Il servizio dell'orologio ci ha aiutati a prendere il nostro bagaglio.
Al mio controllo presso il ricevitore è stato molto rispettoso , benvenuto , affrontato le nostre questioni relative alla stanza con facilità
Una volta raggiunto il nostro salotto di fasa suliman dal servizio dell'orologio, ha fatto la nostra notte per divertirsi. Durante il colazione, una signora araba che si trova sempre davanti alla sala da pranzo, la apprezzo che si ricordasse di noi e della tavola che abbiamo usato per la colazione, sono felice che i vigili guardino i dettagli. Inoltre , tutti i camerieri ci hanno aiutato a ottenere il cibo che vogliamo , benvenuto e sorridente . Signor Faizan ha sempre chiesto la nostra salute e come è stato il nostro soggiorno , ha sempre assicurato che la nostra esperienza durante il colazione fosse fantastica e al limite superiore . Abbiamo ricevuto un'ospitalità da parte del signor Turki dalla ricezione , grazie per la sua generosità . Quando abbiamo controllato abbiamo chiesto al concierge di lasciarci via Riyadh , hanno assicurato che arrivasse presto , grazie speciali . E durante l' ultimo momento dal nostro soggiorno, il servizio del campanello è sempre stato che ci ha ricevuto con un sorriso e ci ha salutati con un sorriso.Grazie Ritz Carlton per l' esperienza

JJINGMon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful time here. The room was great. We were able to walk to some places from here and it was central for taxis/ubers. The room was really nice and they couldn’t have done more to be helpful during our stay. We are a couple hours d times at Dish, the restaurant there for dinner and snacks and it was very good. There’s also a nice cafe, bar (non alcoholic) and workspaces and lounge areas. I used the rooftop pool a few times which was wonderful and there were nice clean changing rooms and sauna. Thank you for the welcome.

The parking entrance and exit is very tight, so if you drive big vehicle, watch out, you may stuck in there!

The only point that the hotel must fix the parking barrier, it doesn’t work by the card, therefore, you have to wait few minutes till the noticed you through the CCTV camera.

UUtente ospiteWe were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom.
Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up.
Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it.
All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

MMsMelissaDisappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager.
My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution.
Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager.
Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution.
Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.
