Extremely wonderful stay! Location: Royal Park Hotel is located above Suitengumae Metro Station (水天宮前駅), accessible by an escalator located right at the hotel lobby. There's another metro station Ningyocho (人形町駅) within 5 mins on foot. You can get to Akihabara in under 15 mins (walking + metro), Shinjuku in 30 mins, Asakusa in 20 mins. Service: Staff were very nice and friendly, fluent in English always with sweet smiles on their faces. Room Service was very neat and tidy. Their staff cleaned and organised the room meticulously, refilling amenities like toothbrushes and shower sets every single day if you need Room Service. Facilities: Hotel is extremely well-maintained and clean despite established in 1989. Tidiness was impeccable. The room was very spacious and quiet. Beds were plush, quilts were clean. Even the sofa bed was very comfy. Complementary bottles of mineral water is available at the room, with refills by room service. You may also request to have several more at the front desk, extremely convenient.

Family of 5 from Australia - easy access to hotel from Narita (aero bus), hotel is close to multiple train lines. Staff were extremely helpful especially the lovely young lady who arranged for our bags to be forwarded to Kyoto. Rooms were very clean.

Always try to stay in this hotel whenever I do my business trip to Tokyo as my customer’s office is nearby.

The location is next to TCAT which can directly transport from HND. This is a hotel with great location.

The hotel's exterior is incredibly luxurious, exuding a low-key elegance upon entering the lobby. The staff greet guests warmly and warmly. The rooms exude a warm atmosphere, the mattresses are comfortably comfortable, and the bathtubs are clean. The staff handle various inquiries exceptionally well. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, adding a lot of color to my trip.

Been coming here for many years and the service and facilities are great. It's also next to the T-CAT bus station which is a direct bus from Haneda airport that takes 30 min.

Good service with responsive to customer’s request to arrange room at higher floor and near the lift lobby. Breakfast buffet is good but with limited choice of food.

Good location, located right above the metro. Just opposite there’s a family mart and decent food choices along that stretch of stores. Great service from check in to check out. Had a pleasant experience staying there, would consider if i’m back in the city.
