"La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, a circa 2 km da Piazza Wuyi, e si raggiunge con la tariffa minima di un taxi. Anche l'insonorizzazione è buona, quindi non si sentono rumori. Per chi non avesse preparato un itinerario dettagliato per la visita, il personale della reception è molto disponibile a fornire indicazioni e risposte precise. Il servizio è eccellente e consiglio sinceramente questo hotel; non rimarrete delusi.
Durante il mio viaggio a Changsha, non ho avuto quasi nessuna delusione per quanto riguarda il cibo (consiglio: Fook Kee Snacks, nella filiale di Duzheng Street; Ristorante Beimen, nella filiale di Xiangchun Road; Lord Crab Grace • Cucina dello Hunan tipica, nella filiale di Fengying Xili, dove i dessert sono ottimi. Youwei Xiaoguan • Guanzhuang, posso dire che è passabile, ma il servizio non è stato dei migliori: eravamo i primi a chiedere il conto ma siamo stati serviti per ultimi, tanto da doverlo richiedere una seconda volta. "Ho visitato Changsha e ho scoperto un'infinità di delizie culinarie, che mi hanno lasciato un ricordo indelebile! Amando il piccante, ho apprezzato ogni istante. Soggiornare in questo hotel è stato davvero conveniente: la camera era inodore e pulitissima. La ragazza alla reception è stata eccezionale, il suo servizio è stato efficiente e attento. Ho aggiunto il suo WeChat e, senza essere invadente, rispondeva prontamente a ogni mia richiesta. La posizione è comodissima, perfetta sia per spostarsi che per mangiare. "They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time.
As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up.
When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…"

"Ho soggiornato a Changsha per una notte. Non è lontano dalla stazione della metropolitana e la fermata dell'autobus è davanti alla porta. La camera era abbastanza pulita e l'intera area dell'alloggio era ricoperta di moquette. Penso che sarebbe molto più sicuro per una ragazza soggiornare in un hotel per sole donne come questo quando viaggia da sola. Ci sono molti negozi che vendono gadget che le ragazze possono usare e sono ben preparati. Comunque sono altamente consigliati."

Questi due anni sono quasi tutti hotel di gioielli prenotati. Questa volta volevo prenotare il negozio sul lato della gioiellina. Poi pensavo di mangiare a buon fine la sera, o ha prenotato il negozio sul lato della gioiellina. E'stato dimostrato che la posizione scelta è molto adatta a noi. La posizione geografica è eccellente. Il piano inferiore è Huangxing Street, vicino a Zhongzhou e Zhongshan, e ci sono diverse stazioni della metropolitana che arrivano. L'hotel ha dato la stanza con la finestra gratuitamente, perché la nostra finestra della stanza è in direzione del centro, la stanza non può sentire il rumore di strada. È molto tranquillo, ma per le persone che dormono come me, il volume dell'aria condizionata è cambiato al minimo, ma penso che il suono sia un po' grande, gli altri sono molto felici, Non è molto conveniente, soprattutto per scendere di notte.
A proposito, Jay, la fonte della reception, e il buon servizio!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Changsha e mi sono sentito davvero a casa! Le poche notti trascorse qui sono state fantastiche, il personale, dalla reception alle camere, è stato cordiale, attento e sempre pronto ad aiutare. In particolare, la governante Sunny è stata estremamente premurosa, e anche Regina, Yummy e Lily alla reception hanno offerto un servizio eccellente. Cinque stelle meritatissime!

Eccellente, situato nella Taipingjiie, qualche centinaio di metri dalla stazione della metropolitana di Wuyi. L’albergo è stato recentemente restaurato (google view ad oggi riporta la vista ante restauro). Tutto l’albergo è in stile “classico”, ovvero abbondanza di legno e arredamento vintage. Pulitissimo, aria condizionata che funziona. Onesto, riporta le stanze interne come “senza finestre”, ma in realtà dispongono di una piccola finestra su un cortile interno, cortile forse fatiscente, ma è pur sempre una stanza con finestra. Ben isolato, non arrivano i rumori dalla via. Raccomandato.

The 50m² room also boasts ample storage and a walking wardrobe, making it a great choice for travellers with lots of luggage.
Another positive point is the excellent air quality in this hotel. Unfortunately quite often I could smell mould in some even five stars hotels. But not this one, which I am very pleased.
However, I’d like to mention the sightseeing ticket. The hotel provides one-way tickets, but the sightseeing bus doesn’t run a circular route. This means you’ll need to pay to return. The one-way ticket costs 6 RMB and the hop-on-hop-off ticket is 28 RMB. The total duration is likely around 30 minutes, which isn’t too long. I think the sightseeing bus route design is a bit poor as we often see the buses empty.

Love the availability of a washing machine in the room. Room size is comfortable, beddings are fresh and bed is good.

Utente ospiteI was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.

ManchuloÈ molto bello, ma credo che ci siano opzioni leggermente più moderne allo stesso prezzo, anche più vicine all'IFS. Le camere si affacciano su un enorme cortile interno, dove si collegano tutte le camere dei sette piani, quindi potrebbe non essere altrettanto ben insonorizzato.

Hotel is centrally located in Changsha. Easy to get to from the airport. Take Maglev/monorail to the metro station. Metro station get on Line 2 and Take Exit 2 of Changsha Railway Station. It is the approximately 3 mins walk from the exit.
The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming and would recommend people to stay and especially if you have children. We stayed with three children, 8,9 and 12. It is very child friendly, has two resident cats.
There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel and if you would like coffee there are two coffee shops directly opposite outside. Lots of eateries within the hotel vicinity.
They were very kind to upgrade all three rooms. All rooms are very spacious and clean and very large. Very well decorated. Our room even had a swing! The front of the hotel is very subtle but very clean as you walk into reception. Has a homely intimate feel.
Complimentary water, sweets and tea in the room. There are also complimentary shampoo and shower gel including toothbrush and toothpaste.
Towels come hygienically wrapped.
Complimentary wifi in bedroom and if you wanted to sit in the lounge- they will happily connect you to the hotel wifi.
I would stay here again without hesitation.

Abbiamo avuto un tempo difficile per scegliere l'hotel a Changsha, perché ci sono stati molti hotel fumatori e date vicino alla zona commerciale Wuyi Square. Da la stazione ferroviaria all'hotel a meno di 10 minuti a piedi, c'erano molti piatti n tradizionale massaggio tcm ( abbiamo trovato uno che era ben chiamato Fangsongyuan).L'hotel era vicino a un centro commerciale. Era piuttosto scettico, perché Moderna fumava n camere non fumatori. Ma è andato molto bene, come al 39° livello, relativamente tranquillo e senza fumo, eccetto per il fatto che quando siamo arrivati, c'era un zio seduto al lobby e potevamo vedere che fumava su un piano non fumante. Forse il personale può imporre agli ospiti di fumare sui piani non fumatori. Buon colazione diffuso con alcuni piatti rotati, la zuppa di noodle con la scelta di aggiungere condimenti n tops è stato davvero buono! È stato bello avere una lavatrice n asciugatrice in cucina per lavare i vestiti prima di partire. La cucina aveva un frigorifero di dimensioni piene, microonde, forno, cucchiaio d’induzione, piastre/bocche, coltelli, mutandine, occhiali di vino. Eravamo felici di rimanere lì.
