Hotel con parcheggio a Isola di Boracay

La posizione dell'hotel era altamente accessibile e comoda. Tuttavia, la camera in cui alloggiavamo non aveva connessione internet e la ricezione del segnale era scarsa. Inoltre la stanza era poco illuminata. Abbiamo dovuto affrontare un piccolo inconveniente poiché inizialmente l'hotel non è riuscito a trovare la nostra prenotazione, ma l'hanno risolto prontamente dopo aver contattato l'agente di viaggio. Nonostante questi problemi, il nostro soggiorno nel complesso è stato soddisfacente e prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione l'idea di tornare nella bellissima isola di Boracay!

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione alla stazione 3. Ci vogliono due o tre minuti a piedi dal giardino dell'hotel alla spiaggia. La colazione è ricca e il personale di servizio è molto gentile Se tornerò sicuramente sceglierò questo hotel la prossima volta.

Perfetto posto. Il mio ultimo paradiso. Tutto è perfetto: cibo, camere, attrezzature, piscina, spiaggia, programma, personale, tempo, servizi e così via. The Arrival We were met at the baggage claim by a happy-looking guy holding up a sign that said ”Crimson” and were directed to the van, which took us to the boat terminal. There was a private waiting area inside the terminal, where we waited about 20 minutes for the boat. The boat ride took about 15 mins, going to the far side of the island, instead of the dock directly across the water. We were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful rock formation we’d never known was there, since in all the times going to Boracay, we had never seen that part of the island. From there, we rode a van to the resort, which was about a 10-minute ride. Staff was very pleasant, and all around a good pick-up experience.   Checking in We were welcomed with a glass of dalandan (citrus fruit) flavored iced tea. It was a quick check-in, and we were happy to know that our hotel room was ready right away. We were escorted to our room.   The Suite Our room was amazing! We came to Boracay to celebrate our son’s birthday. When we entered the room, they surprised us with a “Happy Birthday” sign on the bed as well as on the TV screen. There was also a cake and cookies which the kids loved. We booked a 1-bedroom suite with a plunge pool. For reference, we are a family of 5, and the kids' ages ranged from toddler to preteen. The room was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For someone who has spine issues, I slept well. The bathroom had all the toiletries you would need, from the loofa to bubble bath. Shower water pressure matters to us 😅, and it didn't disappoint. Also, there was also a crimson tote and a beach sombrero. They were very thoughtful with what they chose to provide for guests.   The Restaurants   Saffron cafe - Our booking included breakfast, which was buffet-style. There was a wide selection of food, including continental and Filipino breakfast, a carving station, omelette station, bread and pastries, and dim sum and noodle stations. Some Mediterranean, Japanese, and Korean dishes too. The servers were all so friendly and accommodating, always happy to serve. Mosaic - Latin American grill The first thing that struck me was the beautiful interior design. For appetizers, we ordered the octopus, Caesar salad with anchovies, and the salmon tiradito as appetizers. The octopus paired very well with beets which was unexpected; Caesar salad, you can never go wrong with, while the salmon was just ok. For the main course, we ordered The Tomahawk steak and the cod which were excellent. They served the steak with different choices of salt and sauces, which elevated the flavor and the presentation of the food, and all of them were good. By the way, all restaurants in the resort had a kids' menu, which came with a drink, main entree, and dessert. Do yourself a favor and order their Tres Leches 👌 Azure Beach Club - so accommodating, and the food was great! We entered the restaurant wet from the rain, and they were happy to sit us

The whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

Contemporary, clean, and very nice 5-star hotel in Boracay. Located in the eastern part of the island, it’s about less than a 5 minute ride from the hotel pick up/drop off point of D’mall (station 2). It has a huge pool at the center of the property and a smaller pool that’s near their private and relaxing beach (sand is not as fine compared to the western part of the island). The landscaping of the property is very well maintained. The ambiance and design of their restaurants (Qtchen for the included buffet breakfast and Seafood for dinner) are also contemporary and tastefully done. The hotel is composed of several buildings and they are named after the different bodies of water. We stayed at the Indian (ocean) building and we booked in their premier one bedroom suite which was very roomy and nice. It had its own kitchen, dining, and spacious living room, the bedroom had a queen size bed. The bathroom is also big with a bath tub. Our room also had a wrap around balcony overlooking the main pool and and garden. Very nice. We used the main pool during the day and night and both times the water was warm but the pool isn’t heated. The huge pool was divided into different depths/areas wherein the depth ranged from 1-4 feet. The three feet area had the jacuzzi type function. Very relaxing. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of dishes and the majority changes everyday. They had a noodle and egg station. Most of the local and international dishes would taste as expected. Was a bit disappointed with the bacon because it was tough instead of crispy. I enjoyed the daily congee and the noodle soup station. Dinner at Seafood was a nice experience. We had a drink voucher with our stay. The ambiance is nice, good for a date night. Servers are very knowledgeable and I appreciate them explaining the components of each dish. They were also very attentive. Food is good and I especially liked the lechon rice which was delicious and generous. The experience was not cheap. Room service was excellent. Food was also generous especially the noodle dish and all were very tasty. Tip: you’re entitled to two mineral water bottles per person each day, if you have room service, ask for additional pitcher of iced water if needed. Great staff, good facilities. We had an overall wonderful stay at Aqua Boracay, except the shower. In our room, B1-205, it was so difficult to get the right mixture of hot and cold water. No matter how big or small the adjustments one makes, the water would either be cold or too hot. I called the attention of the front desk about this during my checkout and I hope they resolve this. Another suggestion for management, pls have better quality bedroom slippers because what you provided were so thin and cheap. Lower starred hotels have much better bedroom slippers. And have your brand printed on it.

Grande soggiorno Durante il soggiorno a Boracay.. anche se abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà a controllare a causa del tasso di occupazione di picco. Ho ancora raccomandato questo posto. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ... Grande piscina e belle camere confortevoli. Non menzionare il loro menu di servizio in camera e buffet. Mantenerlo in alto

Il cibo era eccellente, il buffet era molto vario. L'hotel dispone di personale molto gentile che erano ricettivi per il feedback. Reconnaissance spéciale a Jy, Marv, JP, Jean, Marcy, JR, Edel, Eena, Brian, Butch e Sheryl per andare sopra e oltre - sempre con un sorriso. Anche se le strutture erano sul lato piccolo e le attrezzature un po' date, il servizio clienti e la posizione erano grandi.

Dopo il nostro soggiorno in una suite diamanti nel 2016 che era eccellente e un vero paradiso per noi abbiamo deciso di tornare quest'anno per un mese intero e, naturalmente, abbiamo avuto le stesse aspettative. Il cominciamento era un po' così: dovevamo chiedere di tenere una casa quotidiana (che non è standard) e rimuovere il bagaglio (perchè molti anziani) dovevamo avere una TV rotta e avevano alcune ombre rotte finestre sostituite così nessuno poteva per guardare in camera da letto. Anche noi eravamo un po' delusi sulla scena. Il bel elipad e le bellissime fontane non funzionavano più e 1 piscina con una vista stupenda sull'oceano era andata. Il WiFi era e è ancora un NoGo. È così lento e talvolta con pioggia pesante che non funziona tutto Questo dovrebbe essere davvero migliorato. Con 2 persone e 3 dispositivi abbiamo bisogno di quasi 30 buoni. Noi capissimo che era la stagione off ma ogni volta che andammo al ristorante per cena abbiamo sentito : NON HAVE , NON HAVE ( Durante i mesi non c'erano pesci e maiale ) Questo è triste : abbiamo ancora avuto un grande tempo di rilassamento e ci siamo divertiti camera con vista stupenda e la nostra spiaggia privata. Il personale è stato utile ( finché non le chiedete) e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo con i conducenti, perché li abbiamo invitati a combattere a botola per le nostre spese nel loro posto privato, che era un'esperienza da non dimenticare. No, ma questo non ha nulla a che fare con il resort: Boracay non è più lo stesso di prima; non c'è più nulla sulle spiagge e non è permesso nulla. Non ci saranno più file danzanti, più cantieri di sabbia, più musica, più spiaggia a mangiare NUMA nulla.Questa isola sarà presto morta e non ci saranno più turisti. È una vergogna. Le autorità locali fanno esattamente il contrario di quanto è necessario per questa isola e soprattutto per i suoi cittadini.

Alta Vista is our go to place at Boracay! We’ve been to boracay 4x and we always love staying at Alta Vista!!! We tried staying at other hotels in between but Alta Vista outstands the hospitality of all the other hotels we’ve stayed in. The bed was so comfortable that it’s hard to get out! The aircon was so cold that it refreshes us whenever we came back from the beach. The room was always clean and tidy each and every visit! The jacuzzi pool was so relaxing after a long day from the beach! Kindly look for Rochel, Ike, Jhona, Joy as they are the warmiest people who’ll be there to assist you! For our shuttle service Herbert, Ray, Genesis and Acer are always on the go whenever we needed a ride! We thought we love Boracay but our heart goes to Alta Vista! We’re surely to come back soon!
