Excellent hotel. A little dated and underutilized due to the overly high capacity of the hotel, but the amenties available were excellent. Location is superb. Lovely view of everything. Restaraunts serve pretty high quality food, particularly the Jade garden* (can't remember if that was the name) restaraunt. Some of the best bbq prok (chaoshao) I've ever had. The hakka food and the breakfast there are also pretty good. Highly recommend for someone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay on Wanlv lake.

Buffet is crowded. No bike or motobike renting possibilities. Concierge at the entrance is very good and help us to find paddle and swimming place in river.

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

The hotel is not the newest but our room was big and clean. Buffets are OK, the swimming pools are great, and the staff is nice. Pity that there was no furniture on the balcony.

房間整潔、舒適、寬敞、明亮、乾淨。衞生間、洗澡房清爽、舒適，透氣，無異味。浴缸衞生、乾淨，水温調節方便、快捷。服務員態度認真、負責，服務有禮、熱情，周到、細緻，有愛心💗。酒店的設備和設施完善，管理也是一流的酒店。下次我們會帶家人和親友來享受。

這個酒店開業很久了，什麼東西都覺得比較老舊，酒店裡麪軟硬件維護都跟不上，房間地毯這麼舊都不換一下看着很不舒服，四周逛的地方也不是很舒服，滿眼都是荒廢的感覺沒什麼維護，早餐也很差沒什麼吃的。前台服務還行吧，送了曲奇餅乾，免費升了房這是唯一讚的地方。整體感覺還是很一般，唯一優點是離萬綠湖近

這次入住的酒店體驗感超棒！一進房間就能看到萬綠湖的風景，還帶陽台，拿上小凳子在陽台一坐，欣賞者美麗的風景真的很愜意，還有西餐自助晚餐，菜品豐富多樣，每一道菜都能感受到廚師的用心。海鮮新鮮可口，牛排火候恰到好處，口感鮮嫩多汁。餐廳的環境優雅舒適，服務也非常周到，工作人員會及時清理餐桌、補充菜品。 酒店的泳池更是一大亮點。池水清澈乾淨，周邊的環境佈置得十分愜意，還配備了舒適的坐椅和遮陽傘，方便休息。贊！

酒店規格，配套設施都挺不錯的，達到5星標準。但是我覺得服務還是可以再提升一下。要讓服務員摒棄掉自以為是的5星級的傲氣。現在服務至上的年代！另一個，感謝攜程平台，總能解決一些酒店方解決不了的客户訴求！大愛攜程！

設施：很舒適的三天兩夜親子游，帶着孩子就適合這種有大泳池和波波池的酒店，孩子根本不捨得離開 服務：酒店大堂很大氣，一進門就被環境所吸引，前台接待員很有禮貌，如果沒記錯是一位姓歐的先生（歐趙文？），全程微笑服務，温文爾雅，有問必答，包括吧枱和電話接線員都很有禮貌，響應很快，點贊。 衞生：總體還是過關的，住的第二天阿姨也打擾的很快速。 下次還會再來，因為你們的服務和環境👍

房間很大，但佈局不合理！開門即見所有！浴室和廁所直接開門對外，試問怎麼拿浴巾？怎麼穿衣服？這是要洗完裸奔出來呀？！周邊設施也不完善！到處破敗不堪！房間衞生一般。買了西餐廳的自助晚餐，138一位，小童88，有刺身還可以，孩子在小童樂園就能玩得很開心了。樓下一個小草坪，還要繞一大圈才能到達。國慶期間接近700的價格，將就吧！

優點就是去萬綠湖比較近，訂的是親子房，它是那種開放式的浴室，玻璃都透明的.一個親子房搞成這樣比較尷尬。這個酒店應該挺老的，走到走廊都會聞到一股發黴的味道。服務真的很一般，住了兩個晚上，第2天去玩，中午回來結果都還沒有人打掃，打了電話還等了好久好久，結果是五六點才過來打掃，真的這種速度真的無語。還有更無語的是坐電梯竟然困住了，嚇死了。酒店還一點表示也沒有。反正不會有下次。

找到一個適合避暑的度假酒店，酒店大堂很氣派！裝修的很有格調，從房間陽台還可以看到附近萬綠湖的景色，晚餐的自助品類超多，推薦海鮮壽司和現烤牛扒，還有應季水果，酒店的水上樂園不僅設施齊全，服務人員也很熱情，晚上還去泡了中葯湯泉，感覺身心都放鬆了😋😋

房間夠大但是園景房就是正對着一棟樓，設施也比較老舊了進入房間會聞到一股黴味，買了浴缸套準備好好泡一下結果接了一缸偏綠的水，問服務員也説不清楚這是正常還是不正常，衹能看到放水的龍頭也是有綠色的雜質衹好放棄，酒店整體性價比不高，體驗差。

很滿意的一次出遊，酒店環境很好，晚餐是和房間一起訂的，很划算，而且晚餐很不錯，品種齊全，新鮮又好吃，要提一下酒店工作人員服務一級棒!前台還會給我們申請延遲至14:00退房，這個很好，時間安排好的話可以補個覺再走，酒店還有波波池和小童泳池，適合孩子玩得更盡興，總體感覺很不錯。
