Amazing lobby friendly people super restaurants rooms are very clean with very good few if you have a balcony you open the door and the wind of the mountains coming inside it's a must to wear in the Hyatt

The room that was given to me is not the room that i booked. But then they tried to give me another one but i just stayed on what they gave me. Nice set up of the room very cosy. It just needed more cleaning specially the floor and windows. Bad reception, but the other staff like the housekeeping and the one helping with the bag very attentive kind and warm hearted. When it comes with location its far but still accesible. The pool area is amazing with a breathtaking view.

We really enjoyed our stat at Hayat. Staff are really good - very helpful. Rooms are great . Restaurant is very good . And it is great value . Great views ... Out of hustle and Bustle . Highly recommended ...

Place was absolutely beautiful. My friend and i were surprised that they had a lot of kitchenwares. The view to the infinity pool was lovely. The room was spacious and had a separate space for the living room area

Room 1814 is not what we expected, last time we accommodated in room 1516 and it was very good.

They need to upgrade their elevators. Such a nice hotel sana but they got LB appliances. I just find it amusing because if there is LG which means life's good, their LB means life better but it's not really a better tv hahaha
