Struttura ben tenuta, colazione ottima. Ristorante ottimo con sconto per chi alloggia. Zona centrale con i pro e contro. Sicuramente rumoroso con stanza abbastanza insonorizzata. Musica dal vivo nel pomeriggio nel bar dell’albergo

I liked everything about this property, I has everything you need safe box, hamacas, hanging rack for wet clothes, air conditioning, etc.

Very nice small hotel, right on the beach. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, made to order and delicious. Also, the restaurant is right on the beach, so great view while enjoying the food. Walking distance from the ADO bus stop, convenient to get to and from Cancun Airport. Also, very close to shopping/dinning on the 5th Avenue. Overall, great location and great staff.

The staff was the kindest ever, they helped with everything. On checkin they communicate with you via whatsup and you can ask reccomandations even when out and about in town. Top marks to Hector at the desk!
They don't have many places for cars just by the entrance but we left the keys with them and they kept on moving it as needed. Yet the car was available there and then when we needed it.
Wonderful breakfast by the seashore, great fruit and delicious pancakes, possibly some of the best pankakes ever actually.

The lovely balcony with hammocks was a plus. The Lido Restaurant attached is excellent and very enjoyable.

Super friendly staff and nice beach club, but don’t expect to sleep before 3AM with the sound blasting from 3 nearby nightclubs.

The hotel is an amazing hidden gem. It’s comfort and a very convenient,fun area. I wonder if I would miss a pool and I did only because the sea**** made it impossible to swim in the ocean or lay beachside. But this was at no fault of the hotel. I felt very safe at the hotel and the area. The restaurant and the free breakfast were out of this world. The bar staff could be a bit more attentive. The hotel and room were very clean. I especially the the balcony with the chairs in the hammock. Having a street view was amazing for people watching.
