The stay was ok we had problems with a flooding in the room that came from the air conditioner. The room was newly renovated though could’ve been great but we woke up to water everywhere

非常差的一個旅館，正在裝修。
有機場接送服務，旁邊環境很差，沒有給人安全感覺，整個走廊房間全是***味道。

Toilet sit broken and had diarrhea all the way down to the floor when to the front desk after 4in she wanted to give a spray bottle and a towel haha for me to clean it I’m like really you clean it she like not me ok give me a refund or change me rm never again

Look out for your loyalty customers. Thing at a hotel for a week it was not giving one offer of any kind of discount. Thank you for your time hope the hotel continue on a positive outlift might start with staff to improve.

I wish I could give zero stars. Do not stay here unless you absolutely have to. The staff had complete disregard for extremely disturbing guests in the hotel. I could not sleep at all and the room was ill equipped. It looked clean enough, but only if you didn't look too closely.

Upon entering 1 of the 2 rooms booked....
Urination on and in the toilet....pubic hair on the floor in bathroom....i had to go down to the front desk and get some cleaner and a towel to clean it myself.
The front desk attendant was professional when addressing issue to her.
The second room booked had fried rice by the bed.
I didn't make an issue of it.
Overall ******* i won't be booking here again

Check other options before booking this hotel. It should be the last choice, there are other hotels around. Make sure to ask for toilet paper, you will find none in the bathroom. Not being able to communicate with the front desk because of a thick foreign accent will make any arrangements or changes very difficult to operate.

Plus side, very close to the airport. But the towels were either stained or dirty, the toliet leaked water, housekeeping did not clean the whole stay i was there, shower wall had blue stuff on the wall. Very dirty motel.

An overnight Atlanta layover meant a quick no-frills stay at an airport hotel. Little did I know that no frills meant no service; I waited forever for the airport shuttle, and then when I finally reached the hotel, waited forever for someone to come to the front desk to check me in and hand me keys, and spend the night listening to people running up and down the hallway and a baby screaming. Yikes. I was not expecting much, but this experience was beyond anything I thought possible at a hotel in a developed country.

Photos online were misleading, bedspread had cigarette burn, top sheet stained, and just overall dirty appearance. Also we were told no breakfast even though online said continental breakfast, which wasn’t a big deal. We couldn’t leave to go to another hotel because we would lose money paid.

They are going through renovations and everything is all over the place there is no breakfast just coffee and our refrigerator for our room was in a stack of things down the hall, the bathroom has urine on the seats, my shower in the morning was cold, the lights flickered intermittently the ac unit fell apart. The night staff was very helpful but other than that I wouldn’t come back

No Ice Machines at all on any floor. Dirty. Sheet was on inside out with holes in it. HVAC fan squiked all night.Shower was dirty. Waited 15 minutes for luke warm water in the shower.

from entering the hotel i was completely disappointed. It looked and smelled terrible. the room had laminate flooring and the p-tac unit made an unbearable noise when running. When i informed the front desk i was told to simply turn it off when i went to sleep so i had to listen to this horrid noise until i went to sleep. My son bumped the unit and it fell completely from the wall and you could see outside but he pushed it back to the wall before i returned and didnt tell me until we got home. Also, you could hear the people in the next room as cleas as day, the walls were not noise resistant and they kept us up until 2am and we had a 7am flight. i will never stay there again and will never suggest that hotel to anyone as long as i live. thank you
