Superbe séjour à l'entre deux rêves. Emplacement idéal au calme tout en étant à proximité du village. Magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Chambres agréables, décorées avec soin et très propres. Petits déjeuner copieux et succulents avec beaucoup de fait maison et un bel assortiment de produits locaux. Maryse est très prévenante et aux petits soins. Une belle adresse pour séjourner à la réunion

Séjour du 5 au 6 janvier 2024. En terme de propreté dans la chambre c'était plutôt correct. Mis à part la désagréable surprise d'avoir un énorme cafard lorsque j'ai soulevé la couverture! Et comme j'ai une peur bleue de ces bestioles on a dû retourner tout le lit pour nous assurer qu'il n'y en avait pas d'autres. Mais c'était le seul. Du coup ça nous a permis de voir quand même ques les draps, bien que propres sont tâchés, ce qui n'est pas top top quand même. La pisicne accessible dés 8h00 est plutôt sympa avec une température agréable. En revanche elle mérite vraiment d'être refaite! À certains endroits il manque des carreaux, la plage n'est pas du tout sécurisée, les lames de bois sont bancales, les skimmer en piteux états (on peut facilement se prendre les pieds dedans et se blesser). La margelle est très glissante. Des enfants sont tombés à plusieurs reprises (sans grosse blessure heureusement). En revanche ma fille de 6 ans s'y est fait une énorme bosse sur le front alors qu'elle ne courait même pas ! Quelques glaçons pris au bar et un peu de crème et l'affaire était réglée. Mais c'est pas pour autant qu'un membre du personnel est venu prendre des nouvelles. Bref. Et 3 parasols pour tous les transats c'est un peu limite aussi. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L'essentiel y est. En revanche il faudrait peut-être penser à mieux protéger la nourriture. Par exemple des pains au lait étaient bien recouvert d'une cloche sauf qu'elle était trop petite et les moitié des pains n'étaient pas protégés. Autant ne rien mettre dessus dans ce cas. Petit bémol aussi pour les tables du resto qui mériteraient égalment un petit coup de neuf. Le personnel au bar est sympa. Il manque peut-être un peu plus de rigueur sur leur tenue vestimentaire. Bien que ce soit un 2 étoiles ça aurait été plus pro de tous les voir avec une tenue autre que leur t-shirt lambda ce qui fait que au début on ne sait pas qui est le personnel et qui sont les vacanciers. Je ne vais pas remettre une couche sur le parking qui apparait dans tous les commentaires. Ceci dit, lorsqu'une place se libèrait, le personnel nous en informait systématiquement. C'est dommage parceque l'hôtel pourraient vraiment être au top avec plus d'exigence en terme d'entretien !

Hotel davvero fantastico situato proprio oltre Saline les Bains. Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e utile anche se abbiamo lottato per comunicare liberamente a causa della nostra mancanza di fluenza francese, ma alcuni di loro parlavano abbastanza bene inglese, quindi non era assolutamente un problema! Le camere erano super spaziose e confortevoli con un bel seduto (avevamo la sala di fronte al giardino). La qualità del sonno era assolutamente sorprendente a causa del suono molto buono e di una matita/cavolo eccellente. Non ci sono denunce!! L'unico svantaggio, se in ogni caso, è stata la mancanza di opzioni di mangiare all'interno dell'hotel. Tuttavia, ci sono 3-4 eccellenti ristoranti lungo la spiaggia e entro un minuto a piedi 3-4. Veramente altamente raccomandato hotel per soggiornare se si visita Reunion e vuole solo caricare le vostre batterie!!

La stanza fatiscente merita una buona ristrutturazione. L'insonorizzazione è molto scarsa, si sentono tutti i passaggi nel corridoio e il rumore dei vicini del bagno.
