La stanza è molto pulita e confortevole, la metropolitana è davanti alla porta, il che è molto comodo, si consiglia di acquistare un biglietto della metropolitana, orari illimitati al giorno, 7 euro.

La dimensione della stanza è ok, il bagno è grande, ma bisogna stare nella vasca per fare il bagno, la pressione dell'acqua è nella media. La posizione è relativamente comoda, molto vicino alla stazione centrale, c'è una stazione della metropolitana al piano di sotto. la colazione non è male

L'hotel si trova alla stazione della metropolitana, girare a sinistra dalla Stazione Centrale di Milano, attraversare la strada e proseguire dritto per Sanjiekou, circa 8 minuti. . Puoi raggiungere i due punti panoramici in metropolitana, acquistando un biglietto della metropolitana disponibile 24 ore su 24. La camera dell'hotel è pulita e ordinata.

Ciao caro, Il mio soggiorno in hotel è stato nel complesso buono. La colazione è ottima. Ho avuto solo un problema per le prime 2 notti ho avuto una camera n. 712 con 2 letti singoli. Purtroppo non ho potuto dormire bene durante le prime 2 notti. Il materasso del letto non era affatto comodo per dire il contratto di locazione. Ho chiesto di cambiare la mia camera e solo la terza notte sono riuscito a ottenere una camera migliore n. 412 con un buon letto queen size. In trasferta sento di aver pagato per 2 notti troppi soldi che non valevano il prezzo. Spero di essere risarcito per questa sfortunata situazione. Attendo con impazienza la tua risposta.

Excellent: great location (30 seconds walking distance to the metro station, 7 minutes walking distance to the central railway station, 2-3 minutes walking distance to many restaurants and shops, etc.), clean and quite room, comfortable bed, big bathroom, iron and ironing board in the room, nice breakfast, great staff everywhere…

Location is great and just right in front of metro. Very convenient to go Duomo. However there is only stairs at metro station leading up to entrance of hotel so lugging the luggage up can be challenging if coming via metro.

Service not up to standard, we asked reception to send us some cutlery, reception put us through to the bar, the guy at the bar said will need to charge for room service if we want cutlery to be sent up to our room. Never ever heard of that in my life!!!!!
