Hotel 3 stelle a Santorini

Il posto era molto pulito e ben mantenuto, e per il prezzo era certamente di ogni penny. La posizione è sorprendente, le camere sono spaziose e belle, e il servizio era eccezionale. Io viaggiavo da solo, ma non mi sentivo mai da solo. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e benvenuto, e mi facevano sentire come se fossi rimasto tra amici. L'ospitalità e il trattamento erano veramente eccellenti. Il colazione era assolutamente delizioso sinceramente, il miglior colazione alberghiero che abbia mai avuto! Tutto era fresco, delizioso e bellissimo preparato. La piscina era anche eccellente, e l'esperienza complessiva era ancora migliore di quanto mi aspettassi. Il prezzo era sorprendente considerando la qualità, la posizione, il servizio e le strutture. Le camere erano più che meravigliose, il personale era sorprendente, e l'intera esperienza era inoltrabile. Rimanerei sicuramente qui e consiglierei molto questo hotel! ❤️

Mi piace il posto perché era più come un tipo di villa. Solo un piano e la porta apre ad un spazio aperto davanti alla porta. Ha sedili fuori che ti fanno sentire come tropicale. È tranquillo nella zona e è vicino alla piazza. A circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto. Più veloce senza traffico. In realtà non c'era quasi nessun traffico. Ci sono molti ristoranti sulla piazza come tipici ristoranti greci, turchi e anche cinesi. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti. Mi hanno offerto un caffè una mattina, mi hanno dato le informazioni che mi servivano per andare in giro. Mi hanno anche riparato il riscaldamento mentre ero fuori. Hanno organizzato l'aeroporto per me e mi hanno lasciato anche quando dovevo andare alle 4:30.Ben apprezzato. Sotto: Solo il pavimento è freddo e non hanno scarpe disponibili. Ho scappato di acqua in bottiglia e non è stato sostituito. Avrei potuto chiedere, ma la ricezione si è chiusa un po' presto, quindi non mi sono disturbato. Non era molto. Grazie per il benvenuto! Rimarrei ancora se fossi tornato.

Worst customer service, l have received. I have travelled a lot, at the booking office, at first the woman started that there was no way l would have booked with them. This is without asking for my reference number nor my name. After insisting, she wanted to see my reference number - so l handed her my phone and she said something to this people bring disease and rises her hand with water and handed me the phone and asked that her college assist me, he help asked for my reference number and supported me with accessing my booking reference. When boarding the boat the guide ignored me, and serviced people before and told me that they was a line, l insistented until she serviced me. The volcano hike does not need a guide, she lacked inclusivity and could not engage with the group and a lot of people started walking by themselves. Safety was not observed by the guide and worst service, l have received to date.

Location : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere. Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed. Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel. Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you. Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

The hotel is located very close to the airport and you can get a bus from the airport to the hotel upon arrival. 1. There is a bus stop just 20 seconds walk from the hotel. 2. Traveling to Fira is just 10 minutes on the bus and it costs €2 per person each way. You can get a bus to all the other islands from Fira for the same fare. 3. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and supermarket where you can get everything you need. 4. The hotel is very very clean, the rooms get cleaned every day by the friendly hardworking staff. 5. The breakfast is very nice. 6. The pool gets cleaned every day 7. The staff members are super hard-working and super friendly and extremely supportive. 8. My birthday was the day after my arrival and I got the best birthday cake with a birthday song in the Greek language which was so beautiful. The owner is very humble, and respectful and speaks fluent English and French. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. It is suitable for families, couples, groups etc. My flight was in the night and the owner gave me an office to keep our baggage and provided towels for us if we needed to have a shower. I will surely come back to such a beautiful hotel.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel e lo consiglio vivamente, soprattutto ai viaggiatori in cerca di comodità e un servizio eccellente. La posizione è eccellente, proprio accanto alla stazione centrale degli autobus di Fira, il che lo rende il punto di partenza perfetto per esplorare ogni angolo di Santorini. A pochi passi di distanza, c'è una vivace strada piena di bancarelle di cibo e snack locali. Sebbene l'hotel non disponga di una reception aperta 24 ore su 24, sono stati molto disponibili. Li ho informati in anticipo del mio arrivo a tarda notte a causa di un volo in ritardo e un membro del personale è rimasto gentilmente sveglio ad aspettarmi fino all'1:00. L'hotel dispone di un ingresso principale sicuro con codice di accesso, quindi anche se si torna a tarda notte quando la reception è chiusa, è comunque possibile entrare facilmente e in sicurezza. Al momento del check-in, ho ricevuto un biglietto di benvenuto dettagliato che spiegava tutto ciò che dovevo sapere sul soggiorno, inclusa la password del Wi-Fi, gli orari della colazione e le istruzioni per il check-out. La colazione self-service era semplice ma perfetta per me, servita in una sala da pranzo pulita e confortevole. Ciò che mi ha davvero colpito è stato il personale. Indipendentemente da chi fosse in servizio, erano sempre cordiali, accoglienti e pronti ad aiutare. La loro gentilezza ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Nel complesso, considerando il comfort, la posizione e il servizio, questo hotel offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

A parte il fatto di essere a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e di avere un brutto sapore di lenzuola, tutto il resto è perfetto. Fanno una buona colazione continentale ogni mattina, una bella piscina, adatta per adulti e bambini. Il personale è gentilissimo, ma l'interno dell'edificio sembra un po' vecchio stile, forse hanno assunto un designer anziano. Tuttavia il bagno è attrezzato, hanno un bollitore in camera, un mini frigorifero, un po' di caffè e tè. Direi che è un hotel a quattro stelle se non fosse per le lenzuola! Letto saggio, abbastanza comodo per dormire. Ero nella camera tripla e avevo anche un bel balcone tutto mio! Vale ogni centesimo speso in questo hotel dato il prezzo ragionevole!

La camera migliore nella zona di Fira è qui. Ho alloggiato in tre tipologie di camere, ognuna con vantaggi diversi. Il personale di servizio è entusiasta e professionale e la colazione è ricca e deliziosa. Con la vista sul Mar Egeo, mi sento come se fossi in paradiso.

Il proprietario è un greco molto bello e eccezionalmente caldo, e ci hanno invitati a prendere qualche cioccolato fuori dal tavolo per andare quando siamo arrivati e quando siamo partiti. La costruzione dell'hotel è particolarmente bello e la camera che abbiamo soggiornato era al punto più alto di questo hotel, con un piccolo balcone e una vista grande. L'hotel ha anche un gatto particolarmente carino e ricco e mi aspetto di vederlo ogni notte quando sono tornato all'hotel. Abbiamo avuto un bel paio di giorni qui!
