DDanielledaneIl servizio era di prima qualità! Tutti i membri del personale o del personale di questo hotel erano molto accoglienti e amichevoli. Le strutture erano più di quanto ci servivamo. E siamo stati aggiornati in una favolosa stanza e la vista era bella. L'interno della stanza è il mio preferito. Mi piaceva il mio tempo qui in W. La piscina, anche se era un po' fredda per me. Probabilmente non usano molto il riscaldamento della piscina, ma mi piaceva più nella loro sauna, giacche e stanza a vapore.

SSumi YapHo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole all'Hotel Gracery Taipei! L'ambiente è bello e confortevole. È comodissimo: a soli 3 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso della stazione ferroviaria. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di acqua minerale gratuita su ogni piano e il design della camera è davvero curato nei minimi dettagli: c'è un WC separato con sedile intelligente, una vasca da bagno separata e persino un'area dedicata per lavarsi le mani. Il letto è molto comodo e il personale dell'hotel è estremamente gentile e disponibile. C'è anche una lavanderia all'interno dell'hotel, quindi non ho avuto bisogno di uscire per cercare una lavanderia a gettoni. Inoltre, ci sono un 7-Eleven e un FamilyMart proprio fuori dall'hotel: comodissimo! Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Taipei! 🌟

UUtente ospiteExcellent and very friendly service throughout my entire stay from doorman to concierge to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant to gym. Great location next to Shandao temple MRT and within walking distance to Taipei station, nice restaurants, cafes and the famed Fuhang soy milk. I also enjoyed the excellent lunch buffer at the hotel restaurant Kitchen 12 at incredibly reasonable price. But please note that Marriott Bonvoy platinum elite or higher tier members do not receive the usual executive lounge access or free breakfast if you book via Trip.com (you need to book directly with Marriott to enjoy the benefits).

UUtente ospiteWe booked 6 rooms and stayed 3 nights. After we checked out and about to board the flight homebound one of us found out that his had left his wallet in the hotel's room. We called the hotel and although they had found the wallet, however they did not contact us immediately (so we may return to hotel before heading to the airport). Also they were not willing to return the wallet to us by courier, and require us to arrange courier to come and collect by ourselves. We then asked them to assist packing the wallet for safety (due to cash, credit cards, ID involved) but they also refused to assist. We are rather disappointed for the hotel's unhelpful behaviour and attitude, if they can contact us at first instance then it can save all of us time and costs. Hope the management can review and improve their quality.

UUtente anonimoThis hotel is true old fashioned luxury… I booked a last minute trip to Taipei for a week stay and looked at many hotels. This was a really good price, found on *******. Didn’t pay too much attention other than location and features. Well, I can’t believe my luck. It’s a 5 star hotel with a 3 Star Michelin restaurant upstairs. The most incredible buffet breakfast (definitely worth getting this included in the room if you can spare the few extra $) - absolutely every food imaginable is on offer - and top quality, fresh ingredients, all made fresh. The bathroom attached to the breakfast room alone is worth a shout out - pure luxury. Their gym is fantastic, everything you need in a hotel gym. And location is excellent - handy to train and within walking distance of so many beautiful sights and great places to eat. Can’t recommend highly enough. Their clean green focus is also a wonderful feature - they provide glass bottles that you can fill with fresh purified water. My room came with complimentary access to the Salon lounge - a gorgeous space with some snacks and drinks where you can hang out or get some work done. A really nice option if you don’t want to work in your hotel room. If i ever make it back to Taipei, this will without a doubt be my hotel of choice. (These are photos that definitely don’t do justice - breakfast buffet, breakfast room bathroom, view from gym treadmill)

UUtente ospite1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Thank you for your attention.

JJay626A stunning view greeted us when we first checked into our room. We didn't expect to see a great view of the Taipei 101 given the hotel's location. A perfect place to watch countdown fireworks. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. You can see the small details and effort in maintaining the room. Welcome snacks were delicious. Special mention to the popcorn which was so good. Good location with walking distance to nearby hypermarket and 西门町. Well connected to nearby mrt and bus stations. Definitely living up to its high scoring.

HHKYCHANbooked a standard King Bed in end March room was large, enough electricity power sockets shower water pressure and toilet worked well pool is small.. about 15M but adequate didn't have time to try the restaurant location is about 10min to the subway, lots of small restaurants around, 711 is in the lobby However the room furniture is aging. the bath tub height was high and need to slowly climb in to take a shower, can easily slip and not recommended for elderly people. need to call housekeeping to add more toilet paper and request they wash or change the used tea cups liquid soap and shampoos bottle pump is hard to press worse is the TV system does not work. when watching TV channels... after 2 min it returns to the main page. also there is a message that a phone wants to connect to the TV... I assume from another adjacent room. inforned front desk, but it seems they are not able to fix it Overall, won't come back and will try other hotels
