Best hotel stayed throughout the trip around north new zealand. We took the room with great view of geothermal springs - best view... Location was great as well - 5 - 8 mins drive to town.

Great location with warm Pool and two hot pools outside. Only in our point of view the bathroom is old (super loud AC is connected with the light in the bathroom, no flexible hand shower in the shower), gym is without fresh air and some equipment could be changed.

Hotel facilities and amenities were good. Especially the heated swimming pool and spas were fantastic day and night. The only minor issue was the noise from the heat pump ventilation sound. You have the option to turn it off, but it was too cold without it. Overall I would give 4.5 stars out of 5

The hotel is not exactly new but great for family as they got a pool, spa and also a playing room with table tennis, foosball and arcade. overall not bad.

Amenities and location are average. You still need to drive to the town centre. Room is average also.

Nice hotel. Lobby has been renovated. Rooms are clean but somewhat dated. Staff is friendly.

Liked the queen single arrangement so that my child can have his own bed. Toilet a bit old. TV was a bit small otherwise everything was fine.
