Hotel con parcheggio a Tbilisi

Probabilmente la prima volta che ho pubblicato un'esame così lungo che sono davvero impressionato dal valore che l'alloggio offre: I servizi di ricezione sono amici e quando mi accingo alle 8:00 per scaricare il mio bagaglio dopo un treno di notte, mi è stato informato che il più presto possibile è il 12:00, che non mi ha dato alcun problema, perché ho avuto un giro di giorno che si è concluso tardi pomeriggio. L'alloggio è piacevolmente sorpreso da un ascensore che è un grande salvatore per gli ospiti con bagagli. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa, ha le strutture che mi servono soprattutto il asciugacapelli che è molto efficace per asciugare il mio bagno bagnato per capelli soprattutto. La signora che si occupa del ristorante durante le ore di colazione è professionale e proattiva. Ha preso atto del numero della mia stanza, ha riempito immediatamente i piatti e ha anche pulito gli utensili lasciati dagli ospiti e ha pulito la tavola con i sanitatori abbastanza velocemente, così il ristorante rimane pulito e tempestivo. Sono impressionato dal suo professionalismo e la gestione dell'hotel dovrebbe ricompensarla per il suo lavoro. Suggerisco di avere più opzioni di frutta, perché è piuttosto limitata e ripetuta. Rispetto al mio precedente soggiorno a Tbilisi, questo hotel è semplicemente una gemma. Molto consigliato e vorrei rimanere quando torno per il prossimo viaggio. Se solo l'hotel fosse vicino a una stazione di metro, sarebbe fantastico a mio parere.

L'aeroporto 377 è in cambio di 371, la stazione di autobus che scende dall'aeroporto è l'hotel; l'aeroporto è la porta dell'hotel 540 è in cambio di 377.L'hotel è a sinistra, e si trova in una zona calda come la Plaza Libera. Il ponte che passa attraverso il carrello di carico. Il trasporto è molto conveniente. Oltre alla stazione di bus a Tbilisi, la metropolitana ha generalmente una mappa, che mostra che ogni autobus che arriva alla stazione ha pochi minuti. La ricetta è molto calda.La struttura dell'atrio è molto calda e ha un senso di famiglia. La stanza è grande, due lati di finestre grandi, la strada è aperta, l'edificio è vicino.L'apertura della finestra è un po'scura, ma il suono della finestra è buono. Oltre al letto, giacca, tavolo da scrivania, cibo, lettini, divano, piccole scatole, giacche a terra, le scatole della scatola sono lunghe. Tutti e due abbiamo messo le valigie.La cosa più sorprendente è che l'acqua e diverse bevande nel piccolo frigorifero sono gratis. Il bagno è grande, ma la pressione dell'acqua è un po'piccola. Il primo piano dell'hotel è il suo biff, vicino al ristorante. La pulizia è tempestiva.

Hotel looks good as new one . Positive points: room was very convenient with 2 toilets and separate rooms , was very practical for us with small baby. View from window on photo, very nice. Back yard very beautiful landscape. Breakfast was simple , but enough for us. Stuff mostly speaking English. Negative points: In The room was small black ants on sofa and in one toilet room. In bath room don't work dispenser with shower gel. After I ask to fix this problem , stuff didn't anything . They don't have concierge service . We arrived with baby and 4 pcs baggage and nobody even try to help us. I think we don't will stay again this hotel.

Questo hotel è stata la mia prima tappa al mio arrivo a Tbilisi e mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio. La camera era pulitissima e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Ma la cosa più importante è stato il personale: ognuno di loro era incredibilmente gentile! La signorina alla reception che ci ha fatto il check-in la sera del 16 novembre, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome, è stata fantastica. Avevamo prenotato la camera tramite l'app senza specificare se desideravamo un letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli, e lei ci ha gentilmente aiutato a cambiarli con due letti singoli e ci ha persino accompagnati in camera. Grazie mille! Un grande ringraziamento anche a Michael e a un altro signore (mi dispiace di non avergli chiesto il nome) che ci hanno aiutato a portare i bagagli pesanti. Infine, grazie a David che ci ha assistito al check-out. Pensavo erroneamente di aver perso il telefono in hotel e lui si è prodigato per aiutarmi a cercarlo: è stato gentilissimo! Apprezzo ogni membro dello staff che ci ha offerto il suo aiuto. Se in futuro avrò l'occasione di tornare a Tbilisi, o se qualcuno dei miei amici verrà qui, consiglierò sicuramente questo hotel!

It was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi. 1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name 2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****. 3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive). 4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

Дверь на входе пластиковая, при закрытии на ключ остается щель через которую задувает воздух. Мебель подзатертая. Обратились к администратору, с просьбой сменить номер. Переехали в номер на первом этаже рядом с стойкой регистрации. Номер лучше, больше пространства, есть входная зона. Более опрятный. В ванной отсутствует стенка душевой, и шторки тоже нет. Если купаешься брызгает во все стороны. Готовьтесь к тому что будете плавать. Напор в душе по ощущением как кожу режет. Струя воды не прямо, а в разные стороны. Уборки в номере не ждите, но мы и были там 2 суток Завтраки сносные, из разряда домашнее холодное. Каждый день колбаса, огурец/помидор варенные яйца булочки, ну и пару блюд которые меняются. Приходить на завтрак лучше сначала, если рассчитываете на выбор и на горячую еду В среднем можно остановиться в отеле если не хотите переплачивать за проживание.

In generale, la mia impressione sul soggiorno è stata confusa. L'hotel sembra insufficientemente pensato in termini di comfort, anche se ci sono alcuni aspetti positivi. Non ci sono piastrelle per i bagni di base, e la camera da bagno non ha piastrelle e piastrelle per il magazzinaggio di oggetti personali. Non ci sono neanche specchi di maquillaggio. I letti sono mobili, la cassaforte non è fissata al muro, e non c'è un pannello morbido. Il asciugacapelli è debole, e il desk è molto piccolo. Non c'è un sistema di illuminazione intelligente o modalità automatica di condizionamento dell'aria. Il pavimento del bagno è freddo, e lo specchio è posizionato al di là del letto, che personalmente ho trovato incomodo. La mia richiesta di acqua potabile è stata soddisfatta solo dopo 45 minuti. Non è chiaro come un hotel con un rating di cinque stelle possa funzionare senza un giardino. La SPA annunciata è in realtà un jacuzzi per 6–8 persone con un'illuminazione insolita. Il personale sembrava in genere inamici, soprattutto nel ristorante. Durante il colazione non si offrono bevande; gli ospiti devono avvicinarsi al bar per ordinare il caffè. Il cacao è disponibile per un'ulteriore commissione di 15 GEL. Le colazioni sono generalmente buone, ma il cuoco usa cipolle molto, anche in salate e altri piatti, che potrebbero non essere adatto a tutti gli ospiti. Da parte positiva, ho ricevuto un aggiornamento della stanza a causa della mancanza di disponibilità della categoria della stanza prenota, nonché un piacevole compleanno dall'hotel. L'hotel può essere adatto per soggiorni brevi senza alte aspettative; tuttavia, miglioramenti nel servizio e nelle strutture in camera migliorerebbero significativamente il livello di comfort.

Appartamenti per il noleggio. La posizione è conveniente, e il letto è pulito. Il piano del bagno è freddo, che rende incomodo camminare a piedi bassi in inverno. Check-in e check-out sono veloce, che è molto conveniente se si sta soggiornando per un breve periodo.

In generale, l'hotel è normale se siete in macchina, e se prendete il denaro che ho preso (~100$ al giorno per una camera da letto con due camere).

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
