TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.
Comfy robes and slippers.

Situazione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla stazione metropolitana di Nanning, la vicinanza degli shopping, il tè caldo fornito al foyer anteriore, l'ombra, la corna di scarpe e la spazzatura di scarpe nelle guardie, l'uso gratuito di lavastoviglie e di macchine da asciugare, la ricezione personale amichevole e la capacità di comunicare in inglese, la disponibilità di buon ristorante cinese per colazione e altri pasti, eccetera. ,

QQueen Bee BakesWe booked for 5 days stay. I picked this room becos I really like the lollipop lamp as it is so cute! The location is superb, if you turn left going out at the entrance of the building, you will be at the famous “3 streets and 2 lanes” (三街二巷) which is a bustling tourist spot with a lot of good eating places, and shopping places. If you turn right, in a few minutes, you will reach Nanning Old Street (南宁老街），also filled with eating places and shopping places, and there is a night market there too!
The room is cosy and very clean. No unpleasant odours and there is a fridge and a washer in the room too. Toilet is clean and looks new, basic amenities like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
The room can be cleaned daily if needed and we requested for more bottled water on some days too. The owner is very friendly and very fast to act of request for extra water or to clear rubbish or tidy the room. Room is equipped with AI assistant, everything can be activated with voice commands (but I think you need to speak Chinese/Mandarin though). It took me a while to get used to speaking to 小爱同学 😜
It is very easy to get cabs from the building too. We also had no issues getting food and drinks delivered to us. I will definitely book this place again the next time I visit Nanning.
我们预订了5天的住宿。我选这个房间是因为我特别喜欢那个棒棒糖灯，它太可爱了！地理位置优越，从大楼入口出门左转，就到了著名的三街二巷，那里是一个繁华的旅游景点，有很多好吃的餐厅和购物场所。右转几分钟就到南宁老街了，那里也有很多餐饮和购物场所，还有夜市！
房间舒适干净，没有异味，房间里还有冰箱和洗衣机。卫生间干净整洁，看起来很新，提供沐浴露、洗发水和护发素等基本用品。
如有需要，房间可以每天打扫，我们有时也要求加瓶装水。老板非常友好，无论需要加水、清理垃圾还是整理房间，他都能迅速响应。房间配备了人工智能助手，所有功能都可以通过语音指令启动（不过我觉得你需要会说中文/普通话）。我花了一段时间才习惯和小爱同学说话 😜
从楼里打车也很方便。我们也顺利地订到了送来的食物和饮料。下次来南宁，我一定会再次预订这家酒店。

LLIM RedIf you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel.
I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry.
I am a returning guest.
First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031
Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003
During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway.
On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet.
On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage.
I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them.
During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected.
This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing.
This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato allo Yeste International Hotel (Chaoyang Square District Government) per cinque notti a metà novembre. Ecco i pro e i contro:
Pro: 1) Ottima posizione. In circa 5-10 minuti a piedi, vi troverete nel cuore di uno dei quartieri più frequentati di Nanning per lo shopping e la ristorazione. 2) Ottimi panini e piatti vegetariani a colazione. (Se desiderate un pezzo di pane tostato, però, non troverete né marmellata né burro. Nemmeno cereali. Il che è strano considerando che l'hotel si pubblicizza come ”internazionale”.)
Contro: 1) Lo Yeste in cui abbiamo soggiornato si pubblicizzava come ”aperto nel 2019”, ma è fuorviante! Era gestito come altri hotel prima che il marchio Yeste ”aprisse” la proprietà come propria. Le camere saranno anche state ristrutturate, ma molti dettagli sono chiaramente usurati, dalle sigillature gialle, allo scarico lento, alle crepe dovute alla muffa. I bagni sono terribilmente piccoli. Non si può accedere all'intero piano di lavoro senza schiacciare le gambe contro il water. (Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera ”super”. Riguardando le foto online pubblicate dall'hotel, non potevamo credere che fosse effettivamente la camera in cui avevamo soggiornato. L'effetto fisheye utilizzato per scattare quelle foto è fuorviante.)
2) La struttura consente di fumare in alcune aree. Anche se avete prenotato una camera ”non fumatori”, è probabile che ”apprezzerete” il fumo passivo in ascensore, nei corridoi e persino nella vostra camera.
3) La sicurezza è inesistente. C'è una hall all'ingresso, ma attraverso una porta laterale, aperta 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, chiunque può entrare e uscire a piacimento. L'hotel condivide l'edificio con altri inquilini (attività commerciali). Dal servizio di consegna a domicilio, agli altri inquilini dell'edificio, ai clienti di diverse attività commerciali, l'intero edificio è un libro aperto. Con la semplice pressione di un pulsante, chiunque può accedere ai piani dell'hotel in qualsiasi momento della giornata.
Nel complesso, se cercate un hotel economico in cui soggiornare in città, questa struttura è accettabile. Se vi aspettate qualità, sicurezza o servizi, questo non è il posto giusto.

WWan SuwanL'appartamento è situato in un grande luogo, molti ristoranti, negozi 24 ore conveniente intorno all'edificio, a pochi passi da Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi dove si possono trovare buon supermercato e molti ristoranti e buoni posti di lavoro. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center sono a breve distanza prendere il taxi è ~CNY10-15 & conveniente, poiché il taxi stand è proprio davanti alla strada di cammino verso l'edificio.
L'appartamento e l'unità stessa sono vecchie e non hanno abbastanza manutenzione, offrono la cucina ma se rimangono meno di un mese, è quasi inutile, perché non forniscono nessuna delle forniture di cucina, tranne la caldaia elettrica, Nemmeno i giusti o gli utensili, solo 2 tazze di carta giornaliere nel bagno.
Servizi in camera & molte piccole cose nell'unità sono tutti corrotti e non hanno manutenzione adeguata come i nodi della porta, manici, doccia, tappeti da cucina, tavolo, ecc, la pulizia non è abbastanza buona, tuttavia, Le lastre e letto sono abbastanza pulite senza odore. Offre la pulizia giornaliera, ma solo il pavimento pulito, nessun cambiamento di niente, nessun acqua potabile fornita. UUtente ospiteRecentemente sono rimasto a Sanzan Hotel, situato vicino alla stazione di metropolitana Jinhu Square a Nanning, e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza.
Posizione:
La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che cercano di esplorare la città. Ci sono anche molti negozi, ristoranti e mercati locali nella zona circostante, che è incredibilmente conveniente.
& Servizio di check-in:
Il processo di check-in era semplice ed efficiente. Il personale era amichevole e parlava abbastanza inglese per aiutare con qualsiasi domanda. Erano sempre pronti a offrire orientamenti o aiuto con i taxi, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più facile.
Camera:
La camera che mi sono fermata era pulita, moderna e confortevole. Il letto era morbido e le mutandine erano a posto per un buon sonno. La camera è dotata di tutte le comodità, come TV a schermo piatto, minibar, Wi-Fi gratuito e un'unità di aria condizionata che funzionava perfettamente.
Servizi:
L'hotel dispone di un piccolo ma funzionale centro fitness, che ho usato poche volte durante il mio soggiorno. Anche se non è un palestra massiccio, ha abbastanza attrezzature per un allenamento decente. È anche un ristorante sul posto che serve una varietà di piatti cinesi. Il buffet del colazione è semplice ma delizioso, offrendo una combinazione di opzioni locali e continentali.
