Hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip. We had such a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by how helpful and friendly the hotel management/owners were. Nothing we asked for was ever too much trouble & they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were a group of 12 travelling from Australia and they made all of us feel incredibly welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. On our first night, we wanted to explore the ancient town and the owner kindly jumped on his motorbike to personally show us the way & even gave our 6 year old a ride! We weren't expecting that level of hospitality & that really stood out and made a lasting impression. We also had a lovely afternoon tea experience at the hotel, where the owner took the time to introduce us to a variety of teas and nougat to try. It was a great experience. The hotel rooms were excellent, clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. We stayed in Room 101, which faces the street and were pleasantly surprised that there were no issues with noise or passing traffic. The location is also fantastic with the Ancient Town just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay & would definitely come back 😃

Sinceramente, come singaporeo con standard super elevati per gli hotel, questo posto superava molto le aspettative di me e del mio partner, ed era uno dei migliori che abbia mai soggiornato. Rimanendo qui non si sentiva come un'operazione, come se stessi solo restando in un altro hotel, ci sentivamo come facendo parte della loro famiglia. Siamo stati molto benvenuti quando abbiamo raggiunto Shangri-La, e quando abbiamo lottato per ottenere un DiDi e stavamo correndo per farlo per il nostro tour pre-prenotato, un personale del soggiorno ci ha immediatamente mandato lì senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, anche se era estremamente fine minuto. Anche fino all'ultimo giorno, hanno offerto di mandarci alla stazione ferroviaria a 5+am, perché era difficile ottenere un DiDi a quel momento, a nessun costo aggiuntivo. Eravamo così colpiti da queste azioni. Ci hanno anche fornito consigli su esplorare il luogo quando abbiamo chiesto e anche offerto di guidarci lì! A parte il trattamento sorprendente di tutti, la stanza e il posto erano molto puliti, e probabilmente il più pulito di tutti gli hotel che ho soggiornato durante il mio viaggio. Inoltre, ci sono stati degli animali molto carini negli hotel che ci segueno intorno e arrivano persino nella nostra stanza. Uno dei gatti ha dormito nella nostra stanza la prima notte! Una notte, quando era buio, ci lasciavamo il soggiorno, il samoi ci seguiva e ci guidava attraverso l'ombra buia, questo posto era il migliore per un amante di animali come me. Non c'è niente di male che possa dire su questo posto, e sinceramente sono tentato di tornare a Shangri-La solo per poter rimanere in questo posto. È quanto ci piaceva qui. Grazie tante all'hotel e al personale che ci hanno trattato così caldamente e ci hanno fatto sentire come facevamo parte della vostra famiglia, come primi timonieri a Shangri-La, voi ragazzi sicuramente ci hanno fatto un'impressione duratura. Servizi: Ci sono 4 posti auto, la pressione dell'acqua della doccia è forte e il riscaldamento a pavimento ha una temperatura confortevole. Tuttavia, un cuscino era troppo alto, rendendo scomodo dormire. C'erano anche cuscini più bassi, ma i bambini ci dormivano sopra. Servizio: Eccellente. Il tè allo zenzero servito a inizio giornata era particolarmente delizioso e riscaldava il corpo dopo. Anche la colazione era buona, soprattutto il latte di soia, che i bambini hanno adorato; con l'aggiunta di latte, che gli conferisce un sapore ricco e cremoso. A Warm Home in Shangri-La - Definitely Choose Wufan Shanjian! The luckiest choice of my trip to Shangri-La was definitely Wufan Shanjian Light Luxury Homestay, and the biggest surprise was meeting the owner couple, a local ******* pair. The simplicity and enthusiasm unique to Tibetans in them filled the entire journey with warmth. From the moment we landed, we were surrounded by their thoughtfulness: they not only took the initiative to pick us up at the high-speed railway station but also carefully reminded us not to rush to take a bath just after arriving on the plateau and to remember to turn on the oxygen concentrator at night. A family member traveling with us had a bit of altitude sickness, and the landlady Zhuoma immediately brought Coke and glucose to relieve the discomfort. In the evening, she specially brought warm yak milk and fresh grapes. Even the child kept saying that Aunt Zhuoma was as kind as family. The husband was simple and enthusiastic. When he saw that we had trouble parking, he immediately helped park the car without hesitation, so we didn't have to worry at all. When we wanted to find delicious skewers or plan the route around Napahai, they could always give the most authentic suggestions and even recommend reliable stores, which were more useful than the strategies we made. The environment of the homestay is impeccable. As a person with a bit of obsessive-compulsive disorder about cleanliness, the cleanliness here completely exceeded expectations - the rooms are bright and tidy, the bed sheets and quilt covers have no peculiar smell at all, and even the bathroom is cleaned spotlessly. The facilities are also very considerate, with full-house floor heating and smart devices. The oxygen concentrator by the bed can automatically adjust the oxygen concentration, completely solving the worry about sleeping on the plateau. What's more surprising is that the location is in the center of the ancient town, only a three-minute walk to the prayer wheel, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. During the few days staying here, I was moved by the details every day: free down jackets and umbrellas, pre-prepared moisturizing masks, hot breakfast in the morning, and even after leaving, when we found that we had forgotten something, the boss would carefully send it back. This kind of warmth that is not family but better than family made the beauty of Shangri-La more concrete. Next time I come, I will definitely stay here again!

L'hotel è bellissimo attrezzato con umidificatore e la camera è ossigenata. Situazione molto conveniente, vicino alla città antica. appena lungo la strada. Ristoranti vicino. Il personale alla reception, la bella signora è utile e accogliente.. Sicuramente consigliere questo hotel a chiunque visita Shangrila!

Sono venuto di nuovo alla Shangri-La Shili Snow Mountain. Il mio fratellino è ancora così entusiasta. Shili non mi ha mai deluso tutto l'anno. Ciò che mi piace di più qui è che lo scenario è così bello. Puoi vedere il mare di erba e montagne innevate mentre sono sdraiato sul letto. Cavalli al galoppo, adorabili alpaca~ Se ne avrò la possibilità, starò con la mia famiglia ancora per qualche giorno, è un piacere semplicemente sdraiarmi in silenzio~~~

La colazione e il tè pomeridiano erano entrambi eleganti e deliziosi. Our stay at this hotel in Shangri-La was truly the best experience we had in Yunnan. The views of 纳帕海 (Napahai Lake) were simply breathtaking — calm, expansive, and full of quiet beauty. Every morning, we woke up to a breathtaking sunrise—the soft golden light spilling across the lake, illuminating layers of mist over the water and painting the sky with pastel hues. From our window, we could see birds gracefully gliding over the lake, while horses and cows grazed peacefully in the nearby fields. The entire environment exuded serenity and peace, making it a perfect escape from the bustle of everyday life. The owner was warm and welcoming, instantly making us feel at home. There was also a friendly dog and a few cats/kittens that added a cozy and charming touch to our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with features like floor heating and in-room oxygen, which made acclimating to the altitude much easier. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and every dish cooked by the 厨房大姐 (the lady chef) was delicious and comforting. We left with wonderful memories and would love to come back again someday. I had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Skyland Hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-La. La stanza era così descritta: molto pulita, sorprendentemente grande, e il riscaldamento del pavimento nella zona principale era una caratteristica benvenuta. La posizione è davvero eccellente, facile da trovare, a poca distanza dalla città antica, e incredibilmente conveniente per i taxi. Avendo un supermercato giusto in basso e l'accesso a fantastici ristoranti locali è stato un enorme plus. L'unica area per migliorare è la temperatura del bagno. Poiché non c'è alcun elemento di riscaldamento, è diventato piuttosto freddo durante la notte, un po' scomodo. Nonostante ciò, saremmo felici di tornare per il grande valore e la posizione ideale.
