Porto: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

I can say without hesitation my wife and I stayed here for three nights and neither had a complaint. The lobby is classy and beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Water and chocolate were provided daily. The buffet breakfast was very good and the coffee was great. The pool area was small but quaint and comfortable and the location for a few days in Porto was good as well. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. The service was also accommodating and the food very good. Recommend this place.

Bellissimo hotel cittadino, ideale per visitare Porto! Anche il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. I consigli su cosa fare e in quali ristoranti andare sono stati eccellenti e hanno sfruttato al meglio il nostro lungo weekend a Porto. altamente raccomandato!

Una vacanza da sogno, un hotel perfetto da ogni punto di vista. Il signor Carlos è stato di una simpatia ed efficienza eccezionali. La colazione è eccellente, sia dolce che salata, la camera spaziosa, comoda e silenziosissima e la spa di grande relax. Grazie!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo delizioso hotel dal 16 al 19 Luglio ed abbiamo potuto godere della raffinatezza delle camere e della geniale collocazione su ogni piano di una macchina da caffè ”Cimbali” molto gradita. La splendida sala colazioni ottimamente rifornita con bontà di ogni genere. Nota dolente al check out abbiamo trovato una receptionist senza cordialità che in fase di pagamento con carta di credito ”non ha usato”la somma impegnata al check in ma ha effettuato una nuova operazione di pagamento, da me contestata, asserendo che era una prassi . Conclusione costo totale pernottamento €621,00+ impegnato sulla carta altre €621,00 come cauzione =€1.242,00. NO COMMENT!!!

Nessuna parola .... Ha avuto un viaggio INSIDE un'area di costruzione di metropolitana .... E non sto scherzando, purtroppo, ho prenotato un letto tipo camera singola. All'inizio della ricezione mi assegnò una stanza al quarto piano proprio davanti agli operatori di jackhammer, che facevano lo stesso rumore che nel scenario di guerra con due letti. Poi, dopo la mia immediata ricezione di grandi denunce, mi hanno assegnato un'altra stanza, #209. Scena diversa : che era davanti a una crana di griglia di calcestruzzo arriva dalle 8:00 al mattino alle 10:00 alla sera. alle 7:00 i rumori dei veicoli iniziarono con l'allarme relativo movimento e alla sera dopo le 10:00 i lavoratori che marciano Finito gradualmente alle 1:00 della notte. ho solo messo in tempo video per dimostrare la mia esperienza. Ho chiesto più volte di assegnare una stanza ad un altro lato (che sono al di fuori della ”zona operativa di guerra”) ma la risposta è sempre stata _ ”Mi dispiace, signore, la stanza sul retro è piena e non abbiamo spazio disponibile” . Oggi al check-out ho chiesto uno sconto, come feedback il ricevente mi ha prelevato 20EUR più per 2 succhi di coppia ho ottenuto da minibar ...... Non so come descrivere questa esperienza, sono stato molte volte in Intercontinentale e sono sempre stato soddisfatto .... A parte questo ultimo viaggio che è davvero qualcosa che voglio dimenticare I viaggiatori prendono cura estrema che vanno là !! Almeno fino a quando il sottostrada funziona sotto il balcone della stanza !!! Non posso caricare le foto il sito web mi dice ”non riesco a cacciare” ma posso mandarle separatamente

Hotel 5 stelle nel centro della città. Personale sempre presente, ottimo servizio valet. Camere spaziose e ben curate. Bagni di ottimo livello con tutto ciò che occorre. Silenzioso. Biancheria di buona qualità. Unico neo è la colazione , sicuramente, sia per qualità che per scelta, non all'altezza degli standard degli altri servizi. Wifi solo sufficiente.

This is the finest hotel I have ever stayed in. In addition to the exquisite decor and quality furnishings, what makes this a five star hotel is the incredible staff. They bend over backwards to ensure your stay is memorable. There was a bottle of champagn on ice in our room to welcome us. On my way out to go to the store, one of the staff asked what we were getting. I replied outlet adapters. He replied ”no need, I'll have a couple brought up to the room. When we were checking out, they gave us a breakfast-to-go bag which included juice, yogurt, fruit and pastries. When I asked about an ice machine, they brought a bucket of ice up to the room. Turn down service included chocolates and sometimes berries. House labeled bottled water in the room was gratis. Once she showed up with a couple of breaded, fried shrimp tapas. Shout out to the breakfast staff as well. They were cheery and professional at all times. The crystal chandeliers, deep pile rugs, spotless interiors, classic architectural touches, incredible service and a very relaxing vibe all add up to the finest travel experience one could hope for. Everything about Torel is breathtaking.

The place is quirky. Beautiful and stuffy. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable The one thing that ruined pissed me off was sitting in the bar having a drink. We were by a window overlooking the park and water. We were asked to sit wherever we wanted. In about 20 mins a new young man appears in a dark suit saying that our table was reserved for someone else and we needed to move. Really? Our window seats were taken by a local young man who came in just after us and went into the other room. He sat alone for 20 mins fidgeting with two glasses of water at the table we abandoned for him. He left after 30 mins in a car. He wasn’t staying at the hotel. We were never apologized to or given an explanation. At first I was going to dismiss it but it really rubbed me the wrong way. I think the hotel is fine. If you are not Portuguese you may get sub par treatment. I’m not sure. But high class service doesn’t come with being booted out of your table before you even finish your drink. It left a really bad impression of the people working at this hotel.

Questo è stato sicuramente il miglior hotel durante la mia tour in Portogallo! Non posso dire abbastanza buone cose su questo posto. Le camere erano in dimensioni superiori alla media rispetto alle norme europee. L'hotel e le camere erano molto ben mantenute e pulite. La mia prenotazione includeva il colazione che era probabilmente uno dei migliori, se non i migliori, inclusi i colazione che avevo mai avuto in un hotel. Il servizio al colazione era anche uno dei migliori che avessimo avuto a Porto. Il personale dell'intero hotel è stato molto amichevole e utile.
