This hotel have great location, easy to walk for food and shoping mall.

The worth hotel ever that have such kind of worth experience, - Customer service so rude and so bad - front desk service have 0 experience - HOTLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE MORE WORTH FROM THE 2 ABOVE. IF THE ONLY WAY NEED TO DESTROY YOUR MOOD DURING YOUR TRIP, YOU THINK ABOUT TO BOOK ON THAT HORRIBLE HOTEL. Rosedale hotel is located in a great spot near train station and local shops. The service is good, although the place could use some refreshing as it is getting old. Overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

It was really good experience,from the Reception to house keeping,Especially the receptionist Mrs NINA so kind and very welcoming☺️….its a new hotel and there’s a Costa coffee too just close by,overall very good 😊

Locations, easy access to good restaurants which is just next door to the hotel, the metro is just next to the hotel (gate C2) and opposite C1 Most importantly, we met a great Deputy Front Desk Manager Mr Henry Huang. It is such a joy to be served by him, and he is always ready to serve and make your stay a good one. Although the hotel is dated, but with all the good benefits that comes with it, we can close one eye to the dated situation.

Excellent location, the Hotel with two operators now. Confused and breakfast hasn't changed for the past 15 years.

the hotel location is perfect, but the hotel is not clean and need to renewal everything, and the price not suitable with hotel level! the price should be less to customer acceptable with hotel situation, and I give 1 stay not 4 stars, how can be this hotel 4 stars and who give 4star should come back and rethink about it! poor experience of staying at this hotel , old furnitures , no sockets to charge the phone 📱 next to the bed 🛏️, ended by founding previous guests hair in the shower 🚿 bathtub 🛀 😨😨😨 that hotel doesn't worth to be RMB 150/night

Pros: ✔ This hotel was close to a train station. ✔ There were plenty of food around for us to choose from. ✔ There is a small working desk. Cons: ❌ There was a surprise “deposit” (1,000 Chinese Yuan) that was as never mentioned that we were forced to paid which was just an insurance for the hotel in case we break or steal something. ❌ The lady that checked us in was just mostly rude to us and barely explained anything until we asked her what each thing was. ❌ The room that was given to us as not as clean as we thought, carpet looked really dirty with black markings, the bathroom did not look as clean. ❌ The hot water kettle pot the hotel provided was rusted and had to get a new one. ❌ Most choices for a room were forced with breakfast when booking online. There are plenty of other nearby restaurants that are just better. ❌ The bathroom door was really hard to shut and there was something sharp stuck near the door of the bathroom. ❌ The internet speed was not that great, depending on what kind of work you want to do, you are very limited.

I’ve been staying at the Rosedale on and off over the past decade… but here’s the problem: it doesn’t appear to have been renovated or redecorated in that time. The room looked old and worn and had a strong smell of damp. The bathroom and shower seemed to belong to byegone era. Comfort was purely perfunctory, nothing more. Good points: the night receptionist was very friendly; and the breakfast was good. But the hotel seriously needs to upgrade if it wants to continue to charge the kind of prices that it does.

Best location, bad facilities, bad services, lack of cleanliness in the rooms.
