"Una delle esperienze di lusso più straordinarie e allo stesso tempo incredibilmente accessibile per noi occidentali. Le camere, ampie e in autentico stile giapponese, sono dotate di elettrodomestici Dyson, letti spaziosi e ultra confortevoli, oltre a un minibar gratuito. La colazione è semplicemente divina, con un'ampia scelta di specialità locali e non solo. Imperdibile l'infinity pool al 29° piano, con una piscina trasparente che offre una vista mozzafiato. E il tutto a soli 85 euro a persona (eravamo in tre)! Un'esperienza unica che consiglio vivamente a chiunque. Grazie di cuore!"

The location is a bit tricky as it take around 10 mins walk to the closest station, Thus we normally take taxi to travel around the City. The room is very spacous and love the little Japanese Tea Corner!. They also provide free drinks and snacks which refilled on daily basis! House keep is alright, the bed sheet is not really properly made and Room Service is a bit slow for a 5 stars hotel standard. Yet overall staff with good attitude and helpful. Facility is on point, really big Gym Room with a good variety of gym quipment. Swimming pool view is stunning, yet if you decide to get a tan, it may not be right for you as it is covered even though it is an outdoor swimming pool.

It is situated rather close to airport, hence a bit far from everything else, especially good food. However is of walking distance to some major Japanese department store. The main thing of note is the lobby is situated on the 25th floor. One take one lift up to lobby and then another lift to rooms every time. The rooms were spacious, but the bottom of beds were not vacuum for days. Amenities were minimal and do not reflect on price of room. Electrical sockets were limited and USB sockets don’t work. Many of the decorations in the hotel or the rooms are not suitable for kids. The building itself seems new as many shops at low levels are not open or only at certain times. Hotel staff didn’t mention or introduce the surroundings at all during check-in. House keeping staff were courteous and hard working. Lobby staff was not friendly. Reception was spent most of the time reminding rules, rather than welcoming. Their lobby bar is a cigar bar and the reminded me they only have expensive whiskey and no wine by the glass. The staff from tea place with the stunning view of the city reminded me they are closing soon. The ground concierge was not welcoming nor helpful except for one girl who nodded every time we enter the building. The pool staff and lobby staff corrected my mandarin a few times. Lastly, the was an incident at the pool, as I heard a boy stepped on a piece of glass. There was a lot of blood. I cannot comprehend why there was a piece of glass not cleaned by the pool. There are two restaurants by the pool and one of them was a bar. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But the software is far from up to par or this price.

Very good hotel living environment. Lots of varieties of books and comfortable reading environment inside hotel. Clean housekeeping and good services. Large bed and size of room. A small dining area inside the guest room provides a relaxing place for reading or afternoon tea. Beautiful swimming scenery. Morning breakfast with lots of varieties and buffet is also brilliant. Will definitely visit again on the next visit to Kaohsiung.

Hotel is new and clean, thoughtfully designed hotel. Nearby the library. My kid very like this hotel. It would be better if the hotel could provide children's products.

The hotel offered their courtesy to upgrade our room, the room was very spacious and clean. Swimming pool in the hotel was also an attraction. Staff was nice and kind. Hotel location was around 10-15mins walk from the core shopping district and MRT station which was acceptable to us. It was a memorable experience staying at the hotel overall.

The whole experience was wonderful. Appreciate their breakfast is actually brunch (from 7am until early afternoon)!

The hotel here had a very nice and modern atmosphere. All the workers were very accommodating, and the room we were provided with was clean and very beautiful.

Loved this hotel with huge rooms and great views

I had an amazing big room with beautiful harbor view. The location is close to different metro lines. The infinity pool is really outstanding. However, the breakfast buffet was not a 5 stars buffet for me because of too less options, especially for bred selection, e.g. no croissants as you normally get it in 5 stars hotels like W or InterContinental.

I’m impressed. Excellent ambiance. Spacious room. Lots of varieties of book that one could choose to read. There’re quite a few interesting decors that you want to take photos. Lovely stay. Will definitely recommend to friends. We also had dinner at Papillon, a French restaurant. It was lovely and delicious.

A good hotel with design, full of art everywhere. The drawback is the poor sound proofing, the guests in the next room started talking at 2 am, and we could here them clearly
