Che piacere è stato stare all'Hotel Duxton a Perth. Da arrivo, attraverso il check-in e ogni interazione con il personale qui è stata impeccabile. L'equipe meravigliosa si sta spostando per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno sia comodo. La cena è stata eccellente e la stanza è moderna e funzionale. Mi piace poter trasmettere i miei servizi di streaming attraverso la televisione. I nostri nuovi uffici sono in giro e sono un frequente visitatore a Perth, quindi sono felice di aver trovato la mia nuova casa lontano da casa.

The Westin could be everything you’d want from a great city hotel in a brand new curated precinct with restaurants and bars, let down completely by the incompetence and complete apathy of the staff. The exception was the front desk, with quick friendly service but beyond that it was completely amateur and haphazard. The room service was spotty everyday, and on 2 days the room was not made up, every other day the room coffee cups, milk or spoons or coffee pods or sugar or milk was not replaced or towels not provided. You’d think service staff have a checklist, should be easy right!? The lobby cafe in the hotel called Haven was more like Hell, I had to dedicate a separate review for that as the service was non existent, appalling. Garum again has so much potential, alas the service is astonishingly haphazard, food not delivered, 30 minutes to bring my wine, served up after my meal. Frankly the staff have no idea, the poor manager made up for it, but he is terribly let down by his team, who don’t seem to miss an opportunity to disappoint. Wow so much potential absolutely wasted by something very fixable, if you can’t change the people then change the people! There was clearly a lack of middle management. The porters at the door were equally incompetent or inexperienced, I fumbled my way through the two large entrance doors, and after I made my way through, there was a feeble attempt by one if the porters that lifted his head up from his phone to assist with my hand luggage into my car, he seemed so pleased with himself that he was my knight in shining armour, hopeless. Come on Westin, prove me wrong, really I want this fantastic hotel to succeed in my neighbourhood, I want to recommend you to my colleagues and friends but fix your rubbish service!! Until then I can’t recommend you, I have a reputation to protect something you should care about as well.

Come Perth AU è il primo hotel di lusso selezionato per la rivista internazionale di turismo di Oxian Xiaohua, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è fantastica. Il soggiorno alla porta del giorno è un autobus. La colazione è un pacchetto fisso di buon livello 👍 (ci sono diverse opzioni a seconda dei tuoi preferiti) spazio della stanza è molto grande, Il design di guaina è particolarmente preciso e con precisione. Il design di stile di design a basso contenuto è ragionevole. Il senso di esperienza 🈵️ punto. Il mini bar ha una varietà di bevande di frutta e guaina gratuita. Si pulisce due volte al giorno. Si consiglia di vivere con piccoli partner turistici di Occidentale e australiano.

Loved our one night staycay at ritz carlton. We arrived early and were able to check in early with no fuss. When I booked there were no rooms left with a king bed and river view so had to book 2 doubles but I requested it upon check in and they sorted it for us. The room was amazing, fantastic views, very spacious, clean and modern The pool area is great, we ordered lunch and cocktails that we had poolside in the sun Went back to our room and there was a bottle of bubbly in there with a note to someone else for their anniversary which was a little strange. We were there for my husbands birthday and there was no mention of that even though I made them aware so maybe they got their notes mixed up. We ate in hearth restaurant which was delicious, although service could have been quicker!! The songbird bar was lovely- will definitely return there Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. We couldn’t order items; it was buffet only which was disappointing initially but the quality of the buffet items made up for it. We were able to continue using the facilities after check out. Wish the sauna and hydro therapy pools were not gender segregated

I stayed at Intercontinental to celebrate a birthday. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine, which was very nice. The room was very small for the price paid, and considering the hotel is relatively new, it felt a little dated. We paid extra for club lounge access and wished we hadn't. It has to be one of the worse lounges I've ever visited. It was very dated and had no atmosphere, apart from feeling sterile. The food offerings were very poor. Evening canapes looked like they had been sat out for hours and were of poor quality. Breakfast was even less appetising. It was a combination of dry reheated food and cold food that had been sat out for too long, most of which was inedible. The lounge service was adequate but certainly nothing special and not five stars. On check out, I was asked how our stay had been and said it was adequate but nothing more. The checkout assistant just thanked me for staying. I responded to the hotel's generic email for feedback but received no reply, which begs the question of how much attention and consideration they give to guests' feedback. With so many hotels now available in Perth CBD, the Intercontinental needs to up its game to attract return guests.

What I loved: Excellent location and beautiful room. Coles is just across the road,& beach is right infront of the hotel! Pool area is just gorgeous ! Like at a villa! What I didn’t like: Not sure if it is design of the doors, but the heavy slamming of doors really bothered me throughout my 3nights. No room slippers or toothpaste in the room. Breakfast selection was disappointing.

This place is a great find , so clean , fun and quirky, helpful staff, chilled retro vibe loved it, right near the beach *****, loved the toasterface Cafe downstairs, booked it straight away for a few weeks time

We found these apartments to be everything we needed. Ultimately we didn't use the courtyard, nor the TV, but the tea and coffee making facilities were welcome. We found the bed comfortable, the noise minimal, and the shower good. The location was convenient although we didn't need the shuttle to the airport. We'd certainly recommend this location for travellers wishing to be close to the airport.

Il parcheggio è un problema, devi tentare la fortuna Il problema più grande è l'ascensore. Dal check-in al check-out, c'è sempre un ascensore rotto. Il personale usa spesso l'ascensore con gli ospiti. Tutti gli attrezzi dei tre addetti alle pulizie sono ammucchiati nell'ascensore e solo tre ospiti possono salire. Di conseguenza, devi fare la fila per salire sull'ascensore e l'hardware e il prezzo sono estremamente discordanti. Le luci sono fioche e l'acqua calda esce solo dopo due minuti è un problema minore. In breve, Fatta eccezione per la colazione, non è consigliabile qui, non andarci mai più
