Hotel con parcheggio a Tbilisi

L'hotel è fantastico. La posizione è strategica e un buon ambiente. Un soggiorno perfetto per noi. Il riscaldamento centrale può essere leggermente caldo durante l'inverno e la soluzione è di spostare l'aria con. A volte il parcheggio non è sufficiente all'interno del complesso dell'hotel e si deve parcheggiare lungo la strada. Ci saranno spazi lungo la strada dopo 9.30pm.

Che hotel fantastico con la posizione più perfetta. Camera pulita e spaziosa sta lontano dalla vecchia città. Non avrei potuto chiedere niente di meglio. Certamente prenoterò di nuovo la prossima volta che sarò a Tbilisi.

Отель хороший, новый. Обслуживание очень хорошее. В номере убирают ежедневно, меняют все принадлежности. Особенно можно отметить ресторан при отеле. Не понравились завтраки. Очень скудный выбор, мало фруктов.

Hotel looks good as new one . Positive points: room was very convenient with 2 toilets and separate rooms , was very practical for us with small baby. View from window on photo, very nice. Back yard very beautiful landscape. Breakfast was simple , but enough for us. Stuff mostly speaking English. Negative points: In The room was small black ants on sofa and in one toilet room. In bath room don't work dispenser with shower gel. After I ask to fix this problem , stuff didn't anything . They don't have concierge service . We arrived with baby and 4 pcs baggage and nobody even try to help us. I think we don't will stay again this hotel.

Невероятно красивый отель для киноманов! прекрасное расположение, рядом много заведений, недалеко винзавод, отель Стамба и прочие хитовые места. из окна номера видна красивая филармония. необычный интерьер в ретро стиле. в номере не было утюга, но вместо утюга они просто забирали мои вещи и приносили глаженными) Лифты оформлены в стиле матрицы, один синий, один красный. коридоры увешаны постерами фильмов. из минусов только пастельное белье стишком накрахмалено, хрустит, и подушки неудобные. нет салфеток, каких то средств мелких, только зубная паста и щетка. ароматные шампуни и гели. сервис отличный. завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, ни разу правда не спросили из какого я номера) на -2 этаже спа, бассейн и две финские сауны, немного душно и много красного света, но опять таки все в киношной теме, даже фильм показывают) влюблена в Афишу, хочется вернуться

E' stata un'esperienza disturbante durante la mia 6a visita a Tbilisi. 1. Non è facile trovare un'entrata perché il nome dell'hotel è posto su un altro lato dell'edificio e la porta d'ingresso non è contrassegnata da alcun segno con il nome dell'hotel 2. Il personale non è amichevole o sostenitore.Ho fatto un check-in per lasciare la valigia e non ho chiesto di fornire una stanza come aveva previsto.Ci sono stati due ragazzi alla reception che mi trattavano. Sono tornato all'hotel alle 7:00, i miei doc erano sul desk e potevo vederli mentre il ricevitore non poteva trovarli e chiedendo di firmare i doc che sono stati firmati la mattina. Non poteva spiegarmi se c'era un ascensore (cercavo di parlare sia inglese che russo) e ho avuto un forte senso che si trova sotto qualche *****. 3. C'è un ristorante al primo piano con musica molto alta. Ho prenotato una stanza con un bel balcone ma dovevo chiedere di cambiarla come non poteva riposare a causa della musica. Quando sono arrivato alla reception, mi è stato detto che la musica si ferma alle 11 pm, ma vado a dormire alle 9-10 pm e ho bisogno di un'atmosfera tranquilla (non è menzionato da nessuna parte sulla musica). Nessun balcone, 2 letti singoli invece di una doppia. Una ciambella in bagno. Quindi non era un cambio equo (non ero nemmeno pronto a pagare più per una stanza migliore, ma il personale non è appoggiato). 4. Il colazione è bello e il cameriere nel ristorante è molto bello e amichevole (l'unica persona bello che ho incontrato all'hotel)

La posizione era ragionevolmente conveniente, e era abbastanza facile per raggiungere la zona con il trasporto pubblico o camminare. La stanza era piuttosto fondamentale ma accettabile per un breve soggiorno. Il letto era abbastanza comodo, anche se le strutture mostravano alcuni segni di età e potevano utilizzare un po' più di manutenzione. Le aree comuni erano disponibili, ma non erano particolarmente spaziose o invitanti; la cucina aveva le attrezzature di base necessarie, anche se la pulizia avrebbe potuto essere migliorata in alcuni momenti. La camera da letto era funzionale, ma la condizione dipendeva da quanto occupata fosse l'ostello. Il personale era in generale amichevole e utile quando ho avuto domande, anche se il servizio non era molto speciale, e i livelli di rumore variavano anche a seconda degli altri ospiti, quindi non è forse la scelta migliore per le persone molto sensibili al rumore. Considerato il prezzo, penso che l'albero sia accettabile per i viaggiatori di bilancio che hanno bisogno principalmente di un posto per dormire.

Grande hotel con centro fitness e sauna! Se vuoi stare tranquillo, è alpino per poter godere di soggiorno Balcone era anche spazioso Buona per la famiglia e per il soggiorno di coppia

Il bagno era fantastico, ma ho avuto due grandi problemi con l'hotel che è servizio e pulizia: 1. Pulizia: le camere non erano pulite 3/12 giorni del viaggio dove abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte quelle giorni per pulire e a volte non è stato nemmeno pulito correttamente perché la stanza aveva più bug morti sul pavimento, soprattutto sotto i stand notturni. Il giorno in cui ho controllato il mio braccialetto d'oro, dopo la pulizia di quella mattina (il mio amico rimasto un giorno in più), mi sono sbarcato fuori dopo una lunga battaglia per portarmi lì. Abbiamo cercato l'intera stanza, ho parlato a pulizia e altro ancora. Quando ho lasciato (15) ho parlato al desk front. Il 16 e 17 ho mandato un'e-mail. Il 18 e 19 ho chiamato. Il 19 ho finalmente avuto aiuto e mi ha detto che finalmente mi chiederà e mi ha mandato un'e-mail. Ci sono stati cinque tentativi per iniziare a disturbarsi e per me ha rovinato l'esperienza. Se si va davvero prendersi cura dei vostri beni, ma la posizione è grande e così è la piscina.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
