It’s a great location near the ferry. It can be noisy at night but not horrible. The air conditioner initially didn’t work and the bedspread wasn’t clean but when I called the front desk they immediately took action and fixed it.

Very close to beach, ADO bus station and Cozumel ferry.
Swimming pool more like a bath tub.
Older property, but well maintained.
Spacious room.
No elevator.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación, la atención del personal es pésima, no podían realizar ellos su cobro por la mala comunicación con las agencias con las que trabajan ya que según no tenían la confirmación de la reserva y a mi Trip ya me había enviado la confirmación y realizado el cargo, me pidieron una garantía de mil pesos que luego no me querían devolver a pesar de demostrar que ya estaba la confirmación y el pago, jamás había tenido un problema con Trip. Al parecer el problema fué del hotel con quién sabe que agencia mientras tanto a mi me hicieron pasar un mal momento. No volvería y no lo recomiendo por su falta de profesionalismo.

Hacienda del caribe has a nice location, very close to la Quinta Avenida and all the restaurants.
You get what you pay for it is a very modest hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights and our internet didn’t work at all.
If you have a limited budget this hotel is a good option.

Hotel is quite a bit run down since we first stayed a while back…not much upkeep in the rooms or the property in general. Last time we were here there was a parking lot across the street, which no longer is in service, or we parked at there sister hotel, who h is no longer the case. Unfortunate as it made it difficult to find nooad luggage and find parking-the check in staff was no help either. It’s quiet enough though for a location within such close proximity to the avenue.

Clean and great staff. Check-in may be difficult after hours because the front desk is only staffed from 7am to 11pm.
The room was fine, kind of outdated but white water works perfectly unlike many other places i am Playa.
