We recently stayed 4 nights here in November and it was a true 5 star experience from the moment we arrived. Our driver wondered why we chose to stay at a “remote” area but it was so peaceful and and view is breathtaking especially during the golden sunrise hour. Our 2 young kids had so many highlights from feeding the animals to toasting marshmallow and singing karaoke in front of the campfire and under the stars. Shangrila was the highlight of our 2 weeks in Yunan and we look forward to staying here again.

前一天老闆娘親自打電話確認行程給我們安排了接機 很周到 中途航班延誤老闆也很耐心調整了 帕納海那邊是比較荒 但是住宿隔壁就有小賣部 走兩步還有馬場 玩起來還是很方便的 住宿裏面也帶咖啡館可以點正餐和小食 住宿環境很好 配的早餐也很豐富蘿蔔乾好好吃啊… 房間很大特別好 有洗烘一體的洗衣機還有洗衣凝珠 投影幕布看爽了…搞的我們都不想出門玩了就想在房間裏窩着🥺 巨大的落地窗確實很適合看風景啊啊啊 還會有牛雞馬羊隨機路過… 老闆娘很細心 知道我們要去雪山玩提前給了我們更便宜的氧 走的時候老闆娘還送了小零食 下次來香格里拉玩還住這裏🥺

Dịch vụ rất tuyệt vời, mọi người đều thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Mọi người rất tốt bụng, họ cho chúng tôi rất nhiều đồ ăn. Buổi tối khi tôi đang ăn lẩu và bị sặc cay, một nhân viên gần đó thấy vậy đã tặng chúng tôi 2 chai sữa dừa, và nó hoàn toàn free. Phòng ốc rất sạch sẽ, đồ dùng hiện đại, cảnh quan xung quanh cũng rất tuyệt vời. Nếu muốn ngắm Napahai, mọi người hãy đến khách sạn này nhé, tôi đã có khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời ở đây ❤️

Servizio: la governante vi contatterà un giorno prima per informarvi sull'orario del check-in, sul latte della buonanotte🥛, sulla frutta per il check-in, ecc. Anche la signora alla reception è molto premurosa e gentile, ed è difficile non amare che è sempre disponibile💗 Ambiente: L'intero hotel non è grande, con due edifici residenziali in stile tibetano. Uno è un ristorante fusion cinese e occidentale, l'altro ha solo 8 camere. Lo stile minimalista cremoso è molto caldo.
