Hotel pet friendly a Bangkok

The house is exactly just like the photos. Very clean and new. All the amenities are provided as per listed. We came with a family of 4, with another two elderly. We had a pleasant stay here, feel like home. Quiet area, lots of food stall and convenience store in walkable distance. One car parking available. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Bangkok.

Adorava tutto su Kimpton Bangkok: il design, l'atmosfera, il servizio, la stanza, la vista, il cibo e, naturalmente, i cani! Il colazione era certamente un'enfasi. Molte scelte, con variazioni quotidiane al menu. Solo YUM. La posizione è probabilmente l'unica posizione in basso, poiché non è direttamente vicino a una stazione MRT/BTS. Il traffico di Bangkok può rendere anche i luoghi vicini sorprendentemente tempo-consumatori di raggiungere, ma la posizione distaccata dà anche all'hotel un'atmosfera tranquilla. E ci hanno piegato gli animali più dolci per noi!

This is a Chilean-run hotel. I stayed in a six-person room the first day and booked a four-person room for the second day. At 11:00 AM the next day, I returned the key card for the six-person room, but since it wasn't check-in time, I discussed changing rooms with the hotel owner for the afternoon. Afterwards, I went to Bangkok Central Railway Station to buy a train ticket. When I returned to the hotel, it was past 10:00 PM, but only 10:40 PM, and the hotel was completely empty. They neither left me any note nor arranged any other accommodation. I tried contacting the hotel following the signs at the entrance—by phone, online, and email—but received no response. They failed to fulfill their promise to have staff on duty. The online booking platform also tried contacting the hotel multiple times, but to no avail. I waited until 2:00 AM, but still no one helped me find accommodation, so I had to find another place to spend the night with my heavy luggage. Afterwards, I applied for a refund through the booking platform, but the hotel coldly refused. The booking platform refunded my accommodation fee based on my reasons. This hotel is heartless and only cares about money; they have no humanity whatsoever. They are a disgrace to the Bangkok hotel industry.

Abbiamo soggiornato per cinque notti in totale ed è stata una buona esperienza complessiva L'hotel ha la piscina ma non è nello stesso posto dove abito io, devo attraversare una stradina per andare all'ultimo piano di un altro edificio di fronte, ero troppo pigra e non sono entrata in acqua FINE. C'è un servizio tuk tuk gratuito per il Terminal 21 dalle 10 alle 8, ma ci vogliono solo 6-7 minuti a piedi. Vale la pena ricordare che c'è del personale che aiuta a portare i bagagli in camera al momento del check-in (ovviamente verrà data una mancia), ma questo servizio è inaspettato per un hotel a questo prezzo.

Had a great stay at Ibis Bangkok Siam. The location is very convenient, only around a 3-minute walk to the BTS station, which made travelling around Bangkok super easy. The hotel reception staff were friendly, helpful, and responsible throughout my stay. They handled everything professionally and made the check-in/check-out process smooth. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent location and service. Would definitely stay here again!

Al check-in, l'addetto alla reception ci ha accolto come un vero capo. Il fattorino e il personale delle pulizie sono stati gentili e disponibili. Quando abbiamo fatto colazione, quella che chiamano colazione a buffet è semplicemente una scelta di tre portate principali, in realtà non è una portata principale, solo un puri, latte, yogurt, fette di pane con marmellata, caffè e tè, tutto qui. E la fila per il buffet è esposta in modo ingannevole insieme alle altre file per il buffet. Pensavamo che il buffet fosse lo stesso, e alla fine ci hanno fatto pagare di più. Fate attenzione.

Grande ospite in Thailandia! L'igiene è in alto livello e l'attrezzatura è ben preparata dall'ospite, è molto conveniente per noi. La posizione è un po' lontana dal centro della città, ma c'è una stazione BTS vicino, quindi non è una grande preoccupazione per questo. La casa è grande e la descrizione sul sito è accurata, ci sentiamo grandi per rimanere e speriamo di poter tornare!

This hotel is one of the best among the budget hotels in Bangkok. The environment of the hotel was very nice and clean. The behavior of the hotel staff was also very good. Since we were out sightseeing all day in Bangkok, we used to return to the hotel quite late, around 12 or 1 at night, but the staff were very polite and never complained about us being late. The location of the hotel was also excellent, there were 7/11 stores nearby and plenty of great food places around. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at their hotel.
