Questa era davvero una delle migliori esperienze dell'hotel che abbia mai avuto! Da quando sono entrato, sono stato accolto con un caldo e una vera cura. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole, attento, e andò di sopra e di là in ogni modo. Non si sentiva come un hotel, sembrava stare a casa di un vicino amico. La stanza era senza spot, elegante e incredibilmente comoda. La vista era così sorprendente che quasi non volevo lasciare la stanza! La colazione era assolutamente deliziosa, preparata con cura e qualità. Quello che davvero pone questo posto separato è il cuore della squadra. Il loro sorriso, gentilezza e dedizione hanno reso questo viaggio inoltrabile. Grazie per avermi fatto sentire così speciale. Il popolo è molto bello. Bao Yi ama la casa degli alberi e dei figli, e si attaccherà alle attività di pane di fuoco del popolo, e il pane che ha fatto è delizioso.Il piccolo villaggio è pulito e pulito, e può anche giocare a volare la guancia, un buon posto per la bambina.

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

The room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is basic. Unfortunately, the hotel is located from the 46th to 50th floor of a building. That means a long wait for 1 of the 3 lifts to reach us. We had a non-smoking room, but we could smell cigarette smoke along the corridor. The hotel is located next to Shengtiandi. But far from the airport and the main tourist attraction of 3 streets 2 alleys and the Xiguan night market.

Although the hotel location was not very near any eateries or shops, the free shuttle service to Nanningdong railway station was very helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable with AI Xiaodu voice control function. The staff has been very helpful too when we requested for late check out and luggage storage. We will be back!

This hotel located in a very good location in downtown Nanning. The staff are very helpful and cooperative. But the hotel is pretty old. The restaurant looks like a village eating place. The elevators are also old and very slow despite having 6 of them. These six elevators do not seem synced in service so you need to press different buttons for different cabins which makes a chaos as it stops them in many random floors where nobody is waiting to get in.

L'ambiente è ancora insopportabile, la zona pubblica è tranquilla e pulita, non c'è un po'di odore in tempo. L'effetto di isolamento sonoro della stanza è fantastico. Dormi molto tranquillo la sera. 注意現在是個超級大好評，我是常年出差人員 設施：首先因為這棟樓有幾家酒店，衹有這一家有在外牆寫具體是幾樓，住過的酒店很多很少有做到這樣的， 洗手間的紙不是印花的 類似潔柔四層的捲筒紙巾（我帶了潔柔四層的捲筒紙來） 我這個是類似loft 其實我挺累的是不想住這個的 住下了感覺還不錯，房間設計的晾衣位置也不錯 各種配置也比較簡單舒適 衞生：這個洗手間的馬桶是把馬桶蓋這樣放的 讓人感覺很乾凈 布草洗臉巾比較乾淨 淋浴位置有晾衣架 環境：比較舒適 這個價格很不錯了 性價比非常高， 服務：首先前台兩個妹妹看起來都很乖，我問能不能送早餐也送了（這個好評不是因為送了這個早餐哈，本來就會好評），就是情商很高啊，早餐我去的晚了一點 我一進去餐廳的姐姐就問我要吃什麼，特意告訴我要怎麼盛粥會更多，早餐也挺好吃的，炒的一些小菜都很清爽好吃😋 有一點小問題 那個淋浴室的地面有點濕 可以打掃完的時候多開一會兒抽氣
