Hotel a Plymouth Meeting, Stati Uniti d'America

L'hotel era pulito, il check-in del personale era molto bello (non aveva alcuna esperienza con il personale), e il colazione era delizioso. Forse ancora più importante, il caffè è stato GRANDE (e questo è raro, l'IMO)!

Sono rimasto qui per diversi giorni mentre facevo un lavoro a casa mia - lavoro da casa e ho bisogno di un posto tranquillo per lavorare. Questioni che ho vissuto: (1) Non ci sono forniture di cucina (utensili, piastre, pannelli) nella stanza - devi chiederle (pollo!); (2) Quando ho chiesto forniture di cucina, mi è stato detto che non avevano nessuna - quanto è pazza non fornire oggetti di cucina e ALSO non avere qualsiasi disponibile!! ; (3) Un letto estremamente duro e inconfortabile; (4) pareti sottili - TV dalla porta accanto si sono scalzate tutta la notte; (5) Incongruenze con la politica degli animali domestici - il sito web ha detto che gli animali domestici sono amici e non ha menzionato un canone, ma quando sono arrivato lì ho ricevuto un extra $25/day per il mio animale domestico. Linea di fondo: Non raccomando questo posto e non rimarrò mai più qui..

Long hair encased in dried urine, black mold in the shower, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, horrible nasty carpets around the hotel. To give you an example of how the management of this hotel thinks and how they are good at making horrible decisions about how to run this hotel. The were replacing carpets in the hallway (and it is so needed) BUT they are doing in infront of ROOMS that have guest and they post signs around the hotel telling you, if there is a new carpet in front of your room, you can not go in or out of your room for 6 hours! The floor should have been shut down. We were in town for a funeral and there's nothing like having to go to the desk to have the person come up to a room and let us in manually because the door lock is broken. The member of staff did try replacing batteries giving us new keys but we were instructed anytime we needed to go back in our room, go to the front desk and ask somebody to come let you in with the override?!? One side note when we went down to the lobby a little before 11:00 p.m. there was no one to be found around the front desk after searching the ground floor we did fight a member of staff working however doing laundry he was very helpful but having a lobby and front door just unattended is one heck of a security issue . It's not the member of staff's fault again he was super helpful but clearly a lack of management at this hotel. The breakfast this morning was a horrible experience, as a group of family who also attended the same funeral were staying in this hotel. We had breakfast together and the staff verbally scolded my Aunt for using the wrong tongs. I have attached photos with this review showing, a white creaming dripping stain on the back of the bathroom door, that starts at waist level. Photos of stains all over the carpeting in the hotel. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher of the suite upon check in Bathroom faucet dirty The TV listing card falling apart (showing lack of care) Dirty shower glass with pink mold Like black mold better, they offer that also in the shower! A sticker on the hock in the bathroom, classly Stains all over the walls Clearly cleaning is not a top priority yet they worry about having the evening reception for your safety as that is not happening due to covid! This looks like a new hotel, and it might be, but it is in horrible shape. Some of the staff were nice but powerless , others like the one that yelled at my aunt over her incorrect utensil use at breakfast . AVOID THIS HOTEL

La colazione prenotata originalmente è arrivata sul posto e è stato detto che non c'era alcun pagamento e doveva trovare Trip.com di nuovo.L'esperienza di soggiorno non è buona.Ma la stanza è piuttosto tranquilla.Le strutture interne sono più vecchie.Le strutture dell'hotel PA sembrano essere tutte queste.

Thankfully I checked out today but my first night and the 6am wake up call with the trash cart being pushed up and down the hall way (on a Saturday) is insane. When asked if this was an everyday occurrence they said no and that ”the trash had to be taken out when they have time”. Other than that I had a great night I did have to go and by my own hair dryer. The one provided had very little forced air. My second night I was woke up several times through the night but I gave up and stayed awake at 630. Third night 5am by yelling outside my door. Fourth night it was a 5:08 am yelling from the front desk. I made arrangements that day to change hotels but couldn't for another 2 days because of availability. Fifth night I received the best wake up call ever. A fire alarm at 4:48am. Tried laying back down after but again people were yelling outside my door. I did ask them to stop but they didn't. On my final night there I was again awakened by loud people yelling in the hall way. This is the worst possible place to stay if you work and need sleep. Also its not very safe (theft) and the water pressure sucks. The rooms are not very clean and the hardwood floor was sticky feeling. Probably the worst place I have ever stayed and I have stayed at some crappy places since I travel about 8 months out of the year with work and at least 2 months a year leisurely. Save yourself the sleep and peace of mind and stay somewhere else.

Non ero sicuro di cosa aspettare esattamente dopo aver visto altre recensioni. La nostra camera da letto era perfettamente pulita e ben tenuta. Nulla di reclami dalla mia famiglia. Il WiFi era grande. Nessun problema nemmeno. Il colazione non era fantastica, ma anche perfettamente adeguata. Il servizio era grande. Ho scritto il desk per gli asciugamani extra che sono stati sollevati immediatamente. Oh, la denuncia è il letto di divano che era molto incomodo. In generale ero molto felice con l'intera permanenza.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante novembre 2020 per 2.5 settimane, altezza di covid, MA la nostra prima occasione di vedere il nostro primo nipote e preparare il Ringraziamento per nostro figlio e la sua famiglia. Il personale era meraviglioso, lavorando su un sistema di accesso periodico alla camera per letto e pulizia. E lasciando 4-5 giorni di caffè e asciugamani freschi. Abbiamo appena trascorso la metà agosto fino al secondo fine settimana nel corso del mese di settembre nel cortile ora ristrutturato. Questa volta, il nostro figlio e sua moglie hanno aiutato a trovare un neonato presto, e ancora una volta, il personale ci ha portati nella stessa suite al terzo piano, e la gestione e la custodia ci hanno curato molto tutto il tempo. La lenzuola di letto cambia ogni 2-3 giorni su nostra richiesta. Gli asciugamani freschi fino a giorni passati. Caffè regolare in abbondanza per la stanza. Mia moglie corse e comprava panini di colazione o cereali per andare la maggior parte della mattina. Due volte alla settimana abbiamo dovuto condurre la nostra figlia in CHOP per i test e il monitoraggio, quindi non abbiamo colazione. Veniamo e andiamo a ore strane, ma abbiamo sempre salutato con un sorriso e un caldo benvenuto. Grazie speciali a Kim, il supervisore delle operazioni diurne e al GM Roger M. Voi avete grandi persone che lavorano per voi e saremo di nuovo entro la fine del 2022.

I had a nice quiet stay in a clean room. Nothing more stands out as far as accommodations —pretty typical hotel stay. Cory at the front desk was very personable, friendly, and helpful. That in itself would have made my stay more pleasant. What makes her stand out is how she helped address an issue with my room for me—nothing wrong with the room just my own personal sensitivity. Five star stay due to my positive experience with Cory!
