All 6 of us give thumb up 👍 to this hotel’s service and location.

So great. We stayed 2 nights and everything was fantastic.

When I checked in the room I didn’t any basic amenities not even a bottle of water or a glass. I complained to the reception next day and they were nice to offer those basics. The rooms are very small. I found the best of this hotel is the rooftop, however due to the covid situation the bar is closed, the drinks must be ordered at the ground floor bar.

Excelente ubicación, buen desayuno y detalles como agua e infusiones en la habitación y buen secafor de pelo.

歐洲第一晚酒店，比較吵，交通比較方便，房間較小，跟日本酒店差不多吧。

酒店就在老城中心，導航也非常容易錯過的一條小路里，門口有代客停車服務，每天停車費 15 歐元。房間出乎意料的小，但屋頂酒吧可以加分。服務好。酒店左右都是葡萄牙特色小餐館，非常方便。

Arrivare con la macchina è un incubo, basterebbe mandare istruzioni chiare per mail. Personale all'arrivo non amichevole, camera rumorosa attaccata ad ascensore. Le 4 stelle non hanno alcun fondamento. Non tornerò.

The hotel was a bit hard to find because the street was blocked due to construction. The concierge could not have been more helpful. Everyone was great! Just a short walk to restaurants and activities. And so reasonably priced!

We had a very nice stay. The front desk was extremely helpful. Although, i wish there was more light in our room (408)

Room is clean, staff are good, bed is comfortable. HOWEVER, room is VERY VERY DARK at night. It requires more bright light. It was so dark that we were unable to read the map nor all notes of our planned itineraries. It is not an excuse of saving energy. It is just impossible to read anything that made us VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. If the hotel is willing to install more bright lights, then we like this hotel. It is so good the hotel provides free pastries, coffee and tea from 2pm till 9pm, as told upon check in. However, when we returned at 7:30 on Fri and Sat the coffee and hot water were COLD. On Sun, we returned at 4:30 pm, no coffee and no pastries. We told the front desk about it. He filled up the flask with hot coffee BUT never bother to replenish the pastries. We don't mind if the hotel did not provide those coffee and snacks, but once you have your commitment, then you have to spend effort to take care of it. Again, please install more bright lights in the room. We like to save energy too but this is not the way. It was very very uncomfortable in the room at night

Staff was very nice and helpful at each step of the way, from welcoming to suggesting places to eat, directions and even packing breakfast as I had an early morning flight back

Great location- close to dining options. Problem with electric switch in our room quickly corrected. Nice modern decor. Many breakfast options.

Amazing stay, the hotel is super central, rooms are fantastic, the bed is beyond comfortable and the service is superb. They upgraded our room and we also received a complimentary glass of Porto at our arrival and a coffee & cookies on our checkout. One of the best hotels I've stayed in!
