I have to admit, I wish I had used Leonardo's Hotels in the past, when I had the option to. But now I can't help but feel the regret of not discovering their chains earlier enough. Anyway, that's by the by, but to say the hotel exceeded exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I mean, a part from the usual basic needs, the tea, the coffee, the milk for crying out loud, there were abundance of those. I was honestly extremely happy to see that given my stay was only for a day, that amount of supply was left to my disposal. I have stayed at branded chains who can't even get the basic right let alone go above and beyond. Other key touches, the selection of pillows left on the bed, unlike some places where you have to make do with a rough night sleep if the pillow available does not suit your need, I had no such issue with Leonardo. The pillows were there, scattered on top of the bed, I found one that was comfortable and slept with no complaints. This is extra brownie points territory, Leonardo! To conclude, will I stay at Leonardo again? Of course! At the time of booking, I only expected one thing: to stay for the night. But didn't expect the little touches to out exceed what I originally intended stay here for. Wish I could stay for longer, thanks Leonardo Hotel, Plymouth!

The room was great made up daily with new towels. 2 key cards provided. Didn't book breakfast initially and was offered for £10pp if booked the night before so we took advantage of this. A few minutes walk from the harbour and barbican so nice and close but far enough not to be disturbed by noise. Would stay here again.

It was my second time at the Hotel and I love it The workers are very helpful and nice Rooms clean and the breakfast is excellent

Very comfortable stay here! The staff were also very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good and hearty. It was a convenient location for me since it’s close to the university.

Nicely situated hotel for access to the town. Has a been of travel noise if your at the front of the hotel. Rooms where clean and ideal for a night's stay. Would stay there again

Was right in the centre everything is around you, we had a beaut view to could see the habour from our window , only downfall was it was abit loud at night not hotel fault like I said we was so close to everything and at night the room got to hot for me to sleep properly and didn’t seem like the air in or fan worked properly

Myself and my partner really like this hotel. The room is always clean, comfortable and cool. The air conditioning is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Nearby to the City Centre, Theatre, Restaurants and Cinema. Would highly recommend.

Great location for town centre. Comfortable beds in a spacious room with added bonus of a bath. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast at only £10 if booked the night before

I stayed with my daughter for one night when visiting for a competition. The location was good. The car park was full but we found parking nearby. Unfortunately we found the hotel extremely noisy and didn’t get much sleep. I had to call the reception twice due to “noisy neighbours” and they sent security to them each time. I wouldn’t personally stay here again due to the thin walls but if you’re not bothered by that then the hotel itself was good.

Hotel was clean and bright. Welcoming and friendly staff.. Had 3 lifts which were efficient too. Never had to wait long .Room was also bright and clean. Lamps on every wall as well as main light. Fairly spacious with a comfy bed. Had ok storage for clothes. Shower room was clean. Breakfast was optional and had a good selection: cereals, continental breads, cheese and meats, as well as traditional English breakfast. Although on personal preference there were no mushrooms or black pudding. Which I like on mine. Fruit and yogurts were available too. Good selection of fruit juices and teas. Selection of coffees available too. Good all round experience generally. Shame about the car park though as it was dirty and uninviting. Lighting not good either. Had to walk to outside to get to it. Which isn't great when carrying your belongings in the rain. (Which we had too) Apparently tho the hotel doesn't own it but is used by their residents. It wasn't included in the price so made the cost of staying a little more expensive. On the whole it is somewhere I would use again.

Stupid payment process for the restaurant. Has to pre-pay credit at the reception, or go to the bar to pay even for room service, which is time-wasting. Room is spacious. Bed comfortable. Kettle in the room broken. Coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant broken…
