Non consiglierei questo hotel. Non c'era acqua nella stanza e l'elettricità nella zona comunale (che significa non sollevamento) per il nostro soggiorno di notte scorsa. Dobbiamo portare il nostro pesante bagaglio nelle scale per controllare. Il ricevitore ha promesso di rimborsare i soldi per l'ultima notte, ma il nostro agente di prenotazione ha detto che l'hotel non è raggiungibile perché non rispondono mai alle chiamate telefoniche o alle email, quindi la nostra richiesta di rimborso è ancora in attesa. L'hotel si è impegnato a procedere immediatamente con il nostro rimborso, ma ovviamente non è così.

Piccolo hotel carino, a 3 isolati dalla Fifth Avenue. una zona tranquilla, bei ristoranti vicino al centro, buona colazione, l'unico svantaggio qui era che l'aria condizionata non funzionava, ma il responsabile ha fornito una nuova camera di aggiornamento. L'hotel ha un potenziale ma necessita di un aggiornamento esterno.
La foto è una pizza vegana proprio accanto! Sorprendente.

This new hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to 5th Street, the beaches, and the local community. A+ for location! There is also a beautiful and expansive supermarket right under the hotel to get whatever culinary needs you require. We were upgraded to a balcony room as Bonvoy Titanium,.The price point of the Aloft was also a value, and it is a good bargain in using Marriott Bonvoy points. Javier that checked us in was lovely and gracious, and all staff were pleasant and professional. Aloft is an unusual hotel--one that wants to be a wanna-be hip W Hotel and also a Fairfield Inn for Gen Z'ers. It didn't do either very well, unfortunately. The staff wanted to do well, and perhaps there are still newly opened growing pains that will be worked out. Housekeeping was promised daily, but on 3 out of the 5 days we had to call Housekeeping after returning from the day;'s activities to service the room (which they did right away when called) but this was a big fail. The purified water dispenser in the nice gym was often empty. And generally the upkeep of the hotel is not or was not a priority. It's nice and new and ”hip looking” but metal surfaces and walls by the pool on the 4th floor are rusting already, and little bits of trash on the hallway carpeting remained for the 5 days which showed they didn't vacuum the common areas as often as should be. Room A/C and common area A./C were great! 4th floor pool has city and sea views in the distance and we could often see Cozumel and the cruise ships anchored there in the far distance on most days. I wanted the stay to be great, but it was good.

L'aspetto dell'hotel è ok, ma non penso che sia quattro stelle, quasi Samsung.E super umido, anche le scarpe di carta messe nel bagno sono sottili, cioè con la mano intorno a un senso di umidità.L'intera stanza è umida e ha un odore molto scomodo. Il servizio è ancora buono, la lavastoviglie sono spazzate, qualcuno può riparare meno di dieci minuti.

Il servizio presso la reception/lobby è fantastico, utile e amichevole. Anche nella piscina, il personale cerca di fare il meglio come molte persone ordinano e penso che hanno bisogno di più personale per servire tutti. Tuttavia, al ristorante La cocina per colazione e cena al ristorante Sushi: il servizio era piuttosto lento, anche alcuni piatti erano stati dimenticati e abbiamo cancellato, alcuni cibi arrivati freddo bisogno di migliorare il servizio da tavola.
Non ho apprezzato che la maggior parte delle attività settimanali programmate avesse bisogno di un dollaro aggiuntivo.
Ci serve un posto di spiaggia adeguato per camminare.
È divertente avere un'arcade per un divertimento extra.

When I say average I do not mean bad. But nothing stood out. I was just there a couple of weeks ago and I cannot remember anything that stood out as positive or negative. You pay for a comfortable stay, a good night's sleep and hopefully nothing will go wrong. This place was just all that. Parking in the basement. Large hotel, the ATM machines had run out of cash according to a customer complaining at the next counter while I was checking in. It was New Year though.. There is a small 24hr convenience place near the desk, with all minimum essentials. Just as well as there is nothing really close by. There is a shopping mall type place with some eateries, but not sure how you could get to it without a car. And if you do take a car, you have to go miles in opposite directions just to get to it. There is a place called ”Perche No” which does really decent pizza (just avoid the four cheese one) and desserts are a bit small. Other than that, the room had a kitchenette like all Residence Inns and was nice enough. Decent balcony and view at the back, sitting area and all good enough for the one night we stayed there.

This was my second stay at the Westin Cozumel. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and in a nice location - just a 5-10 taxi ride into town. There are several restaurants that are excellent and just steps away. The private beach and snorkeling steps away is a real plus. The staff is very pleasant and kind, particularly Damian at the front desk. We also enjoyed a massage at the Zazil spa on-site - excellent services with hydrotherapy and very skilled masseuse. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and amazing views. Would recommend! The only I thing i foresee needing an update would be the bathroom tile work - it's starting to look a little dated/ragged. It's a short ride from the airport so, traveling from Houston, we can be on the beach with a drink in hand in under 4 hours. Win. win.

UUtente ospiteIl Carmen è pulito e ben situato. La suite frontale dell'oceano era bella, luminosa e spaziale. Tuttavia ... - il check-in della ricezione è orribile. C'è un'app a buon mercato che devi inserire tutti i tuoi dati per anche se hanno la prenotazione. Un errore di stampa e dicono che non sei registrato. - Allora devi inserire nella tua carta di credito (sì, non c'è lettore) in questa applicazione. Molto insicurezza! Prendete circa dieci minuti e l'applicazione non ha mai funzionato. Il direttore ha finito di scriverla. Con i Carmen, sono andati i ”buon giorno, signore, benvenuti: volte. - Nella carta, si pagano 100 dollari per ”incidente”. In realtà non ho mai trovato nessun incidente per spendere nulla. Dopo due giorni e un messaggio, ci sono ancora due di questi diritti sulla mia carta e nessuna risposta per il rimborso. - Allora ti stanno schiacciando con un braccialetto di morte senza senso, senza scopo visibile. Se hai la fortuna di tirarla troppo stretta, non puoi rimuoverla e tagliare la circolazione alla mano. Hai bisogno di un coltello o di tagli, e che viaggiatore ha questi? Non c'è bisogno di questo, e è molto pericoloso tirarla. Se lo prendete, la mano si toglierà piuttosto che rompere. - Ho avuto una ”svitazione di lusso all'oceano”, e la camera e il letto erano bellissimi. C'era un piccolo balcone puny con due cartucce di plastica molto incomode. Il tubo gettato era freddo e i jet non funzionavano! La stanza ha una partizione pericolosa di vetro sul doccia. Correre in questo a notte potrebbe essere un grave danno.

SShisandao-XI miei amici mi hanno dato il famoso acquario Xcaret. Il prezzo dell'hotel di Natale è costoso da fare, specialmente l'hotel di Xcaret, quindi questa volta, oltre a vivere in questo Xcaret Messico (in appresso X), un altro è Iberostar Quetzal (in appresso Q) che non ha molti turisti cinesi. Il prezzo di Q Hotel è inferiore alla metà di X Hotel (Naturalmente X Hotel contiene biglietti per il parco divertimento, non vale la pena).Rispetto a X, come Ray Tang, hardware e scena, consiglio Q

X Hotel è un hotel a cinque stelle familiare con il popolo nazionale, le camere sono grandi, le strutture nuove e le hardware non devono essere detto.La spiaggia è molto caratteristica, c'è un senso di montagna avatariana. La spiaggia è più della metà di diamanti, una piccola spiaggia, la qualità dell'acqua è eccellente.X è il giardino, Q è la giungla.

Se ho una famiglia di X Hotel, potrebbe sentirmi bene, ma ho vissuto nell'hotel Q. Al contrario, Q Hotel ha una sensazione di ritorno. Il cameriere è più felice e tranquillo. L'acqua di vino è aperta e bevuta. Il buffet è molto fresco e basta. Il giorno di Natale, il drago è arrosto e la salsa è mangiata. Non c'è nessuna salsa. Al contrario, i camerieri dell'hotel X sono un po'di lavoro e un lavoro. Non molti dei buffet devono aspettare. Guardando che il posto è molto piccolo per mangiare e bere.
Ho anche prenotato un pasto giapponese Xin Gao. La speranza è che non sia troppo alta. Il bambino ha ordinato un pranzo di riso, è un po'di riso bianco!Ho ordinato un piatto, non ho raggiunto la fine del pranzo, il cameriere mi dispiace, non c'è fine del pranzo oggi, e il chip è la fine del pranzo sostitutivo per te

I took my extended family to Playa del Carmen for a fun week. I booked 4 separate 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms suites at Anah Suites but were given 3 suites at Anah Downtown and 1 suite at Anah La Playa across the street. They were overbooked and our concierge, Daniel Jimenez, tried to accommodate us by offering to move us to the La Quinta by Anah on 5th Avenue & 40th, but we realized that the current location was actually the best since it was close to everything. Daniel was really accommodating and the staffs were really nice! The suites were offered at a good price for the money, however, it is close to a busy street. I let the rest of my family stay at the suites at Anah Downtown and we stayed in the suite at La Playa across the street. Our room was clean but one of the toilet wasn't flushing in 1 bathroom and the shower barely worked in the other bathroom. This was annoying at first, but wasn't a big deal since we spent most of our time outdoors doing activities. Be warned that nearby streets are constantly busy (noise all day and all night) and for our trip, the other guests were coming home at 3:00AM in the morning and making a lot of noise. Playa del Carmen is very close to Xcaret, Xplor, Xel-ha, Tulum and a lot of cenotes that were really fun to swim in. We will definitely do this again soon.

Let me first start off and tell you that the reception staff and maids are absolutely lovely really helpful my issue is not them at all. I'm going to write this review completely honest because I don't want another person to go in blind like I did. If you like sleep and you like quiet do not stay at this hotel. First of all when we arrived at hacienda del Caribe after an 11 hour flight we were told we were being moved to their sister hotel which is a bit of a walk with a disabled child our daughter and four suitcases anyway we were tired and happily agreed.The hotel is the most noisiest hotel I have ever been in and we have travelled the world.Not street noise that I can understand as it's the town no it is people inside the hotel because the windows are sheet thin and the doors have huge gaps the security do not care. I took videos of the noise.i complained to the hotel who moved us up a floor however we were without a room entirely from 11am until 4pm my disabled son needs a quiet room and this is unacceptable. The noise was just as bad I took more videos of a man trying to kick our door down I rang reception for security no answer my husband ran out to restrain him as he was biting guests and he strangled the receptionist armed police turned up then security I did not feel safe after this and I told them this. It was packed with people who were like wild animals screaming all hours day and night not once told to be quiet? It ruined the holiday if I'm honest but you get what you pay for.oh might I add aswell I had earplugs in! I baristi e il negozio di viaggi / negozio di immersioni erano fantastici, la manutenzione dell'hotel e il personale della reception non erano dei migliori. Abbiamo avuto problemi con le nostre camere e alla fine sono stati risolti tranne la camera matrimoniale
che abbiamo prenotato non era disponibile e abbiamo dovuto condividere un letto matrimoniale. È un vecchio hotel con puzza di muffa e cassetti bloccati. La piscina chiude presto il sabato sera (20:00) ma il mariachi/karaoke può suonare fino alle 23:00 e il rumore si diffonderà nella stanza. Le alghe sulla spiaggia sono piene di pulci di sabbia e siamo tornati a casa con oltre 100 morsi di pulci di sabbia tra noi cinque. Il buffet era ok ma non vale $45 al giorno a persona.

The receptionist, Rocio, was extremely helpful. She even helped us with our bags. Lucas was also very helpful. Super people. We will definitely come back.

UUtente ospiteUn posto meraviglioso che rompe con il quotidiano degli hotel, oltre alla posizione si può trovare quello che vuoi intorno a lui è molto vicino a tutto, la verità molto consigliabile ma, soprattutto, il trattamento amichevole della sua gente, responsabilità e soprattutto onestà, poiché in personale abbiamo dimenticato una valigia e ci hanno fatto il favore di inviarla e di essere in attesa di avere di nuovo, mille congratulazioni per questa grande squadra di lavoro dell'Hotel HUL-KU.

But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the employees, particularly Miroslava, Rafael, Timu, Jorge (from the trolly), Mijael (bartender), and Francisco!! UUtente ospiteFour family couples rented 4 condos here in Feb 2023. We were there a week. Playa Del Carmen (PDC) is no longer a sleepy fishing village and Google says has 340,000 population. The touristy pedestrian 5th Avenue is flanked by a great music scene reminiscent of New Orleans - IMP. Lots of great live music everywhere, afternoon and evening. As with all tourist destinations it was not inexpensive. While you could find deals (25 peso tacos at The Best Tacos Ever on Mondays) - and local beer from 50 - 65 pesos, hamburgers were 250 pesos at the beach clubs, and we paid as much as 500 pesos for lunch portion of grilled mahi-mahi with a small portion of yam fries. This seemed to always include fresh corn chips, salsa and very often live bands, not mariachis, but 3 to 5 piece bands. This is a new condo hotel residence located at 42nd Street and 5th Avenue, which is 2km north of the ADO bus terminal, the ferry terminal and the centre of the tourist area all of which are on 5th Avenue. It is about 4 blocks to the clean and modern Chadraui Grocery store and 4 blocks to the beach. It is a very pretty building with marble floors, open air lobby with front desk and coffee shop. Great cappuccino. The front desk is manned during the day time. Carlos was friendly, spoke English fluently and was very helpful. The desk’s job was to call the owner if there was a problem with a suite. There is a security person at the building lobby entrance 24 hours. Fresh linens were on Wednesday. This is not a full service hotel. The condo units are owned by different people - meaning, to us, each unit has different kitchen supplies and maintenance, for example. The one bedroom units have two bathrooms, and are designed to be locked off to create 2 separate units. The square footage of what you are renting is listed on the website. Check this carefully to know what you are renting. We had a full ( both parts - Suite 205 and 205L) of a one bedroom suite with balcony. One part would be bedroom with king bed, TV and bath. The other part has kitchen, table height dining bar for 4, TV and a pull out couch and bathroom. The building opened November 2021 and with travel restrictions, I am guessing this season could be considered their first. Like all new buildings, it has construction glitches to be worked out. Hot water was intermittent, water pressure was highly variable and for 24 hours there was no water. The safe in 205L did not work. One of our group (305 and 305L) had next day service (24 hours +) on getting their safe open when it failed. The entrance key for the suite is kept in a lock box beside the entrance door. You will be given a code to access your key. The locks are fussy. We requested and received a key card for the second entrance door. The balcony doors slide back to create a full open air kitchen. The bedroom had blackout curtains. The kitchen had dishes and cutlery for 4. It had 2 non-stick fry pans and assorted non-stick pots and cooking implements. There was
