Lovely place to stay, nice and cosy with amazing views. Rooms are well heated when we arrive. Host is very kind to give us a late check out. Wish to be back again next year.

避雷此房源，該房源是由公司統一打理的聯排別墅，地理位置差，面積小，設施差，服務不好，並且還有收取高昂的信用卡按金。首先房源雖然看圖片有湖景，但是卻不在一線湖景公路而在山上，這就導致瞭如果開車需要繞行，而在皇后鎮中心不好停車的情況下你經常需要步行又長又陡的坡出行，並且出門的那條路沒有人行道，過馬路有危險，總之地理位置極其不友好。房源二樓是廚房和客廳，一樓是卧室，而空調衹有一樓有，二樓會很熱。我們發現碗和餐具都很臟 ，都很油膩，鍋根本不是不粘鍋，一點不好用。浴巾和廁紙不夠用，這點之前也有客人評價過。我們住三天分別發現燈，路由器和抽油煙機壞了，並且衹能通過攜程客服聯繫他們，除非電話聯繫，否則你永遠無法在網上直接聯繫上管理人員。另外我距離入住還有一個多月時看到評價説需要上下坡出行，家人腿有疾病想取消入住並且提供了就醫記錄，但是酒店方就是不願意幫我取消，攜程給予了幫助溝通。到了以後發現，該房源管理者確實很敷衍，不人性化設施不好，服務不好。

二樓有廚房 冰箱 洗碗機 微波爐，站在陽台上，湖景優美，一樓是卧室，有空調和油汀，床上還有電熱毯，走廊處有洗衣機和烘乾機，和一罐洗衣粉。我們住了4個晚上，以後還會再訂。

當地人説這裏算是皇后鎮核心區裏面的居民區，但我們每次從鎮上走過來都有些懷疑，大概10分鐘的路程，還要上一個高坡，很不輕鬆… 房子是四排聯排別墅，一層是進門衹有台階，二層是三個房間和洗手間，三層是起居室和廚房。衹有三層有景色，能看到湖和山，足夠震撼和驚艷。 預收了1000刀的按金，最後退回了，但不太理解收這麼多的原因。

環境：臨湖的別墅，景觀很好。離纜車和坐蒸汽船點皆可步行，市區回來步行10-15分鐘，需要走一段上坡。 設施：設施現代化，很齊全，就是鍋不好用，容易粘。 衞生：乾淨整潔。

酒店在一個斜坡上，這次給了第一排靠馬路，一樓靠馬路的下面是就是車庫，車庫停車還是很方便的，斜坡也能開上車，方便拿取行李。 酒店內一層是三間卧室，有三個衞生間，二層是客廳，我們四大一小，正正好好。 酒店蠻温馨的，設施也很新，地理位置離走路去皇后鎮不遠，大概10+分鐘，不過有個很長的大陡坡……回酒店有點小累……😂 酒店附近這幾天在修路，早上會被吵醒 唯一欠缺的是酒店房間裏沒有暖氣片，有時候半夜會覺得冷，其他都不錯

房間非常好，餐具很齊全，景色也很好，就是差點不能辦理入住，給房東打了很久的電話都沒接，當時確實很嚇人，外面又冷，擔心辦理不了入住就麻煩了。建議提前和房東問好密碼

A perfect apartment in a great location. Private parking was a bonus. Clean and tidy with all the required extras. Great communication from the owners. Full laundry facilities was a bonus. A short walk into town and a cheap taxi ride back up the hill.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was nice and warm when we arrived, the view was absolutely stunning, nice short walk into town. Beds were comfy. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great communication , would definitely stay again!

Accomodation was fantastic and can’t fault anything. Views of the lake and mountains were beautiful. Housekeeping half way through our stay was great . Perfect location and a nice easy stroll into town to all attractions. Will definitely be recommending to friends !

It needs some tlc.. you paying for the view . Some things like furniture etc needs updating.stuff in kitchen cupboards need checking Sofas etc not very comfy. But the beds were. It was lovely and warm upstairs

We had an amazing stay at these stunning apartments. The views were amazing with a huge balcony to take it all in. Our 3 bedroom apartment was like a home away from home with everything you need. The living area and kitchen were very spacious and we loved the cosy fireplace too! Everything was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend staying here, such beautiful apartments.

We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. The house is clean and everything you need. Also, the staff is so friendly and whenever you need help they are always there. 5 Stars ⭐️ definitely will be back again.

Great place to stay and nice large living area. Cleaner came in once and freshen up the place. Heating was great and really like the position and town distance. Only small downside was the pots, pans and cutlery we awful to use, vey only and not user frinedly, toilet seats were heavy and not soft closing + buzzer missing for garage.
