Excellent hotel. A little dated and underutilized due to the overly high capacity of the hotel, but the amenties available were excellent. Location is superb. Lovely view of everything. Restaraunts serve pretty high quality food, particularly the Jade garden* (can't remember if that was the name) restaraunt. Some of the best bbq prok (chaoshao) I've ever had. The hakka food and the breakfast there are also pretty good. Highly recommend for someone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay on Wanlv lake.

Buffet is crowded. No bike or motobike renting possibilities. Concierge at the entrance is very good and help us to find paddle and swimming place in river.

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

The hotel is not the newest but our room was big and clean. Buffets are OK, the swimming pools are great, and the staff is nice. Pity that there was no furniture on the balcony.

來河源看山水，入住時升級了房型，從陽台能看見萬綠湖一角，吹着湖風沁人心脾，身心放鬆，酒店還贈送了好多項目，比如酒店湯泉，遊玩結束後去泡一泡卸下一天的疲憊，睡個好覺。總體來説，體驗很棒，五星推薦。

房間真的還不錯，寬敞，舒適，温泉也很好，酒店也很高檔，方方面面都很好，給五星。 但是酒店給房間放一個帶鬧鐘的夜視燈真的很敗筆，我昨晚半夜一點被吵醒兩次。 現在每個人都有手機，個人建議那個鬧鐘要取消掉，因為你不知道上個住客定了幾點的鬧鐘

萬綠湖內最好的酒店，停車方便，近景區，前台小姐姐升級了湖景房，還送了曲奇和牛奶，正對萬綠湖，空氣很清新，自助早餐很好吃，樓下有便利店，旁邊有湯泉

讓我感覺不好的有兩點 1.我本來定的的2.2大床，前台給我1.2米雙床房。最後讓服務員幫我拼接起來了。 2.我需要一次性浴盆衞生套 ，服務員説收費10元。 這房間800多 元，還要加收10元。心裏不舒服。之前住的酒店都是免費提供。

房間乾淨整潔，60方面積，很舒適，景觀是湖景，在房間就看到萬綠湖，超正👍 就是這麼舒適的景觀陽台，欠缺了一個温泉池，而且户外温泉區也比較遠，温泉是每日衹限一次。 其他還是很不錯的，新年這個價，這環境地段，算是很不錯棒的選擇。

環境衞生服務態度各方面是真不錯，這個價格，完全值得！！性價比高，打車去鏡花緣和去市區吃東西都很方便，推薦！

酒店介紹是在萬綠湖景區內，其實離真正的景區還有距離，距離萬綠湖遊客中心2.9KM，還得開車去。房間看不到正湖景，這個也是個小湖。住這裏不如住市區。 贈送雙人湯泉體驗券:無法體驗，因為湯泉衹賣成人泳衣和2-3歲小孩泳衣，沒有大孩子的。配套不好。 酒店的早餐對不起這個價位，供應時間到10點半，實際9點40去之後很多早餐都沒了，一直到10點以後也沒補充。如果供應不了這麼時間，可以修改供應時間！

設施：齊全，空間很大，特別浴室不錯，陽台很寬敞，可以看到一半湖景一半山景 衞生：乾淨整齊 環境：還可以，沒有充電usB插頭，有點落後，需要更新 服務：很好，有需求，客房隨時滿足

服務絕對是 5 星 好評，還給升級了行政房，住的附近吃的挺豐富，離萬綠湖很近，乾濕分離不錯
