Avevo una stanza al 16° piano. La vista era molto bella, ma non riuscivo a vedere nulla chiaramente. Perché lo specchio è sporco Ed è molto nuvoloso. L'acqua del bagno non è molto forte. La pulizia deve essere migliorata. Nel bagno il pavimento non era pulito. Le lenzuola sono molto vecchie, il letto è duro, ma è bello essere molto vicini alle attrazioni turistiche. La chiesa di Santa Sofia si trova uscendo dall'edificio scolastico, girando a destra, attraversando il vicolo, ed è molto facile trovare cibo. Nel complesso, se non ci pensi troppo, va bene.

Le strutture sono molto vecchie! L'ambiente è pessimo, non ho mai visto un hotel così sporco! L'interno del lavandino è sporco. Alzare l'acqua e l'acqua scorrerà molto lentamente! Anche il bagno era sporco e i ripiani non erano nemmeno puliti! Il piatto della colazione era tutto unto, il tappeto era sporco e non era stato nemmeno aspirato! C'erano cose che cadevano ovunque per terra mentre passavo! Inoltre, il cameriere emetteva un suono forte e pesante quando apriva e chiudeva le porte delle altre stanze intorno alle otto del mattino! ! I camerieri sono davvero disinvolti riguardo alla pulizia e non si preoccupano nemmeno di fare un lavoro pretenzioso! Il responsabile di questo hotel non può vedere la situazione igienica? È un dato di fatto che è molto vicino alla Chiesa di Sophia. Basta scendere le scale e di fronte c'è il mercato alimentare di Daoli. Non credere alle recensioni se è lontano dalla metropolitana! Non ho mai scritto così tante recensioni negative! L'igiene è davvero pessima! L'hotel e l'appartamento sono nello stesso edificio. Non so gli altri edifici. Ho soggiornato in hotel solo per una notte.

Breakfast was great, many different dishes and hot soy milk. Place also perfect, very close to Sofia church, close to Zhongyang street und Zhaolin park. Metro close to get to ice festival.

Our first hotel at Harbin was Manhattan hotel. It was a good hotel but interior looked abit old.Need to change their furniture and the aircond because it was so noisy.But the customer service was good ,She manage to change my room to another room since the aircond was so noisy.Otherwise the breakfast was really delicious and the location was really near to hagia sophia cathedral.Anyway thank you and all the best.

Best location located right next to Sofia church. Staffs are very attentive and helpful. Got a luggage storage room. Breakfast is very nice with a lot of variety and changes daily. Highly recommended

Stayed here again after our trip to Yabuli. Couldn’t resist the basement shop next door to buy more snow for the future haha! Very close to the ice festival, go if you can. Stay here if you can, location is great, receptionist was very nice and helped with anything you need.

The location is amazing and can not be beaten in Harbin, the views of Sophia Church from the hotel are equally as impressive. These are the only good things about this hotel. The room we were in absolutely stank of sewerage/plumbing as it had an open bathroom design. The smell was from the toilet and was terrible but the front desk staff barely spoke English so didn’t bother requesting to change rooms as we were only staying for two nights. We paid a lot (over $200 usd per night) to stay at the hotel and the bed was not even made properly on the second night, photo taken is of the ‘bed made’ when we came back from a full day of sight seeing. The breakfast was equally as poor, there weren’t enough tables for guests and the food while very clearly focussed on the majority Russian clientele was just inedible for the most part. We ended up leaving and finding breakfast options out of the hotel (in -20 degree weather) rather than staying and trying to politely endure the food options. We didn’t even bother going down for breakfast our 2nd morning. The hotel is the epitome of a once grand Soviet hotel that’s simply not been maintained at all. There are fire extinguishers by the walls on every floor as if they’re expecting the hotel to go up in a whoosh of fire. Location is amazing but I’d stay further out than staying at this dump again.

The hotel is very old, the switches covered with tapes, have to wait a long time for lift during peak hours. However, the price is considered reasonable due to its strategic location, just besides Sophia Church and walking distance to Central street

The location is perfect, its very close to St Sofia Church. But the room is bit old and the carpet is dirty, lots of dust on the floor… yes, i mean all of the corners , just like you see in the first photo.

Good location for shopping and travel around

Honestly to say, this is the best and most worthy hotel I stayed in Harbin, best price, best location, best service, room are big, just next to Sofia church, and all big shopping mall and 中央步行街 walking distance, very convenient, although this is old hotel, they still keep it nice and clean, and I have good sleep last night. Trust me stay here you won't regret.
