Hotel in zona Igreja AD Novo Dia - Porto, Porto

Abbiamo dovuto effettuare una prenotazione di ultimo minuto. I nostri criteri principali per l'hotel erano la pulizia, Basato sulle recensioni questo hotel era quello che cercavamo. L'abbiamo provato e non erano delusi. L'hotel era molto pulito. Le camere sono state un po' piccole, ma sono state ben decorate. L'hotel era situato a circa 20-25 min di distanza a piedi dal centro della città. Non ci importava di camminare. La maggior parte del tempo ci tornavamo all'hotel dopo le 9:00, e non ci sentivamo mai insicuri camminando in quella zona. La colazione gratuita era un piacevole bonus. La colazione era sufficiente. Vorrei solo che avessero una piccola varietà. Ci siamo fermati per 4 notti e hanno offerto quasi la stessa cena ogni giorno. Un'altra stanza per il miglioramento è mobili balconi, la nostra stanza aveva un balcone, con due sedie cuscinette su di essa. Il giorno dopo la pioggia, quando siamo stati a casa, non siamo mai stati in grado di trascorrere tempo sul balcone, perché i sedili erano bagnati, e tutti quelli che lavoravano lì erano grandi e estremamente utili. Tutte le nostre preoccupazioni sono state prese sul serio e abbiamo sempre ricevuto il massimo aiuto e attenzione. Grazie speciali al ragazzo che lavorava il turno di sera! Era sorprendente. Mi dispiace, non ricordo il suo nome. Rimanerei lì e consiglierei questo hotel.

Nel settembre 2023 abbiamo viaggiato con un gruppo di 39 persone, che si trovano 5 giorni all'Hotel Jaguar. Il servizio è stato sorprendente, grande grido a Marta Revlas che è andato oltre e oltre le nostre aspettative. Le camere erano pulite e bellissime, il personale della cucina ha fatto un lavoro straordinario per nutrire il nostro grande gruppo, il cibo era straordinario e superato le nostre aspettative. Non posso dire abbastanza sul grande servizio che abbiamo ricevuto in questo hotel, è stato il miglior hotel del nostro viaggio attraverso il Portogallo e in Spagna. Ben fatto l'hotel Jaguar!

La persona alla reception è super dolce e cordiale. Bella posizione, camere pulite e grandi. Completo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

This place is actually an old motel that has clearly gone bankrupt and still tries to get naive customers to a trap. It smells of mold, there is no shower ( just a broken whirlpool ), there is no maintenance and the staff is clearly unwilling to look after the guests. To make it worse - if possible - they tried to cheat Booking pretending I was not there ( although I have my credit cards statements to prove ) just not to pay their commission. When I wrote this on the Booking review the owner was extremely impolite and aggressive , as his plote was denounced. Honestly, it makes no sense staying there even if it was for free. Run away from this joint!!

Bell'hotel, in una zona strategica. Vicino alle cantine del Porto, al lungo fiume con tanti ristoranti e a pochi minuti dalla zona monumentale. Personale gentile e disponibile e colazione super abbondante. Piscina coperta e spa. Camere veramente spaziose. Consigliato!

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, la persona encargada no nos dio una solución, duramos como dos horas tratando de intentar mantener una temperatura agradable y a las dos de la madrugada nos tocó dormir como fuera, con la temperatura no tan agradable, la habitación estaba bien organizada y limpia pero con este detalle de temperatura, se dañó la experiencia, el desayuno incluido estuvo bueno.

Checked in on 18/04/23 for a birthday treat with a friend. Staff were very courteous, nothing too much trouble. Hotel was spotlessly clean, and breakfast was plentiful. My roommate forgot her toothbrush and was given a free toothbrush and toothpaste. Happily printed off our boarding passes for us for our flights home. 10/10

I arrived at the hotel on 20 November 2022 for a 5 night stay. The stay was business related and with so many hotels to choose from, I decided to go with the Porto Palacio. What an excellent choice! The hotel is absolutely brilliant - I cannot find a fault. Check-in was very smooth and on arrival to the room - wow - very modern, crisp clean sheets on the bed and a spacious room. In terms of food, the Breakfast experience was the best part of the stay for me. I have stayed in many hotels around the world - both on a personal basis and a business basis - I can honestly say that the breakfast staff at the Porto Palacio are the best I've ever come across. On arrival, I was seated quickly. On Day 1, the staff members memorised what I had that cannot be chosen by the buffet - for example, a tea and two plates (as I like two plates) - on Days 2 and for the rest of the trip, I didn't even need to ask. I was called by my Title and Surname on arrival. The whole experience was brilliant. I would like to mention a lady called Rosa and another lady (they both greet staff members at the door) - their hospitality skills are great and they are always smiling - nothing is too much for them. I didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening but had room service as personally, I like to relax after a day at the office. The food was of good quality and was tasty and piping hot. I used the gym during my stay - the gym is open to members of the public, therefore is not your usual hotel gym. It's huge - there are loads of machines and I was never waiting for someone to finish using something. Staff members are friendly. All in all - a brilliant stay and is a genuine 5 star hotel! I will return to the Porto Palacio both on a business basis and also on a personal basis - Porto looks like a great city! It's a shame that I didn't have time to look around as I had a busy schedule but I will certainly be back! Thank you!!

Old school hotel with modern amenities. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Especially if you turn left when you walk out the door and walk straight ahead for a few minutes. Apparently there’s supposed to be a market, Porto Belo, close by on Saturdays, but it wasn’t on when I was there, which led to confusion for a number of tourists - including me 😊
