steak or fish or anything else. We booked on the last week before the closure of the hotel at the end of season, October. Evenings and morning were a bit chilly, but days were just great, exact temperature, not hot , not cold. Only once briefly there was a rain for about 30 min or so while we were walking at Oia. So October is great, less crowdy, you can take sunset photos without elbowing other people. Definitely will book it for our next trip to this fabulous island of Santorini (perhaps together with some other island, Mykonos for instance).

Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

Abbiamo appena tornato da un veramente perfetto 9-night soggiorno a Katikies Santorini e già auspichiamo che fossimo tornati. Da inizio a finitura, tutto era innocente. Sofia e tutta la squadra erano assolutamente brillanti – veramente caldi, attenti, senza mai essere sovraccaricati, e sempre andando il miglio extra per rendere il nostro soggiorno speciale. L'hotel è intimamente tenuto, e le viste sono semplicemente incredibili – uno di quei luoghi che vive davvero fino alle foto (se non supera). La colazione era assolutamente sorprendente - uno dei migliori! Abbiamo anche trovato che la maggior parte degli ospiti tendono a rimanere solo una o due notti e a muoversi molto rapidamente. Dopo aver trascorso nove notti qui, avrei sinceramente raccomandato di rimanere almeno una settimana, se non più, per prendere tutto bene. It’s one of those places that is not meant to be hurhed – the pace, the views, the atmosphere all deserve a little more time. Essere tra i pochi ospiti che rimangono più a lungo ci ha davvero consentito di apprezzarlo completamente, e ha fatto sentire tutta l'esperienza che molto più speciale. È raro trovare dove si trovano tutti i dettagli giusti, ma Katikies lo fa davvero. Ci siamo sentiti completamente attenta in tutto e non esitate a raccomandarlo. Un posto molto speciale – sicuramente torneremo.

È stato lungo e tranquillo, il che è stato fantastico. È un po' lontano dal centro città, ma offrono un servizio navetta. La colazione è deliziosa e offre un'ampia varietà di opzioni. Mi piacerebbe tornarci! Grazie per l'ottimo servizio e la vista.

Ho prenotato l'Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites meno di 24 ore prima del check-in e, dal momento del mio arrivo, l'ospitalità è stata eccezionale. Ogni singolo membro dello staff, dai manager al team, ha fatto di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno indimenticabile. Siccome stavo festeggiando il mio 30° compleanno e viaggiavo da sola, l'ho menzionato durante il mio soggiorno. Con mia sorpresa, mi hanno fatto un upgrade a una splendida suite con vasca idromassaggio privata con vista sulla piscina e sulla mozzafiato caldera. Mi hanno anche accolto con grandi bottiglie d'acqua e una bottiglia di vino bianco, un gesto così premuroso. Ho cenato in hotel la prima sera e il cibo era assolutamente delizioso: fresco, saporito e perfettamente condito. Il giorno seguente, il team ha persino organizzato un massaggio gratuito utilizzando prodotti di alta qualità, che è stato incredibilmente rilassante e mi ha fatto sentire davvero coccolata. Avevo anche bisogno di un late check-out e mi hanno gentilmente permesso di rimanere in camera fino alle 13:00 senza costi aggiuntivi, cosa che ho davvero apprezzato. Anche se l'hotel non si trova a Oia o a Fira, è perfettamente posizionato con viste mozzafiato verso entrambe, offrendo un rifugio tranquillo lontano dalla folla pur essendo a breve distanza in auto dalle principali attrazioni dell'isola. La colazione ogni mattina era deliziosa, con un'ottima selezione che includeva frutta fresca e yogurt e splendide viste per iniziare la giornata. Questa è stata la mia prima volta a Santorini e, grazie in gran parte all'Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites, di certo non sarà l'ultima. Non posso raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza e tornerò sicuramente. Grazie per aver reso il mio compleanno così speciale!

Very nice hotel and clean. They had everything you might need inside the room. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was ok. The only downside would be the plunge pool. It was a bit shallow and not so warm but that is a matter of preference.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

At first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

Il mio soggiorno a Santorini è stato il 7 Suites Hostel, che è stato la base perfetta per esplorare l'isola. Il luogo era pulito, elegante e moderno, con una vibrazione tranquilla che rende facile rilassarsi dopo un giorno di visibilità. Situato a Megalachori, ma si può prendere un autobus a Fira (dove è così conveniente camminare per ristoranti, negozi e i famosi punti di vista della caldera). Il personale era amichevole, e l'atmosfera generale si sentiva sicura e benvenuta grande per i viaggiatori soli o chiunque cercasse un soggiorno economico ma boutique. Definitivamente raccomanda se si cerca un posto a buon prezzo ma di qualità in un grande luogo!

Lo uso per la luna di miele. Il personale giapponese è venuto, grazie!!! In sostanza, è bella, ma sono un po' preoccupato per la pulizia e la polvere accumulata su alcuni dettagli (margine, ecc.). Inoltre, l'ultimo giorno di volo era troppo presto, non potevo mangiare colazione in tempo, quindi ho chiesto il servizio della stanza, ma è troppo male.La colazione di autobus è molto deliziosa, ma il servizio della stanza mi sorprende che tre pezzi di pane non riscaldato, piccoli torti e piccolo caffè freddo...
