Hotel con parcheggio a Berlino

La posizione è ottima, proprio nel mezzo del Checkpoint Charlie e del Terrain of Terror. Anche i trasporti sono relativamente convenienti. È molto comodo giocare e vivere qui a Berlino. Di fronte all'hotel c'è una profumeria locale di Berlino e un piccolo negozio d'arte, il che è molto interessante. Il servizio è comodo e mediocre e sembra di gran lunga inferiore al Circus Hotel dove ho soggiornato il giorno prima.

Abbiamo prenotato 4 notti in questo hotel.Il servizio e il personale erano molto carini.Servizio di succo d'arancia fresco ogni giorno ;) La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, una doccia grande e un po'di acqua libera. L'unico meno non era aria condizionata. La stanza era molto calda al 6° piano, anche se non era così calda fuori a maggio. La finestra poteva essere aperta, ma perché la stanza era sul fronte il traffico era molto forte la notte. Aveva un bel soggiorno e mi consiglierei di rimanere qui. Forse non nei mesi caldi di estate.

I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel. The positives: - The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. - Soundproofing between the rooms was good. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival. - Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days. - Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness. - Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day. - Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20. While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

We recently stayed at The Circus Hotel in Berlin, taking two rooms for a short family trip. The experience was, in many respects, excellent. The location is ideal—central, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of a huge variety of restaurants and shops. Service throughout was truly commendable. Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful at every turn. The hotel bar is a genuine highlight—stylish, welcoming, and well-stocked. We especially appreciated the honesty bar and terrace upstairs, which made for a beautiful, relaxed afternoon during our stay. Breakfast was another strong point, offering a good variety of quality options in a comfortable setting. The rooms themselves are well-sized, clean, and nicely appointed. However, there’s a major issue that any traveller should be aware of: there is no real air conditioning. What’s provided is what I would describe as a comfort cooling system—more symbolic than functional. During our stay, temperatures hovered around 25 °C during the day and 18 °C at night, yet the rooms remained unpleasantly warm. Both rooms had fans, and the windows had to be opened to let in any real cool air. It’s quite clear that the hotel expects guests to rely on the fans, which is not acceptable given the climate realities of Berlin summers. This significantly affected our comfort and sleep. For travel between late May and early October, I would strongly caution against booking unless you’re completely indifferent to room temperature. It’s unfortunate, because in almost every other respect, The Circus Hotel is a real gem. I genuinely wanted to love it, and in cooler months, I very likely would. But the absence of proper climate control is a deal-breaker in warmer weather, and it’s clear the hotel is aware of the issue—hence the fans in every room. Pros: • Excellent location • Superb service • Great breakfast • Fantastic bar and terrace • Generous room size Cons: • No air conditioning—only a weak cooling system and fans • Rooms become uncomfortably warm even in moderate summer temperatures Conclusion: A brilliant hotel during cooler seasons. But for summer stays, particularly with children or light sleepers, the lack of proper climate control unfortunately outweighs the many positives.

Ambiente: proprio nel centro della città, vicino ovunque, è molto conveniente. Servizio: i colleghi della reception sono molto amichevoli, e i colleghi del ristorante sono molto buoni. Impianti: dovrebbe essere possibile vedere l'hotel per molti anni, ma la manutenzione è ancora buona.

No complementary water in the room. The lounge access was expensive, and did not have much in terms of choices of beverages and looked shabby. They are in the midst of renovating/relocating the lounge, based on some posters, so it may improve in the future? Did not allow earlier check in, though they allowed the luggage to be deposited until then. Breakfast spread was good, but no rotation, and same throughout the 4 mornings I stayed. Location is good, near museum island and shopping and historical landmarks.

La reception è stata piuttosto poco accogliente: gli ospiti hanno dovuto registrarsi su un tablet iPad dopo essersi rivolti attivamente al personale. Non c'era un ”Benvenuto” o qualcosa di simile. L'aparthotel è paragonabile a un B&B. È arredato in modo funzionale, ma non adeguatamente attrezzato per un appartamento: non ci sono piatti, bicchieri o posate. L'acqua della doccia trabocca spesso perché lo scarico non è in buone condizioni. I letti sembrano comodi, ma in realtà sono molto duri. Non posso assolutamente consigliare la colazione dal prezzo esorbitante. A quel prezzo, si può fare una colazione doppia in un bar vicino. Per quanto riguarda la posizione: è raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Gesundbrunnen, quindi è ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici. ... La camera era pulitissima. L'hotel è in posizione centrale. A pochi passi da un centro commerciale e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Abbiamo provato a ordinare il servizio in camera, ma non siamo riusciti a farlo e quando abbiamo chiamato la reception ci hanno praticamente detto di cercare il menu in camera. Abbiamo preso solo una colazione. A parte questo, tutto il resto era fantastico.

La posizione non è delle migliori, ma è tranquilla e la stazione del tram è proprio di fronte. Il servizio alla reception è stato buono e si è potuto soggiornare nella cucina della hall prima dell'orario del check-in. La camera era dotata di forno, frigorifero, lavandino e bagno con doccia in comune. La sorpresa è stata che c'era anche la TV. La colazione non offre molte opzioni vegane, come annunciato, ma era abbastanza buona e veniva servita all'aperto, dove si trova anche un giardino.

A decent hostel that's located near many interesting nightlife locations. Very firm mattresses unfortunately, but sufficiently clean. USB chargers at every bed, although actual power sockets would have been better.
